They charge a lot for extra toppings and they have a lot of supreme type choices but if you exchange a meet for a mini or a vegetable for a vegetable they still charge extra. You can get a dominos or Little Caesar for around $9 large or even Pizza Hut stuffed crust for a little more but when you pay $15 large special you would expect the pizza you have always known. Yup, it's that good. Got an XL wombo combo, and 4 of us barely managed to kill half of it. Small quibbles: the slices are cut pretty narrow, so you can't get that partial 'fold' action that keeps the overabundance of toppings on. And our thin crust was a little doughy and undercooked, but that can happen on a busy Friday night and I forgot to specify "burn it" when I ordered. Worst experience ever!! Phoned in an order. Lg pizza 2 toppings and wings for $19.99. Mentioned the coupon at least twice! Clearly, the man on the other end of the line was incompetent and Mexican. The pizza was a specialty "Italian ssg" (it had onions and tomato chunks and all these other things...) when I had ordered sausage and salami with my "two topping pizza". They told me it would be $24 and change for whatever they had ordered for me. Nah uh!!! I refuse to pay that. I asked to speak with a manager. He was completely rude and totally didnt want to hear what I had to say! He said verbatim "you ordered this." Um..... No.... I think not. I'm very unhappy with my experience. My boyfriend ordered online via his account however, there were multiple things wrong with my order. First off, the name on the receipt, Jesse, had it down as a phone order when it was an online order, and because it was switched from one medium to another, it was messed up. I ordered a large pizza that was half cheese, half pepperoni & sausage, and the disgusting thing I got was covered in meat (I hate meat.. I get it half and half for my boyfriend. Jesse's switching of the ordering from website to phone ruined my meal and I got to enjoy a tainted pizza.) On top of having no true cheese pizza for my dinner, the comments section were completely ignored, where my boyfriend asked for some plates and napkins that we could use for dinner (none were provided for us when the driver brought the food). Also, as a side note, the wings that my boyfriend ordered were supposed to be spicy, but he said they were comparable to mild. With the service we received, I wouldn't be surprised if we received the wrong order entirely. Always like round table. The ones in Richland WA are excellent. Second time at this location and the sign on the door and the web site say they're open till nine. Each time I've come in here at about 8 and the salad bar is completely broken down. Why do people get in the customer service business when they don't want to serve the customer? If you're going to be open until 9 then you quit taking orders at 9 and you close your restaurant when people are done an hour after. Hello let me start by Stating i love round table and its most unfortunate that I have to complain about it, however lately I've notice the quality n service diminish from my favorite location, I've overlooked many little things that's have been done wrong in the past pertaining to my order (mainly always getting thin crust when I ask for pan),however today I've just had it I'm upset that not only did It take my order over an hour to arrive once here I came to realize that it was warm and did not have extra pepperoni on it like I have asked I specifically said I don't mind paying more and was charged more yet seems got barely any on my pizza. Horrible experience! I normally don't do this but something needs to be done with this round table location. It has started to perform poorly. It took them 2 hours to deliver our pizza, driver was sent to wrong location across town 1 and then come to find out the pizza, wings and cheese sticks were COLD and slices half bent like it had fallen also order wasn't even complete we were missing our sides. Every time I order here my order either doesn't show up or is incorrect. Delivery orders can expect at least an hour wait. I usually end up calling to "follow up". I've tried ordering over the phone and online, however online orders don't seem to reach them correctly so it could be their website. Bad service.
