The manager mistakenly took my order incorrectly, and self admittedly agreed. I asked if he would replace the thin for the pan as ordered. He said because I ordered ham on the pizza. Ordered via website for delivery. The pizza was delivered 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to the time I scheduled on line. To top it off the order was not complete. 1 item was not delivered. The driver was nice but did not speak English which made correcting issue a problem. I called the store, spoke to some one who said that he saw the 1 missing item on the reciept from the website but he did not have a promotion that accounted for the discounted price on that item and would not honor what I had ordered. Round Table is officially the Quiznos of pizza. It's so damn good but so damn expensive. I used to go to Round Table in my hometown since it was THE pizza place in our grocery store shopping center and always have fond memories of their great pizzas. This location isn't really any different. I got a take out Wombo Combo which is a wonderful melange that includes sausage, pepperoni, bacon, artichoke hearts, green onion and more (I also recommend smokehouse combo). I used the coupon that came in the mail for $4 off a specialty pizza so I wouldn't have to take out a second mortgage but was nonetheless served up a post-coupon bill of $20 for my large! The Round Table ingredients are so quality, and the sauce so zesty, and the cheese wonderful, but DANG that's an expensive pie! Especially for a chain. Look, every once in a while you want what you want and you wanna treat yourself. But this price point is just a little too steep when plenty of places will give you your 'za fix at a literal fraction of the price. 5 star pizza and 2 star price averages out to 3.5 which I'll round up to 4 since emphasis is on the product. The location itself has a big screen and a couple arcade games so "okay" if you want to eat in, but a little on the meh side. read more

With my work being moments away, ordering round table happens fairly often throughout the year at this location. Normally the food is good and the service is tolerable. This last visit was troublesome. In calling in for the take out order, we inquired about specials. Claudia gave only one special offer. We asked what specials they have on specialty pizza and they said none, therefore ordered the special they had on a one topping and asked to pay for the additional topping. Before leaving to pick up the pizza, we checked on the website specific for this location Round Table and found they had a special for any specialty for approximately $4 less. When we arrived, we asked how come Claudia didn't tell us this when we specifically asked for specials on specialty pizza. She became defensive and argued that we never asked for the specials. She claimed we asked for the price on specialty pizzas, therefore she quoted the regular price on specialty pizzas. Logically, I would think if we asked for what specials you have, then asked about specials on specialty pizzas, an employee would be inclined to offer them. Claudia proceeded to be adamant and rude, and willing for us to abandon our order and take our business elsewhere. My wife was disappointed and also willing to leave but I cannot allow food to go to waste. Reluctantly paying for this pizza, this will be the last one consumed from this location as their service does not live up to the standards I've experienced throughout the company. While the bar B que chicken pizza is great - the service is mediocre at best. I will never patronize this location ever. I took my team of 7&8 yo baseball players there for our team pizza party and was promised 2 free pizzas for the team so long as they were in uniform and the families purchased their own separate pizzas. Once I arrived there - the sales girl instructed me to line up my players because she wanted to count them - she said in order to get our 2 free pizzas she needed to personally count 12 players. While I only had 8 players on the team at that moment the manager agreed to give us 1 free pizza -then 40 minutes after that single pizza was ordered (mind you the parents and famillies all placed separate orders of pizza, wings, salads, drinks, etc.) the famillies' pizzas arrived but the kids' pizza was still not out - when I went to inquire the SAME GAL who wanted to count my players for herself said she was waiting for ME to place an order to give us the free pizza! Then she said she needed to charge me extra because I ordered pepperoni on the kids pizza and said that was not included in the "free" pizza deal. I couldn't believe it! My kids were all so hungry after having played a two hour game, had been looking forward to a team event only to have some wanne waitress prevent us from having a good time. At that point it wasn't even about the promotion or having us pay - I would've gladly paid for every pizza my team consumed had I received any a tad bit of customer service. I've had 4 years worth of little league teams and have had a dozen or so pizza parties and NEVER NEVER had this ever occured/ My poor boys finally had pizza an hour after we arrived only because had to personally speak with the manager and only after I promised I would never return to this place again. I walked in with my daughter to watch the the New York giants Green bay football game happy as a fiddle and I placed my order with the young lady at the counter until she became clueless on how to identify a $100.oo U.S dollar bill. She countined to be clueless as she began to ask for help from her colleagues they all began to point fingers at one another. She than attempted to identify the bill with some type of electronic device it was unresponsive just like their customer service. After 5 min of unresponsive customer service. I asked if there was a problem she replied by stating the machine was replying good and no good at the same time & she did not know what to do. So I offered her another U.S $100.00 Dollar Bill and she than attempted to do it again. Machine unresponsive again. Right away I asked for the manager. After 5 mins of waiting, a guy flipping pizzas appears & says both of your $100.00 us dollars are fake & I replied by stating they're both out of the bank there was no way possible. I than asked for an apology from him for the insult with out having 100% proof of his allegations! He began to walk away with out a word nor apologizing for the inconvenience of the situation ! I then asked the young lady at the counter for the real managers name or phone # . As she handed me the number I asked her why they where being so rude & insulting me with out 100% conformation of such accusations, & she replied by saying technically I insulated you 1st & turned around & walked away mumblings words ! I replied by stating they needed to learn how to be more professional on dealing with situations & not be so quick to be rude & accuse customers of such false allegations & I was going to write a review & write a letter to corporate office. They continued to ignore me. So I had no choice but to remove myself & my beautiful daughter from such a negative & rude environment. They have no understanding of the word customer service. They were just flat out uneducated ! That was my experience ! I will never be back ! You decide for yourself how you would have felt. My conclusion very uneducated customer service. read more
