Worst experience ever! I waited over 2 hours to have my pizza delivered tonight. I had to call 3 times, and was finally told that if my pizza hasn't arrived in another 30 minutes to call back. Keep in mind this is after I've already waited 2 hours. I was originally quoted a 45 minute wait time when I placed my order. The excuse that I was given regarding the long delay was that they had taken my phone number and address down incorrectly, yet they sure didn't have a problem taking down my card number....hmmmm. I also did not receive a receipt with my pizza when it was finally delivered. I don't plan on ordering from here again, not only did they fail to deliver on service, they also failed to remedy the issue with their poor customer service. read more

This place has disappointed again. I called in an order and was told it would be 25 minutes. I arrived 45 minutes later, paid for my order and was then told they hadn't made it yet. When I expressed my displeasure the young man at the register shrugged his shoulders and said to the person in line behind me, "We did make yours!" When I went back in to get my order a man in a white shirt (manager?) came out of the back, realized I was upset and he turned and walked away. There were at least 6 people working plus the man in the white shirt. I see no excuse for this deplorable lack of customer service. read more

Not sure if it's the time of year or less then warm weather. Tonight I ordered two pizzas from our small town RT. There's only 1 hospital in our town sooo it's kinda hard to miss.....Or so I thought an hour and ten mins no pizza no phone call. So I stopped the order. RT HAD ATTITUDE I for some reason let it slide and took pleasure in them wasting product and time. Here's a free tip to RT move the other phone away from the main phone then you can here your phone ordering customers. To bad I can't leave this post without a leaving a rating. Pizza is ok. Its nice to have different kinds of pizza available that aren't in other establishments. They also have the party room available for birthdays and other celebrations. The arcade is a little less than desirable. I don't think the games have been wiped down since I was a kid. I feel like its one big crawling germ. read more

I love Round Table- It's by far the best pizza chain out there. However this specific location is just disgusting! My sister and niece walked into the restaurant today and it smelled disgusting.. Like a really dirty bathroom. The service was horrible, I was trying to read a menu up on the counter and some employee set a pizza box right where I was reading. The lady who took our order was rude. We found a clean table and I decided why not grab a board game to play with my niece while we wait- None of the games had all the pieces.. A few were just empty boxes. There was about half an inch of dust on the lamp hanging above the table. The pizza came and it was incredibly greasy, just pools of it on top of the cheese. This is the dirtiest most unprofessional round table I have ever eaten at. The staff sit around talking instead of working. All the cups were dirty so they gave us to go cups. The place was almost empty so I don't know how all the cups were dirty. Needs to be remodeled and they need better management. read more

Absolutely filthy restaurant. I was there for over an hour, arriving around 6PM, and when I left around 7PM they still had not cleaned the tables or taken the old pizza from the buffet. Flies were buzzing around as was a lovely child in a dirty diaper. The pizza was mediocre at best. I can't think of any other way to describe it other than it was a dump. I have always loved Round Table pizza. It's always been good to order over the phone. The inside of this Round Table is dirty. Looks really nasty and unclean on the inside. I hope the management situation gets resolved because it needs some cleaning. read more

The salad bar was fresh, and full. The pizza was hot, fresh, and good! The service was friendly, and fast. Looks like a lot of locals pick up pizza, and saw delivery car around town, but not too many customers on a Wed. Night. There are a lot of fast food restaurants in Susanville, and this one is a better choice! read more

Despite what appears to be a local loyalty to Pizza Factory, Round Table's pies are vastly superior in every regard: crust, sauce, toppings and, most notably, cheese quality. However, this quality comes for a price; $25 for a medium specialty pie. read more

Great service, super friendly staff and management! The pizza was perfect, bread and chicken yummy, and the manager even washed some knives for us and brought them to the table warm! Will certainly stop in again next time I am in Susanville. read more

After staying in Susanville for a few days, I have to say this may be your best bet for quality food. As in most other Round Tables, the pizza is excellent with several unique combinations. Salad bar was good too. Go for the Sierra Nevada beer, very tasty. read more

I wish I didn't feel the need to give such a bad review, but this isn't an isolated incident. Every time I come here it's the same thing...an apathetic 20 something with a bad attitude taking orders and management that act oblivious and the rest of the staff are working hard and being mostly ignored. Maybe she is the owners kid or something, but she isn't someone who should be at the register. Amazingly my order of Parmesan garlic twists took over 30 minutes (not a busy night) and were cold right out of the oven (not even sure how that was possible). Delivery dude was all the way handsome. Like God was happy the day he made him. But honestly. This was my first time ordering from here. The pizza was awesome. The Parmesan twists, great. I am giving them 5 Stars as of 11:25 AM. now saying that, I could only muster up one star last night, here's why. I went into the restaurant last night at 2035 hrs. I had stopped at another pizza shop prior, but due to them not having some key ingredients for a pie I choose round table next. My order was placed and it was about twenty five minutes wait time, I came home and discovered one of the main ingredients didn't make the pie. I live out side of town, was tired and didn't want to go back in to town so I called. The gentleman taking my call turned me over to the shift manager, when he came on the phone, he responds with Yeah? I had to ask if he was even the shift manager or did someone just pick up a phone thinking it was another customer. I explained the problem and he said well what do you want me to do about it. I said I just wanted to bring it to your attention. No offer of fixing the problem. So I googled reviews thinking maybe I was just out of it myself, but after reading the reviews found that I was not the only one having issues. So decided to call this morning about 10:00. I spoke to Mollie and she was not only apologizing for the experience but took the time to make another fresh pie and deliver it to my door. She did an awesome job in fixing last nights problem, so much so I will do business there again. Thank You Mollie for making things right and going the extra mile. To the night crew.....well....remember everything you say or do reflects on the business as a whole, the strange noises while goofing off while making an order, not double checking orders going out, not suggesting fixes to customer complaints, and not being professional on a phone, yeah just does not work, try, Good evening this is your name I'm the shift manager, how can help you. The service was terrible... I called in an order pizza, wings, twists and a soda with ranch & blue cheese... The location seemed a bit tired & dingy but my real issue was the lack if customer service. The gal confirmed I ordered ranch & blue cheese and instead of grabbing them for a bag she then pointed me in the direction of a messy salad bar and the cups to just get them myself... Normally not a huge issue but I had called them in... Then hands me a plastic bag to pack my large order up myself... And about the dr pepper I ordered... Here's a cup, machines around the corner... Good Lordy! I felt like I was doing everything for her! Next time include ordered items with the order, have it bagged or bag it up nicely and maybe I'd be fine getting my own drink... Thank goodness the food was good once I got back to my room! But... Wings without napkins did present an issue :/ oh well! The Maui Zaui pizza was great, the twists to die for and the wings, not bad... Don't know if I'd go back though.... read more

If I could give this round table 0 stars I would. My co-worker and I stood at the counter while all the employees walked around without saying a word for 15 minutes. They were busy, so we were giving them the benefit of the doubt, then we asked what the deal was and the guy was a dick to us, and made a snide remark. I have not ordered from Round Table in a while, but the last time I did it was pretty good. However, this time was a huge failure. I would have given zero stars if that were an option. Ordered online about 10-10:30 am for delivery at NOON. Noon came and went and at 12:20 I called them and they stated that it would be on it's way soon. It arrived at 12:35. This was ordered for a business lunch/meeting which delayed things rather significantly. After waiting that long for our food when it arrived most of our order was incorrect. We ordered skinny crust and got original, ordered a Maui Zaui and a couple of the usual toppings it's supposed to come with were missing. And our regular pepperoni was partially burnt. I would not recommend this establishment until they do some serious changes to their quality control. The only positive from this order was that the delivery guy was very courteous and apologized for the delay. read more

This used to be our go-to place for lunch because we loved the lunch buffet, but not any more. The place has never been a model of cleanliness, but it's really gotten filthy. We arrived soon after opening and couldn't find a clean table. (Which means they weren't cleaned the night before). Nothing was ready. No pizza out, which is no big deal, but when we went to the salad bar, it had clearly not been cleaned the night before either. The containers of toppings were half-full and dry on top. The dressing had dried dressing stuck to the rims and around the base. I suspect things were left out over night. (Remember, we were the first customers of the day.) Dressings do need to be refrigerated, and besides, as dirty as the place is, are there mice and ??? I've worked in restaurants, and even the worst of them knew not to leave food out over night. It's an older building and I don't mind the wear and tear, but now I'm afraid of getting sick. I will NEVER go back. read more

I don't really have much choice in town here because I am not a fan of Pizza Factory. However, even with the understanding that they were busy today, I do not understand how it takes me calling multiple times to get them to deliver ALL of my order. Only part was delivered, and I was promised they'd return quickly with the rest. 20 mins later I had to call to ask about where it was. Another 20 mins later I had to call again because even though I was told they'd send it out right away they clearly hadn't. I live maybe a few minutes drive from the store. I don't understand how this happens except that things must be very poorly organized and coordinated in this location. Congrats, guys, you've lost my business in the future. read more

The place is filthy, the manager does not know what management means. My phone in take out order took 1.25 hours. It took a full minute and a half to answer the phone. When this Round Table lost Robin as a manager they went straight down hill. Never again. read more
