Ordered it online for convenience and estimated about 20 mins. Fine, seems to be standard for most pizza shops. Got there around 25 mins after ordering, pizza was not ready yet. Waited at a table while it was ready, the place was mostly empty and pretty quiet. It is pretty spacious and i assume it's probably mostly for their buffet time. Finally my order came out after 15 mins of waiting. Drove home and unfortunately pizza was a bit burnt and very dry. Bottom was pretty hard to chew. Disappointed with the quality of the pizza especially with those beefy prices. Their wings where good though. Would i buy from here again? Where I grew up, round table was a treat and when we went there for dinner it was usually pretty packed. I haven't actually stepped foot in one for ages because IF we do pizza, my husband normally orders to go and picks it up. We decided to stop in and order a double play pepperoni pizza for dinner since we were in the same shopping center running some errands. To my surprise, there were only two other tables occupied. It was quiet, clean and overall a comfortable environment with our baby. We considered eating in and sat at a table while we waited for our order, but ended up taking it to go because she was getting a little fussy. My husband wanted Round Table for Fathers Day. Placed an order with a specific time for pickup, arrived and we were told it would be another 15 minutes past our pickup time. We ordered two large pepperoni pizzas, one pan and one regular. When our pizza was finally done we thankfully looked inside the box only to see that there wasn't a pan pizza. They told us they gave us someone else's pizza. Then when they brought us the pan pizza, it was completely burned. When my husband pointed out it was burned, she replied that it wasn't burned at all. We stated we would not accept the burned pizza, so it was another 20 minutes for a new pizza. While waiting, the gentleman cutting the pizzas, seemed to be vigorously cutting the pizzas, as it was piercing loud. It was as if he was purposely hitting the table. Families sitting in the restaurant were all looking at each other each time he hit the table, it was a constant banging. I would not have ate in the restaurant with him constantly hitting the table. When we finally got our new pizza, we went home with one cold pizza, 12 cold garlic bread twists, and 6 cold cinnamon twists. While we were eating the bread twists, we realized they must have been made in the same area as the cinnamon twists because you could taste the cinnamon in the garlic bread twists. It was a mess. I will also add that when the gentleman who seemed to be the owner, walked out with an order for delivery, he carried the bag sideways and not flat. When trying online the code did not work therefore I decided to call the store they stated that there was no such coupon but remind you I got the coupon off their website And even though it's on their website, they refuse to honor it. I recently went to lunch with my son for lunch buffet because he is in school, we don't have the opportunity to enjoy lunch buffet at this Round Table. We were sooooo disappointed because the whole time we were there, only one tray with like 3 slices was available for buffet. When additional pizza was added, it was the same pepperoni, no other choices. We were bummed, other RT's usually have like 4-5 trays of pizza with lots of different ones to choose from. I noticed other people came for buffet, but there was nothing available for all to eat and only the same one pizza offered. I feel like we paid so much to enjoy Round Table and were really let down. The women at the counter could tell I was annoyed but did nothing to bring out more pizza nor did she apologize or give update. We ended up leaving after like 2 slices each. read more

They used to have a great lunch buffet, but now it's so bad. Their buffet ends at 1:30, and for $45 we had a side salad, 6 slices of pizza that had been left sitting, and 4 hard bread sticks. $45. The saddest part about this review is we've been ordering pizza from this location for years. We've seen the decline with customer service and had other problems but after today, we won't be ordering from here again. Ordered a pan crust pepperoni pizza with cheese on one side only and got a stuffed crust pizza with cheese on the whole thing. We immediately called to report the pizza was wrong and was told that it would be hours to redeliver a new pizza and that we'd need to return the other pizza - as if we are some criminals trying to get two pizzas. Ordered a pizza at 11:35am for a 6pm pick up . I got to restaurant at 5:50 pm and the worker said it would be 15min he then went to tell the cooks to start cooking the order. I had to wait an additional 15-18 minutes for my food to finish. No apology not even a drink was offered. Very poor customer service at this particular restaurant. So where to start... if you're going to open a food service business please learn what that means. Here's the story. Walk in and ask if they have a pan pizza, the cashier says large medium small, I say is it a pan. Points to the menu that says pan then says only large. I say ok tell her what I want and ask for medium sauce, she says only light or regular. I say do less than the regular and more than the light, I figured if they are using a spoon then math could come into the equation. I say ok regular. I watching them make it and it seems like they have a different version of a pan pizza. 35.00 difference and me questioning the next employee is that a pan, they said sorry and handed it to me. They made me a large thick crust pizza and that's their pan. Another Tracy business I can cross off my list of no repeat due to poor customer service, poor quality and overpriced. Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery at 3. It's Halloween, I know they will be crazy later, don't mind cold pizza. 1 pizza had onions, and we as a family hate onions. We had asked for them to be removed. We had to ask several times if more pizza would be put out and were told yes. It was a good 30 minutes after arriving before more pizza was put out, which was only pepperoni. Another 15 minutes later a combination and 6 breadsticks were put out. This is unacceptable. You need to have pizza out the entire time along with breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. After an hour I called to check-in and was told it would be delivered within 15 more mins, after an hour and half after ordering my delivery still had not arrived. I called back and was told it would be within 10 minutes. My order finally arrived almost 2 hours and 20 minutes after I made my order. When it arrived it was cold, I call the store and was told they could offer me a credit for my next order or recook my order and give me a new pizza and test but they'd have to pick up the original order. I should preface that my criticism of this store is not with the individual employees, but rather the owner. Today was National Pizza day. Round table emailed me a promotion: "Buy one Pizza, Get one personal Pizza at a later date. And will donate $1 to LLS". I thought it a nice gesture and a good deal, so I went ahead and ordered my pizzas online. However, once I went to pick up my pizzas here, they said that the owner would not honor the promotion. Apparently, the owner refused to participate in the promotion because it was "too cheap". So I decided to call another Round Table that would honor the promotion. But I thought it definitely not a good business practice to not participate in the offer promoted by the company, but also not great to refuse to honor a promotion for a customer who specifically went in and asked for it. (Also, do they not care about participating in donating to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society?) I will definitely think twice before ordering from this location again. read more

We have always enjoyed round table pizza. Pricey, however, the pizzas were always good, so never complained about the cost. The last three times however, the pizzas were subpar. Maybe it is the increase in the workers compensation that prompted the deterioration of the quality of the pizza. From the crust (not the same ) to the sauce. (seems to be different) and of course, the pepperoni distribution on the pizza has been reduced. Thought the first bad experience was a fluke, as well as the second visit. The visit today, no change. We received our pizza delivery driver was very nice however the pizza was so dry there was not a drop of sauce on the pizza it was like cardboard. Service has become a lot better since a new manager (Oswaldo) was assigned here. We were happy to see the Chicken and Garlic Gourmet become a staple during the lunch buffet. They also try to squeeze into their pizza rotation what the customers ask for. Sometimes, new flavors (currently the West Coast Combo) get tossed in the mix as well.
