Do not eat here. There are bugs in the fruit and when we told the waitress she did not apologize or offer a refund-she just took the plate and walked away. The water is not clear instead it's brown tinted. Overall the food was not worth it, most tasted like it had been sitting out or old. Will not be coming back

I kept seeing Santa Buffet & Grill all over social media, so I had to check it out. For two people with drinks, we paid around $55--not bad at all. Parking was super easy too. Let's talk food: I came for the crab legs, but honestly, they were overly salty and watery almost like they were pumped with saline. That part was a letdown. But the Mongolian BBQ? Excellent. Cooked fresh on the spot. The sushi was also a pleasant surprise really fresh and flavorful. The restaurant is definitely loud, but I actually liked it! That just means you can talk loud, laugh, and enjoy yourself ha! They had a wide variety of desserts (some better than others), and the chow mein was solid. The salt and pepper crab needed more flavor, though. Customer service was beautiful our server was friendly and attentive. I had a great time overall and will definitely come back... just skipping the crab legs next time. Check out my photos!

Okay, I do not prefer to go to Chinese buffets because obviously, it's not the best quality of food and frankly, they tend to be gross. However, my Vietnamese mom LOVES going to them. Therefore, I looked one up and decided to come here with my mom and sister. They open at 11:30 am on Sundays and we arrived at 11:20 am. There was a long line out the door. That's a good sign, right? Yes! The place was clean, thank God, and people were eating large amounts of food so the turn over of food was fast!! So every time I got up it was a new batch of HOT and fresh food that I got to pick. The variety of food was decent for $25 per person. I think I ate a large amount of food and I didn't get grossed out or feel sick. The service was real nice. Plates were being cleared left and right and water being refilled. The only thing I didn't like was the ice cream area. It's self service and you scoop it yourself, so I didn't try it. Would I go here with my friends? No. Would I take my mom here again? Yes.

I went out for lunch today, and it seemed like there weren't many food options . Crab and crab legs are only available on weekends.

One of the few remaining affordable buffets that offer Snow Crab Legs (Friday - Sunday only) in OC. I came on a Friday evening, and restaurant was 90% full capacity. Cold crab legs alongside hot fried crabs. Eight flavors of ice cream for dessert. Excellent value for the price!

Lunch is now $17.99. A bad deal considering that the lunch items are basically leftovers from previous dinner service. I will not go back

The food is delicious. I had steamed crab legs on Friday night, and the price was reasonable. The bathroom is clean. I would come back.

There's a wide selection of food - it was so good I was not able to try other dishes because I keep coming back for the ones I like!! Honey walnut shrimp, kung pao chicken, the teppanyaki noodles, and crab legs! I also tried the hot sour soup and it was surprisingly loaded and very flavorful - not the usual bland ones they serve in buffets. Yum! Make sure you come hungry so you can try most of their food!! Great service and great ambience, will definitely be back!

We arrived probably near when they just opened because it seems all the food was freshly made. The selection was ok. There is a teppanyaki station you where you choose your items you want on your plate and they make it for you. They have a decent amount/selection of menu items from sushi, veggies, chicken/beef/seafood items, soups and desserts. The flavor was ok, not amazing. The price point seemed fair. I think less than $20/person for lunch. The service was ok too. I don't have great things to say about it and I don't have bad things to say about it's it was mediocre.

I really like how this place isn't super crowded and has fair buffet pricing. Any AYCE meat/kbbq/shabu place is well in the $30-$40. They are not. Many of those places have dining time restrictions which always makes me nervous. Also, this place does not. You get meat. Veggies. Dim sum. Fried foods. Seafoods. Soups and salads. I mean, you really can't beat it. Our faves: Mongolian grill items ribeye. Kalbi and beef brisket like meat. Flavor is always delicious and meat is never overcooked. They clean the grill frequent enough so you don't get other flavors in your food. I've been eating a lot of stone crab and fried crab. Super generous and always refilling the trays. Sushi section well stocked. Soups and dim sum (shrimp gar) is a nice treat. Fruit station is amazing: Longan. Cherries. Papayas. Pineapple and superb watermelon. They have cold shrimp and snails at the ice bar across from the salad. There's always something for everyone to enjoy. The lady I always get as a server also cleans our dishes quickly and refills our drinks. My daughters are new fans of this place. Side note: A+ for purell foam hand soap dispensers in the restroom. I do however find only one dispenser works at a time for some Reason. Bathrooms are kept clean. People just need to learn how to fully flush after using. We will continue to visit for our Chinese buffet fix.

I've eaten here on two occasions: the day before I buried my mother and following a Knott's visit…read more Kind of interesting to come here amidst taking big swings at atypical days. Asia Buffet has fed me both times. It is largely a seafood/Chinese takeout buffet so I usually dine in such places to support my traveling companions in their seafood gorging campaigns. That's right. I'm the proud, carb-loading fifth wheel who complains about getting full after my third plate of food. But a combo at Panda can run you $15. So for $27, AB is a pretty reasonable upgrade of ultra indulgence. I fill up on the takeout, American comfort and salad/fruit stations. No complaints, just the usual fare - which was replaced pretty often. The teriyaki chicken was particularly hitting with the most recent trip, and so was the mushroom chicken. I know. Buffet-basic, but they slapped. The majority of customers are about their business when they come here. You get your table, you get your heaps of snow crab legs, clams or crawfish, and you get out. After two visits, after having embarked on a spectrum of life things, I've realized this is an effective site at which to stuff your face and eat your various feelings. So it will most definitely do.

The food didn't taste fresh and majority was cold. I disliked almost everything I ate. On top of their extensive selection, they have a wide selection of seafood: crab, shrimp, crawfish, snails, clams, sushi, and more. Dessert and ice cream is available. My group ate tons of crab, clams, and snails, which they said they enjoyed especially for the price. The sushi and sashimi were low quality and lack flavor, similar to grocery store sushi. The orange chicken was dry and broccoli beef was too chewy and tasted like rubber. On the bright side, I enjoyed the coffee ice cream which gave me a mini energy boost. Staff quickly refilled food so all options were available. Employees were helpful, providing us with a crab leg cracker when we asked. I did notice some plates were wet. This place offers quantity but not quality. Easy to find parking here. Plenty of seating available. No wait-short wait times.
