Tickets kids won but couldn't redeem.

My family and I went to this location for my sons 9th birthday last night. We ordered two large pizzas, one was a pepperoni with half no cheese. Birthday boy doesn't eat cheese. The pizza arrived half cheese and half cheese and pepperoni. I proceeded to let the staff know and they said they would have a medium remade for him. About 20 minutes go by and my birthday boy is still hungry... come to find out that they forgot to make the pizza. Somehow they thought upgrading the size and making me a large no cheese pepperoni pizza would fix the situation. It is literally one person eating no cheese pizza, I don't really need a large. It is not doing me a favor. And we had to wait another 15 minutes. Then after spending $40 on games, the ticket voucher machine wasn't working. Kids were unable to turn in their tickets for prizes. That was brushed off by staff as well and we were told they called someone. No solution. Meanwhile I have bags of tickets and an upset birthday boy. Overall very disappointing experience. The upside was the veggie gourmet pizza was good.

Bread Sticks x 6 and marinara.

I ordered the BBQ Chicken Pizza and Parmesan twists last night and they honored the free pizza with no questions asked.

Good value and food!…read more Went to the Friday night prime rib buffet and for $36.99 ($29.99 seniors 55+), it was perfectly fine. Prime rib was soft, flavorful. In the Asian section, had things that you may not normally see in a buffet (pigs feet!). Also there was a Mongolian grille where you could choose meat and veggies, and they cook it for you. Alcoholic drinks were in addition to the price, but pretty reasonable. (A glass of wine was $7. ) Servers were attentive and tried hard to provide good service. All in all, a nice experience.

For the price, the food was average. Nothing was particularly bad, but nothing stood out either. What really impacted our experience was the service toward the end of our visit. Our reservation started at 5:45 PM, and we had until 7:45 PM. However, around 7:15 PM, a waitress began repeatedly staring at our table, making it feel like we were being rushed out before our allotted time was up. We were celebrating a birthday and hadn't even finished dessert, but the atmosphere became uncomfortable enough that we decided to leave early. Guests should be able to enjoy their full dining time without feeling pressured to leave. Overall, the experience didn't justify the cost, and unfortunately we wouldn't return.

It sounded like a great idea, so we set off to find it. It was cold evening, so when we walked in, we were happy the place was warm. Rows and rows of steam tables, a Mongolian grill, and a dessert area. It looked very interesting, so we grabbed plates and delved into a sea of families piling their plates with good food. As we came back to the table, we started to notice we were quite warm. We peeled off jackets and sat down to dig into our delights. Spring rolls, pot stickers, various prepared chicken dishes, some Mongolian creations all went down easily with great taste. Still, is just me or is it really warm in here? Yes, it is warm, I noticed as sweat trickled down the side of my Wife's face. The steam tables are so great in number that it makes for a slightly swampy warmth. Maybe the heater was on the fritz? No one else was really complaining about it. The food and service was good, for a buffet, and it hit the spot. Walking out into the night air without our jackets on was just heavenly though.

The food that was supposed to be hot was cold and the sushi was warm. Very limited menu. Nothing looked fresh. The service was okay. This custom was preserved in Sweden and gradually evolved into the Smörgåsbord (Scandinavian cold buffet), which is the direct and continuous ancestor of the modern buffet. · France (18th-19th century): The French adopted the word "Buffet" (originally meaning a sideboard or serving table) to describe this self‑service style of dining and promoted it among high society. · Perfection in Japan: The modern buffet model we know today--featuring cold dishes, hot dishes, desserts, and a wide variety of options--was established by the Imperial Hotel Tokyo in 1958. · Las Vegas: The now‑popular "all‑you‑can‑eat" model originated in Las Vegas, USA, in the 1940s. Casinos offered cheap or even free buffets to keep gamblers on the premises, a strategy that quickly became widespread. · Introduction to China: The buffet was introduced to China in the 1930s, initially appearing only in foreign‑funded hotels. It was not until the late 1980s that it reached the general public through tourist joint‑venture hotels. Here's the English translation of your review: Ambience: This buffet restaurant seems to have been around for a long time. You can tell it was quite luxurious about 10 years ago. Relatively speaking, it's still fairly clean. Taste: There is a huge variety of options, covering dozens of items including Chinese stir-fried dishes, Western food, Japanese cuisine, teppanyaki, fruit, seafood, salad, as well as drinks and ice cream. I mainly tried the Chinese stir-fried dishes, boiled shrimp, and teppanyaki. Considering the price per person, I think every item met my expectations. Service - unexpectedly good: From asking how many people in our party at the entrance, to guiding us to a table and asking if the seat was comfortable, to explaining the dining process, and clearing plates during the meal - all of it was very good. Room for improvement: Some of the items are pre-made dishes that only need simple deep-frying or grilling. Pre-made dishes can be categorized into a few types: easy to cook, easy to eat, easy to heat. Based on my experience in the industry, the essence of pre-made dishes is really an issue of trust. If the selection is done properly and customers don't experience any adverse reactions after eating, then it's a good business.
