Seating area is plentiful and clean and there were numerous customers enjoying their lunch. I had the Pollo Saltado. Flavorful charcoal rotisserie chicken, French fries, rice, red and green onion, sauce! A great combination. It's also the slowest CFA in the nation. I'm not sure what goes wrong here but last Thursday night, we spent a half-hour in the drive-thru line. A. Half. Hour. At the restaurant known for its efficiency--and this wasn't an unusual experience here. It's insanity. Top it off with sullen employees and a real lack of the baseline, flagship CFA service, and one wonders how this franchisee holds onto his flag. Two stars for the food itself which is standard CFA, but it's a sad state of affairs in Hagerstown. I'd love to see it improve but after years of nonsense here, I'm not hopeful.
