Visited a few times. Each time trying a few different items. Sandwiches are very good and we also enjoyed the drinks. The space inside is pleasant with a mural portraying a colorful countryside relaxing vibe. I think this is the similar mural to the one located on Clement. Great place for eating lunch while reading a book, meeting friends, or have causal lunch/coffee. I especially like their egg salad sandwich and the BLT sandwich. My Husband likes the pastrami and the roast beef. What's great is that they have Sriracha on the side for you to add more spice if you like. Clean, nice and efficient service. Inside sitting only. Located on Geary and 17th Ave.

I had my coffee break here with a piece of carrot cake. Nice cafe they have some music playing in the background. Staff are great this is a good place for a coffee plus they have a full menu of meals. Note that cards can only be used for payment for $10 or more.

Thanks for workers for good tea and let me charge the phone. It was really nice after 6 hours walk in SF

Decent little spot for a quick bagel and coffee. Nothing fancy, but they had a lot of options and a lot of seating. Only downside is the bathroom was out of commission.

Im sorry about the break-ins. This cafe has been in this neighbor for a while. I've never gone in till now. I never knew it had everything. Smoothies, sandwiches, coffee (of course), salads, traditional baked goods like lemon and raspberry squares. Unbelievable how much they offer. I was torn between a sandwich or salad. I let their staff pick. Royal salad won. A big scoop of tuna with dotted capers, crunchy fresh romaine, crunchy bell peppers, a sliced hard boiled egg, the freshest sliced avocado, sliced grape tomatoes and homemade balsamic dressing. Perfect salad. So delicious. This is the California salad in one big to-go container with utensils and napkins. Take this on a picnic and to the ocean. Some customers just chill in there. I need to learn the zen of chill in a cafe.

They have great wifi- came here to take zoom classes. Their sandwiches are really yummy. I've tried a lot of their sandwiches and it never disappoints. My favorite one is the egg salad sandwich. Always super fresh ingredients and I love how they add a lot of fresh veggies. I feel like they also make the egg salad out of scratch- I see them peel eggs so the food is super fresh!! Highly recommend. (I got the egg salad sandwich with rye bread and black coffee with almond milk.

A cute coffee sandwich shop in the Richmond. Plenty of seating to do some work. Plenty of coffee/espresso options and teas. Nice spot to get a quick bite as they have a decent selection of sandwiches. Prices are reasonable and the service was fast. Staff were kind and welcoming. Would definitely come back

Cute little coffee shop with great bagels! I dropped by in the morning and grabbed a latte and lox bagel before sitting down to do some homework. The lox bagel was awesome. It comes with cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and capers. Bagel was perfectly toasted and the veggies were fresh. Perfect way to start my day :) I got a white mocha and it was decent. I asked for it less sweet and it was perfect. There is Wi-Fi so definitely drop by to do some work and grab some yummy food and drink.

This is my favorite coffee place to go for a quick bite. The sandwiches aren't the best as compared to Lou's sandwich but for $7-$9 range, they're decent. I enjoy this spot because it doesn't get too busy and they are really friendly and efficient. Whenever I have a lot like my water and lunch in my hand, they notice and make it easy for me like put my food in a bag and tie it up. They also know me by now and are familiar with my usual order. When I went on vacation and came back, the guy said "hey haven't seen you in a while" so it feels nice to be remembered there.

I just gave it 5 stars becuse everybody else has and I see no need to bring down the rating.) On the way back to our car from TJ Cafe, i noticed, through the window, that the wall of bottles was actually topped by a big sign saying non-alcholic! Having been a member of a non-drinking community since 1962, I was fascinated to see such display and dropped in to check it out We spent some 15 minutes with Josh, an ex-bar tender, explaining his philosophy on the social need for community life withoug depending on alcohol (See his Youtube channel: "Josh the non-Alcoholic" for more on this). Josh gave my wife a free cup of coffee since TJ Cafe down the road had no had free refills, and we entered a draw to win a bottle of non-Alcoholic French wine. Josh surprised us by telling us that the French wine industry is going big on non-alcoholic wines. I bought a can of Vanua Bliss - a Mango flavoured Kava drink - vastly different from the Kava served to me during my 3 years stay on Tanna, New Hebrides (1977 to 1980) which was made by youth chewing the kava in their mouths, spitting it out on to a coconut sheath, then pouring water into it and squeezing it into a half shell of a coconut and cerimoniously handing it to you under the shade of a huge Nambunga tree as the twilight deepened! Such are memories made of. While Kava is not alcoholic, it does have some muscle relaxant properties and give a weird buzz of the tongue. I wish him well in his endeavour to allow the teetotaler community to enjoy the social aspects of drinks with their meals, without worring about the alcohol destroying our brain cell and livers!

The omelletes were actually OK - if they'd been served on a china plate, with a lettuce leaf and orange slice garnish or something, I would probably have given them 4 stars - but on a paper plate with a plastic fork? And no free refills on the coffee? No doubt, if quick in and out food is your need, this place will suffice, but for a nice beach front atmosphere in a comfortable space with good attentive service on a Sunday morning, look elsewhere. Their website says they are a "charming eatery nestled in San Francisco, known for its cozy ambiance and delicious comfort food". Bare walls, linoleum flooring, black vinal and chrome chairs and tables are not what I call charming or cozy - but the comfort food might be delicious, however my wife and I can only say that the omlettes were good enough!

But when you want a sandwich that only tastes like its ingredients, Irving Subs is the spot. Their Dutch crunch is famous for being fresh and actually crunchy. Their lettuce is shredded but fresh and crispy. The salt content is just enough to bring out the flavors. And the overall composition of their sandwiches are very well proportioned. You're not getting skimped, but you're also not biting into a mouthful of a packet of deli meat. They definitely know what they are doing. Double pastrami, horseradish, havarti, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, pickles, and pepperoncini. A lot going on, and it all came together. The horseradish and havarti gave it enough personality to stand apart from a standard pastrami sandwich, and the garlicky mayo tied everything together. The one casualty of DoorDash was sogginess by the time it arrived. That's not a knock on the sandwich, it's just the reality of ordering something like this for delivery. At $14.50 it's a hearty sandwich at a fair price. I'd recommend it, but eat in.
