1 Star - Binding Estimate Ignored & Pattern of Complaints I had a signed binding estimate from Royal Moving for $4,200 after completing a detailed FaceTime walkthrough where every item was disclosed and verified with measurements. Nothing was added after the estimate was issued. On move day, the driver arrived and then the office demanded an additional $1,500 (a 35% increase) before they would proceed. I was never provided a written amended binding estimate--only a verbal demand for more money. When I refused to agree to the sudden price increase, the driver left and the move was never performed. I was ready and willing to move under the signed binding estimate. This was not a cancellation on my part. Royal Moving refused to perform unless I agreed to pay more than the contracted amount, and they have since refused to refund my deposit. After researching further, I discovered this is not an isolated issue. According to the public complaint database maintained by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Royal Moving has had: * 11 complaints in 2023 * 12 complaints in 2024 * 18 complaints in 2025 * 2 complaints already in 2026 You can verify this yourself here: https://ai.fmcsa.dot.gov/hhg/SearchDetails.asp?ads=&id=30124067&id2=31801537&f=CNS%3D1%26CN%3D%26search%3D1%26DOT%3D3808951%26MC%3D%26Submit%3DSearch Consumers deserve transparency. A binding estimate should mean something. If you are considering using this company for any move, don't. I have filed a formal complaint and am pursuing further action. Proceed with caution.

Fraudulent Business Practices - Avoid at All Costs Royal Moving Company in Las Vegas operates unethically. I was quoted $2,000 for my move after providing a full list of items to be wrapped and transported. When the driver arrived, he suddenly claimed the quote only covered 400 cubic feet of the truck and insisted my items exceeded that space. This is bait-and-switch. If the company wanted precise details, they should have asked for photos or measurements before quoting a price, not try to upsell on arrival. The driver was also extremely disrespectful--he yelled, cursed, and acted belligerent inside my fiancé's home. It was unprofessional and unacceptable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Once I disputed the charges, the company stopped answering calls and completely cut off communication.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The representative who gave me the quote, Christian Hess, has ignored every attempt I've made to resolve the issue and has never apologized for his driver's behavior.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After reading similar complaints with the Better Business Bureau, it's clear this is their standard business model: lure customers with a low quote, then demand a higher price at the last minute while assuming you'll feel stuck. I do not recommend this company under any circumstances. Protect your money and sanity--do not book with Royal Moving Company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! The company is a scam and needs to be shut down. They pose as carriers, over charge (by a great deal), steal and lose property. They are professional scam artists. I have been so patient and optimistic, unfortunately now I need to be realistic about what is truly happening within this company. I am sharing my complaint here to try and help someone else not have to go through the same thing. This company stole my queen size mattress ($600), (literally stole it- they texted me and told me they "found it and would be delivered - I'm still waiting...), they stole a large bin of my son's legos ($700-800), stole or lost a box of clothing ($500-/+), stole my husband's box of collectable baseball cards ($1000's) from when he was a child. He is now 46, so imagine the math and worth. Our camping gear was stolen or lost ($75), and more. My precious China dishes from Japan, boxed and wrapped with bubble wrap AND towels had so many broken pieces. ($300) 11 of my quality, large lid locking bins were crushed and broken. And sooooo much more! On top of that they wrapped and "marked or counted" individual items for the move like 1 bike pump or 1 pot, or dismantling my husband's bike into 2 pieces as inventory to try to up our cost from $3800 to $5K to take our items that were fully listed. So much so that they convinced us to not bring our couch or fridge at pick up which was literally like 30 hours before we were leaving for our move, otherwise they would have to charge us that extra $1200. This was an absolute nightmare. To top it all off- the woman in communication with me who schedules all the deliveries- Ellie, tried to gaslight me and her driver at the drop off, then ignored me until I was more firm. Only to confirm they "found" my mattress and it would be delivered- only to ghost me again for 20 days now. I EVEN HAD ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY WARN ME TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I honesty thought they were just trying to get my business. Turns out everything they said was so incredibly accurate! Pls learn from our awful mistake- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

1 Star Review This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My delivery was delayed for weeks with almost no communication[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], and when my belongings finally arrived, several were damaged, refrigerator has huge dents. I spent several hours carefully packing my fragile items, only to have them delivered as if they were junk--broken, scratched, and completely mishandled. The whole operation felt shady and disorganized. I was also lied to about costs the price I was quoted was nowhere near what I ended up being charged once they had all my things. They promised to take furniture apart and reassemble it but didn't follow through, leaving pieces scattered and missing. It was done carelessly and without accountability. I also learned some of the workers weren't even paid. The whole process felt shady and unprofessional. Avoid this company I will be writing negative comments to help others. I'm sure I will not be compensated for damages.

Missing battery for my missing vacuum

This company charged me 12k to move a 1 bdrm apt from Los Osos California to El Paso TX all the lies manipulation incredible malpractices re the contracts ! The company, CSI, that handled my dispute for lost, stolen, broken and other peoples stuff that I received protected these illegal practices. They are paying me .60cents per lb of proven broken, even the 2 tvs they boxed, both brokern only paying .60 per lb they are taking NO responsibility for horribly mishandling my possessions. DO NOT USE Royal Moving and storage Such a horrible feeling of helplessness for a senior citizen on a fixed income! I had to borrow money to get my possessions I will be paying off for the rest of my life! Hell is not big enough for people like this that intentionally take advantage of trusting customers!

This is my mini fridge...... it was new when it was picked up. Now it is dented and scraped up.

I would leave zero stars if I could! This company is a bunch of con artists! They tripled the cost of the move throughout the whole thing and they keep making you resign so many contracts that you start to get confused. They damaged several my items. They literally dumped almost everything in my living room and left, even though we were told they would place the boxes in the rooms they go in and our furniture would be reset back up by them. None of that happened. [[HIGHLIGHT]]You can never get ahold of anyone to ask questions.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They were a day late picking up my stuff and then tried charging me an extra $700 to have it delivered ON THE DAY THEY PROMISED TO HAVE IT DELIVERED ON! They rip you off at every corner. The cost of my move went from about 3K to about 9K in the end and didn't get any of the services we were promised! They are a joke! Because they arrived late for pick up we were told we would get a discount on delivery, we did NOT get a discount on our delivery! [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I tried reaching out to them before paying the delivery fee, I could never get a response and still haven't.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Then when it came time to pay the final cost it was done a very shady way... we had to pay, thru venmo, the dispatcher at the company, so she could then transfer the money to the moving company. It made absolutely no sense and scared me, so I kept questioning them on why I was paying a random person and not the company, but never really got an answer from the driver. And calling dispatch to make my payment by phone, or even doing it thru an invoice, was not an option! Like really???? Who runs a company like this? Like I said.... CON ARTISTS!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Absolute worst experience ever and considering we have 43 combined years of military service that includes multiple deployments and PCS moves this was the worst. They come off strong with a girl named Sunny for us - don't worry she will be with you every step of the way or so they say. Right after initial deposit Sunny was done for us and we were no longer her problem. All downhill from there. They invoiced at pickup no problem and we paid the adjusted amount even though it was way higher because of the space we used YET when they deliver they don't invoice you - you have to pay with a cash app and a lot of cash apps only allow 5 k a day so the movers were sitting for about a half hour trying to get it resolved. We were under the assumption as they have their "own people" but when four showed up only 2 worked for the company and on the back end only 1 of the 4 as the rest were all day laborers who don't really care since our boxes were dropped routinely. So I asked for follow up from owner and crickets because hey it's veteran owned which is why we went with them. I didn't know veteran owned meant veteran screwing other veterans. Hey don't believe me? We paid almost 18 thousand dollars so look at the pictures and tell me... Avoid at all costs. Also two items never even showed and one had my wife's jewelry AND heirlooms....the company though - no care given. They got paid and are onto the next fleecing. You're really an idiot if you hire this company. I feel like one. Zero attempt to contact or make it right just an email for claims.

Their price was in the middle of the two other companies we narrowed it down too but we decided to do Eco Movers due to our initial reaction of getting quotes and questions answered. They were very responsive and I could tell they were not trying to hit you over the head with hidden fees or additional costs like some of the other companies. Everything they quoted was a set price with no fluctuations. We booked everything a few months in advance to be proactive but Leury and his team made sure to check in with us before moving day. He came by and did a walk through of our 3 bed/2 story home to make sure he and his team had what they needed. The only thing I wasn't expecting was to pay for the blankets used for wrapping, but I take responsibility for that as Leury was not aware that our belongings would be staying in storage, and did not want to remove the blankets so our stuff wouldn't be damaged. I appreciated the thoughtfulness and had no issues paying the extra for that. The guys that arrived to pack our stuff were so nice. We had about 3 guys show up and they did their thing. They made sure to point out any of our furniture that had previous dings or cracks and took pictures for reference. They were super quick and efficient and wrapped our fragile and heavy furniture. We did the packing ourselves and only hired them to move so we appreciated them wrapping things as part of their service. After they were done we were given an estimated time of arrival for our items and as always, they stayed in communication with us along the way. They gave us daily updates of where our load was on the journey. We had someone else be there for when our load arrived and they let us know everything went smoothly! I love how thorough the whole Eco Movers team was. I always felt like my things were safe and taken care of. We also had 2 Jeeps that needed transporting and Leury and his team recommended us to their partner Mark who was equally honest and reliable. They also quoted us fixed quotes without any hidden fees, and stayed in constant communication with us. We met our driver (Enrique) across the street from our neighborhood to drop off our cars. I would note that they need space to unload some cars to put yours on, so meeting them in a more feasible location may be a thing. Thankfully we had a big lot across from our neighborhood so we just walked back after our cars were dropped off. The company used was Onway Logistics. I appreciated them providing a tracking link so you can track your cars along the way. They arrived a day before schedule and we also had someone pick the cars up for us and everything went smoothly. Overall we paid about $11.5k for the whole move. The cars were $1850 a piece and the household move came in around $7800. Again, we had quotes higher and lower than Eco Movers but felt more comfortable paying a bit more for quality service. We highly recommend Eco Movers if it's in your budget, and will keep recommending them to anyone who asks! Huge shout out to Elsa for staying in constant communication with us and being such a pleasure to work with on Leury's team. And a huge shout out to our handy movers Hunter, Jonathan, and Lee for loading our things and having fun while doing it! And Enrique for getting our vehicles there safely! And thank you to Leury for having such an amazing team and system!

My largest items were a couch, king-size bed and bed frame, TV, and a four-person dining table. Everything else fit into just 9 large moving boxes after they packed my belongings. I was also moving only one mile away. At their quoted rate of $185 per hour for three movers, I expected the job to be completed within their 3-hour minimum, or maybe 4 hours at most. To be fair, the movers packed everything carefully, and nothing was damaged. The office staff also communicated well whenever I called. The problem was the amount of time it took. The move ended up taking 7 hours, which I simply cannot understand. Five hours into the job, the crew was still packing, so I called the office to express my concerns. Their explanation was that my apartment had three flights of stairs. While I understand that stairs add time, I don't believe they justify turning what should have been a relatively small move into a seven-hour job. Even accounting for the stairs, I would have expected 4 hours, maybe 5 at the absolute most. Instead, I ended up paying around $1,600 for a move that covered just one mile. I walked away feeling like the job took much longer than it should have and that I was being billed for unnecessary time. If you're considering EcoMovers LV, be aware that this was my experience. While they did a good job packing my belongings and the office communicated professionally, the overall cost and time made me feel like I was being milked for every billable hour. I would not use them again, and I hope this review helps others know what to watch out for before booking.

Simply put, this was the best moving experience I've ever had--from the first phone call to the final box unloaded. Karol responded to my initial inquiry quickly, accommodated my preferred moving dates, and was completely transparent about pricing from the start. Their rates were very reasonable, but don't mistake affordable for low-quality service. She even called the day before the move, exactly as promised, to confirm all the details. On moving day, Edgar and his crew arrived at 7:30 a.m.--a full 30 minutes early. In all my years of moving, I had never experienced movers arriving ahead of schedule. After a quick walkthrough of the house, including the revelation that it was a three-story home, there was no hesitation, no complaints, and no discussion of extra fees. Edgar simply smiled and said, "Okay, we'll get started." The team worked tirelessly in the intense Las Vegas summer heat, handling everything with professionalism and care. They packed and loaded efficiently, treated our belongings with respect, and even secured the old house when they finished loading. (While I was still inside! LOL) Throughout the day, they remained friendly, hardworking, and genuinely kind. It was a pleasure getting to know them during the move. What impressed me most was the combination of outstanding service and value. When I told my wife the final cost, she was genuinely shocked--it came in at less than half of what we had budgeted. After collecting multiple quotes during our planning process, Jackie Movers was already among the most reasonably priced options. Yet they delivered a level of service that far exceeded any moving company I've worked with before. Edgar and his crew set a standard that others should aspire to. They worked hard, cared about their customers, and made a typically stressful day remarkably smooth. I would not hesitate to use Jackie Movers again and will enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company. Backyard, packed and staged. Master closet and bath and master clothes, packed. Pictures pulled off walls and staged. One bedroom empty. Loft empty. Another bedroom, 3 items. 3 of 4 TVs were already packed (smallest 40" TV left). They spent 4 hours in the kitchen. This was the biggest part for sure and we have a lot of kitchen items. But it wasn't 16 labor hours big. My wife and I could have done that in 2 hours (and I guess we should have!). There were three furniture items to disassemble, a king bed, a crib, and a dining table. Dining table was not disassembled. They recommend buying your own packing supplies. No further guidance. So I purchased the $600 Uhaul kit, plus other items. Well, we needed a trip to the store to buy more tape. Then we needed a trip to the store to buy more moving blankets. Bought out the entire Uhaul, 15 blankets, $150. Brought them home and nearly immediately we were asked for more blankets. Half of the other supplies were not used (thankfully Uhaul lets you return unused items) which almost balanced out the blankets. 3 of 4 wardrobe boxes were unused (seems like those would have been good for the pillows, blankets and sheets sitting unpacked in the driveway). TV box, unused, cannot return that one (what did they pack the TV in? I'm scared to find out). 4 loading straps to secure the furniture in the containers, unused. Towards the end, unpacked goods starting going randomly into the containters. No wall or floor coverings/protection were used. I thought this was standard practice. Lots of scuffs and scratches on the LVT floors. Thankfully we were getting the carpets cleaned the next day. It seemed like we got an inexperienced crew. One older gentlemen knew the business and the others were mostly clueless. They rarely split up which is strange. In past moves, I've had a crew where 2 would pack the kitchen and the rest would wrap and breakdown furniture and stage. Then they converge to load. No efficiency in that regard. Overall, well done fitting the home into two containers with efficient space use. But this 11 hour ordeal ended up costing us way more than we anticipated.

The visual assessment call came exactly as scheduled, and had it not been for some technical difficulties on my end, it went without a hitch. A day after, Alona supplied us our fixed price proposal for our move. The morning of our move, Tristan texted me to let me know that the movers were en route. All this to say that the Team went above and beyond to trek through some craziness while ensuring the safety and security of our belongings as well as staying safe on the road themselves. When we finally arrived in Texas, Jett and Jose got to our new place before we did. When we got our keys and opened the doors, they got right to work offloading the truck and moving our things in. Again, they moved quickly and efficiently, despite the humidity. Before we knew it, the truck was emptied and boxes were placed where we asked them to put them. We honestly could not have asked for a smoother move. Jett was quick to communicate through text with updates. Everyone on the Team was extremely courteous - I even had to ask Thomas to not address me as "sir". If you're looking for the cheapest move, Seven Brothers Moving isn't that, but if you're a believer like I am, that you get what you pay for, Seven Brothers Moving cannot be beat. Highly recommended. Hire them, and tip generously because their performance warrants it 100%. A+
