1 Star - Binding Estimate Ignored & Pattern of Complaints I had a signed binding estimate from Royal Moving for $4,200 after completing a detailed FaceTime walkthrough where every item was disclosed and verified with measurements. Nothing was added after the estimate was issued. On move day, the driver arrived and then the office demanded an additional $1,500 (a 35% increase) before they would proceed. I was never provided a written amended binding estimate--only a verbal demand for more money. When I refused to agree to the sudden price increase, the driver left and the move was never performed. I was ready and willing to move under the signed binding estimate. This was not a cancellation on my part. Royal Moving refused to perform unless I agreed to pay more than the contracted amount, and they have since refused to refund my deposit. After researching further, I discovered this is not an isolated issue. According to the public complaint database maintained by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Royal Moving has had: * 11 complaints in 2023 * 12 complaints in 2024 * 18 complaints in 2025 * 2 complaints already in 2026 You can verify this yourself here: https://ai.fmcsa.dot.gov/hhg/SearchDetails.asp?ads=&id=30124067&id2=31801537&f=CNS%3D1%26CN%3D%26search%3D1%26DOT%3D3808951%26MC%3D%26Submit%3DSearch Consumers deserve transparency. A binding estimate should mean something. If you are considering using this company for any move, don't. I have filed a formal complaint and am pursuing further action. Proceed with caution.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Be very careful dealing with these people.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I've got screenshots of them making excuses and lecturing me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Make sure you look them up on Yelp. Fraudulent Business Practices - Avoid at All Costs Royal Moving Company in Las Vegas operates unethically. I was quoted $2,000 for my move after providing a full list of items to be wrapped and transported. When the driver arrived, he suddenly claimed the quote only covered 400 cubic feet of the truck and insisted my items exceeded that space. This is bait-and-switch. If the company wanted precise details, they should have asked for photos or measurements before quoting a price, not try to upsell on arrival. The driver was also extremely disrespectful--he yelled, cursed, and acted belligerent inside my fiancé's home. It was unprofessional and unacceptable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Once I disputed the charges, the company stopped answering calls and completely cut off communication.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The representative who gave me the quote, Christian Hess, has ignored every attempt I've made to resolve the issue and has never apologized for his driver's behavior.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After reading similar complaints with the Better Business Bureau, it's clear this is their standard business model: lure customers with a low quote, then demand a higher price at the last minute while assuming you'll feel stuck. I do not recommend this company under any circumstances. Protect your money and sanity--do not book with Royal Moving Company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! The company is a scam and needs to be shut down. They pose as carriers, over charge (by a great deal), steal and lose property. They are professional scam artists. I have been so patient and optimistic, unfortunately now I need to be realistic about what is truly happening within this company. I am sharing my complaint here to try and help someone else not have to go through the same thing. This company stole my queen size mattress ($600), (literally stole it- they texted me and told me they "found it and would be delivered - I'm still waiting...), they stole a large bin of my son's legos ($700-800), stole or lost a box of clothing ($500-/+), stole my husband's box of collectable baseball cards ($1000's) from when he was a child. He is now 46, so imagine the math and worth. Our camping gear was stolen or lost ($75), and more. My precious China dishes from Japan, boxed and wrapped with bubble wrap AND towels had so many broken pieces. ($300) 11 of my quality, large lid locking bins were crushed and broken. And sooooo much more! On top of that they wrapped and "marked or counted" individual items for the move like 1 bike pump or 1 pot, or dismantling my husband's bike into 2 pieces as inventory to try to up our cost from $3800 to $5K to take our items that were fully listed. So much so that they convinced us to not bring our couch or fridge at pick up which was literally like 30 hours before we were leaving for our move, otherwise they would have to charge us that extra $1200. This was an absolute nightmare. To top it all off- the woman in communication with me who schedules all the deliveries- Ellie, tried to gaslight me and her driver at the drop off, then ignored me until I was more firm. Only to confirm they "found" my mattress and it would be delivered- only to ghost me again for 20 days now. I EVEN HAD ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY WARN ME TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I honesty thought they were just trying to get my business. Turns out everything they said was so incredibly accurate! Pls learn from our awful mistake- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

1 Star Review This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My delivery was delayed for weeks with almost no communication[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], and when my belongings finally arrived, several were damaged, refrigerator has huge dents. I spent several hours carefully packing my fragile items, only to have them delivered as if they were junk--broken, scratched, and completely mishandled. The whole operation felt shady and disorganized. I was also lied to about costs the price I was quoted was nowhere near what I ended up being charged once they had all my things. They promised to take furniture apart and reassemble it but didn't follow through, leaving pieces scattered and missing. It was done carelessly and without accountability. I also learned some of the workers weren't even paid. The whole process felt shady and unprofessional. Avoid this company I will be writing negative comments to help others. I'm sure I will not be compensated for damages.

Missing battery for my missing vacuum

This company charged me 12k to move a 1 bdrm apt from Los Osos California to El Paso TX all the lies manipulation incredible malpractices re the contracts ! The company, CSI, that handled my dispute for lost, stolen, broken and other peoples stuff that I received protected these illegal practices. They are paying me .60cents per lb of proven broken, even the 2 tvs they boxed, both brokern only paying .60 per lb they are taking NO responsibility for horribly mishandling my possessions. DO NOT USE Royal Moving and storage Such a horrible feeling of helplessness for a senior citizen on a fixed income! I had to borrow money to get my possessions I will be paying off for the rest of my life! Hell is not big enough for people like this that intentionally take advantage of trusting customers!

This is my mini fridge...... it was new when it was picked up. Now it is dented and scraped up.

I would leave zero stars if I could! This company is a bunch of con artists! They tripled the cost of the move throughout the whole thing and they keep making you resign so many contracts that you start to get confused. They damaged several my items. They literally dumped almost everything in my living room and left, even though we were told they would place the boxes in the rooms they go in and our furniture would be reset back up by them. None of that happened. [[HIGHLIGHT]]You can never get ahold of anyone to ask questions.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They were a day late picking up my stuff and then tried charging me an extra $700 to have it delivered ON THE DAY THEY PROMISED TO HAVE IT DELIVERED ON! They rip you off at every corner. The cost of my move went from about 3K to about 9K in the end and didn't get any of the services we were promised! They are a joke! Because they arrived late for pick up we were told we would get a discount on delivery, we did NOT get a discount on our delivery! [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I tried reaching out to them before paying the delivery fee, I could never get a response and still haven't.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Then when it came time to pay the final cost it was done a very shady way... we had to pay, thru venmo, the dispatcher at the company, so she could then transfer the money to the moving company. It made absolutely no sense and scared me, so I kept questioning them on why I was paying a random person and not the company, but never really got an answer from the driver. And calling dispatch to make my payment by phone, or even doing it thru an invoice, was not an option! Like really???? Who runs a company like this? Like I said.... CON ARTISTS!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Absolute worst experience ever and considering we have 43 combined years of military service that includes multiple deployments and PCS moves this was the worst. They come off strong with a girl named Sunny for us - don't worry she will be with you every step of the way or so they say. Right after initial deposit Sunny was done for us and we were no longer her problem. All downhill from there. They invoiced at pickup no problem and we paid the adjusted amount even though it was way higher because of the space we used YET when they deliver they don't invoice you - you have to pay with a cash app and a lot of cash apps only allow 5 k a day so the movers were sitting for about a half hour trying to get it resolved. We were under the assumption as they have their "own people" but when four showed up only 2 worked for the company and on the back end only 1 of the 4 as the rest were all day laborers who don't really care since our boxes were dropped routinely. So I asked for follow up from owner and crickets because hey it's veteran owned which is why we went with them. I didn't know veteran owned meant veteran screwing other veterans. Hey don't believe me? We paid almost 18 thousand dollars so look at the pictures and tell me... Avoid at all costs. Also two items never even showed and one had my wife's jewelry AND heirlooms....the company though - no care given. They got paid and are onto the next fleecing. You're really an idiot if you hire this company. I feel like one. Zero attempt to contact or make it right just an email for claims.

From start to finish, the team was incredibly fast, efficient, and professional--true to their name, they made everything quick and easy. They handled everything with care, but what really impressed me was how expertly they disassembled my hydraulic bed. It's not the simplest piece of furniture, but they knew exactly what they were doing, took it apart safely without any damage, and reassembled it perfectly at the new place. No issues at all! The crew was friendly, hardworking, and super respectful of my belongings. They worked quickly without rushing in a sloppy way--everything was packed securely and moved smoothly. It turned what could have been a stressful day into a great experience. If you're looking for reliable movers in the Las Vegas area who get the job done right and on time, go with Quick N Easy Movers. You won't be disappointed! Thank you to the team--you guys rock!

Not good: 11 hours with a 4 man crew, over $1900. Not to move, just pack and load a house where we did A LOT of prep. 4 bd 3 ba. Nearly all of the garage items packed and staged. Backyard, packed and staged. Master closet and bath and master clothes, packed. Pictures pulled off walls and staged. One bedroom empty. Loft empty. Another bedroom, 3 items. 3 of 4 TVs were already packed (smallest 40" TV left). They spent 4 hours in the kitchen. This was the biggest part for sure and we have a lot of kitchen items. But it wasn't 16 labor hours big. My wife and I could have done that in 2 hours (and I guess we should have!). There were three furniture items to disassemble, a king bed, a crib, and a dining table. Dining table was not disassembled. They recommend buying your own packing supplies. No further guidance. So I purchased the $600 Uhaul kit, plus other items. Well, we needed a trip to the store to buy more tape. Then we needed a trip to the store to buy more moving blankets. Bought out the entire Uhaul, 15 blankets, $150. Brought them home and nearly immediately we were asked for more blankets. Half of the other supplies were not used (thankfully Uhaul lets you return unused items) which almost balanced out the blankets. 3 of 4 wardrobe boxes were unused (seems like those would have been good for the pillows, blankets and sheets sitting unpacked in the driveway). TV box, unused, cannot return that one (what did they pack the TV in? I'm scared to find out). 4 loading straps to secure the furniture in the containers, unused. Towards the end, unpacked goods starting going randomly into the containters. No wall or floor coverings/protection were used. I thought this was standard practice. Lots of scuffs and scratches on the LVT floors. Thankfully we were getting the carpets cleaned the next day. It seemed like we got an inexperienced crew. One older gentlemen knew the business and the others were mostly clueless. They rarely split up which is strange. In past moves, I've had a crew where 2 would pack the kitchen and the rest would wrap and breakdown furniture and stage. Then they converge to load. No efficiency in that regard. Overall, well done fitting the home into two containers with efficient space use. But this 11 hour ordeal ended up costing us way more than we anticipated.

They never complained, communicated with each other constantly, and worked efficiently without ever making me feel like they were rushing through the job. They were also happy to answer questions and made sure everything was loaded exactly the way I wanted. Moving is never easy, but these four made the experience so much less stressful. Their attention to detail, work ethic, and genuine care for their customers really set them apart. ISMOVING is fortunate to have a crew like Nate, Sam, Frank, and Jacob representing their company. I would recommend ISMOVING without hesitation, and if you're lucky enough to get Nate, Sam, Frank, and Jacob as your crew, you're in excellent hands. The…read moreseller couldn't do much to help load it by himself and I'm in no shape to help with something heavy such as that, so I did a project search on Yelp and found ISMoving. Right away they were really eager to help. They offered a few daytime time slots but the seller worked all day so when I told them it would best to scheduled after 5pm. No problem, they gave a scheduled appointment within two days in the same week for 530pm. Seller was agreeable and we all showed up at the right time. The seller had taken some of it apart but he'd not wanted to move the pieces without help. His home was gorgeous and very big. There were triple steps in and down to the space with the entertainment center. The garage, a straight shot out to the loading truck but it had two concerns, if it would fit through the garage door and if the path through the garage was wide enough to allow passage. (The garage was loaded with stuff so a narrow path existed but it would require careful footing) A quick assessment by ISMoving and they decided they could handle the stairs without problems. They were very careful with handling of each piece wrapping the glass pieces carefully with padding and with the aid of straps they picked up each piece and loaded everything in the truck. They made the move of each piece as if they were light as a feather. After the truck was loaded and everything strapped secured they made the quick trip to my house. I had moved things around and had nothing in the path through my garage and they were able to bring all but one piece through the garage. But they felt the center piece, which was more like a bottom of a hutch, would be better through the front. They were concerned about the ornate moldings and didn't want anything scraped. They moved a few items of furniture out of the way that would impede their path. And just like that I had all five pieces in my family room. They set about putting it all together and ensured everything was plugged in and lights working. They even moved my TV into the spot and offered to hook up my electronics like the cable box, the sound bar and the DVD player, but I needed to swap my cable box out for wireless and I thought it best to wait. These guys worked hard, careful and cautious with my newly purchased piece. They communicated with me about each pieced moved and with each other. I would recommend this company to get your moving job done! They are reliable, cautious and worked well as a team. Pricing is great as well. If I have desire to move things in the future I'm sure to keep them in mind!

My largest items were a couch, king-size bed and bed frame, TV, and a four-person dining table. Everything else fit into just 9 large moving boxes after they packed my belongings. I was also moving only one mile away. At their quoted rate of $185 per hour for three movers, I expected the job to be completed within their 3-hour minimum, or maybe 4 hours at most. To be fair, the movers packed everything carefully, and nothing was damaged. The office staff also communicated well whenever I called. The problem was the amount of time it took. The move ended up taking 7 hours, which I simply cannot understand. Five hours into the job, the crew was still packing, so I called the office to express my concerns. Their explanation was that my apartment had three flights of stairs. While I understand that stairs add time, I don't believe they justify turning what should have been a relatively small move into a seven-hour job. Even accounting for the stairs, I would have expected 4 hours, maybe 5 at the absolute most. Instead, I ended up paying around $1,600 for a move that covered just one mile. I walked away feeling like the job took much longer than it should have and that I was being billed for unnecessary time. If you're considering EcoMovers LV, be aware that this was my experience. While they did a good job packing my belongings and the office communicated professionally, the overall cost and time made me feel like I was being milked for every billable hour. I would not use them again, and I hope this review helps others know what to watch out for before booking.

Not a fan. The guys…read morewho came to help us move were great, but the people in the office were nothing but a headache. First and foremost, we had to get on a FaceTime call with the snakiest salesman I've ever dealt with. I'm talking used car lot snakey. He had us walk through our entire 4-bedroom house so he could give us a quote. Not only did he throw out some ridiculous number, but the second I said it was too expensive, he immediately dropped the price. That alone tells me the original quote wasn't real. It also made me think he's working on commission. Come to find out, after watching us walk through every single room of our house, he somehow wrote us down as a 1 bedroom, 1 office apartment. Because of that, they wildly understaffed our across state lines move. We had 3 movers and 1 truck to pack an entire 4- bedroom house, and only 2 movers to unpack it. Even the movers told us it should have been at least a 5 person, 2 truck job. To make matters worse, we had to rent another truck ourselves just to get everything moved, and we weren't reimbursed a dime. Then, to top it all off, management constantly called the movers while they were working, probably 5-10 times a day. They were so against paying overtime that they kept telling the crew to wrap it up if the job went over a certain number of hours. That forced the movers to rush, put things in the wrong rooms, skip work that was supposed to be included, and leave us with a job that wasn't finished the way it was promised. I don't leave many bad reviews, but I would quite literally never recommend this company to anyone I care about. The movers themselves were awesome and did everything they could. Management completely set them up to fail. We paid a premium price and got maybe 20% of what was promised.
