Called ahead to make an appointment and they told me it was the perfect time to go, 4pm on a weekend was perfect. Walked in and greeted by the super friendly owner I think. She asked what I wanted done (gel mani and regular pedi), once I selected the color for my gels I was assisted in finding the right combo for my pedi. All the girls really nice and helpful, not pushy which I love! Tracy got right to work on my gel manicure, she did the perfect shape as I had asked, squared with rounded tips! Really precise work and I'm in love with my nails, she gets 10 stars! I usually walk out of a place liking them only to turn my hand around and find a crooked nail. Tracy made them perfect and even. (Also no worries about them using the drill on your pretty nails all work done my hand with a little buffer) Hanna worked on my pedicure which she did a really good job, nice massage, even nails. Parking can be a real hassle. Come in off times. The gentleman who did my nails was wonderful. I got a pedicure which was $30 for massage chair, spa scrub, removing impurities, a massage, and polish. He took care with detail on my nails which I really appreciated, I didn't feel rushed although there were a lot of other customers present. Been going here for 2 1/2 years and today was my last time. Done. Over it. The quality has been going steadily downhill for the past year. For the first year + it was great and even more importantly, consistent quality. I get my nails done about every other week or every third week and have for at least ten years. In the past year, the nail techs have been incredibly inconsistent, new techs often have cut my cuticles (over and over) and the work has been really up and down. Since Tiffany has been gone, it's abysmal. Today I walked in at 3, they are supposed to be open until 5. No sign on the door that says otherwise. It's a Sunday afternoon. I was told after picking out my colors that ... "oh, we decided to close early today, come back tomorrow or the next day." This, exactly this. If I had the last year of great experiences here, it would have been annoying, but sometimes things happen. Today, it was the final straw that broke the camel's back. If the quality had been what it was a year ago, I would have shut up and come back. If they hadn't been consistently giving me bleeding cuts on my feet and hands for the past year, I would have signed and figured out when the heck I could fit in a visit during the weekday. If my last four manicures from here hadn't had bubbles and streaks - I'm talking really visible ones you can see from a few feet away - not the ones you see on close inspection... I would totally just resign myself to a week of rough nails and come back. But nope. No longer worth it. read more

I came here the other week since my usual nail shop has been understaffed and I must say I was quite impressed. I made an appointment day of and they seated me immediately upon arrival. Excellent gel selection here, any color you can think of. This is the only nail shop I've gone to that doesn't charge to remove old gel (how can you beat that)? Their prices are also SUPER CHEAP compared to most other nail spas in the area. Quality of gel work- 5 stars. I could tell my nail technician (Tommie) was very skilled and talented. My gel has not lifted, cracked, or peeled in almost 2 weeks. It's also very thin and natural looking instead of clumpy or thick. Quality of my pedicure- 5 stars. I believe I had Tammie, she did a great job and took her time on my feet. Kept ensuring I was comfortable and that I liked the look of my feet which I appreciated. His attention to detail was amazing, and worked hard at making every nail perfect. You expect when you're there they'll give full attention to just you since you're paying money to do so. Wouldn't recommend going here if you're in a rush. They were all kind though. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SUBPAR Pedicure for pricing. First time coming here and it's a day before my birthday. Only reason I tried a new location for my birthday is because I'm new to the area and have an intense work schedule. I I called to make an appointment and let whoever booked the appointment that it was time sensitive and that I also wanted nail designs. I get nail designs all the time so I'm aware it's best to let them know in advance to make sure they have time. My first impression of the place was that the space wasn't as luxurious or products as quality for their price range. I also noticed that they used a whirlpool pedicure chair with no bags which also made me very nervous, but against my better judgment I got the pedicure. Got a callous remover and I had to ask her to get another file because the one she tried to had was CLEARLY dirty. She did a very mediocre job. The polish is sloppy and she caught an attitude when I asked her to square off my toes. Because who the hell wears their big toe nails rounded? Now back to the bad service. Just to reiterate, I had an appointment for a nail design that was at 11am. At 1PM, the only person who does nail designs tells me that her fill appointment just walked in and she's going to do the fill before my design. I HAD BEEN THERE SINCE 11AM, FILL DONE, AND TOES DOWN FOR 30 MIN ALREADY WAITING FOR HER. No disrespect to the client who walked in who had an appointment as well, but when you're about to spend $130-$150 on your nails and a $40 service client walks in 2 hours after you, that is just unacceptable. (Regular client or not) So I let her know I too made an appointment that was 2 hours prior. She just walked off and started doing the other girls nails. Didn't say anything. UNACCEPTABLE. Thanks for ruining my birthday nail experience. Now I can't get another appt for a nail design anywhere else before my plans because I have work. read more

Truthfully a little surprised this place has good reviews. Arrived without an appointment on Sunday afternoon, there was no wait. Small place, a little run down looking inside. It has maybe 6 or 7 pedicure stations. All of them are old and in tatters. Even the manicure stations were torn up. My friend wanted to use her massage chair but there was no remote. Apparently it was broken, and so were at least two others. We would've had to be completely split up so she just stayed with the broken one. My massage chair worked but it was leaking water down the side and my flip flops got soaked. The man who did my pedicure was nice but he didn't do a great job. He slathered cuticle oil all over my legs before he put on lotion. It was disgusting but too late for me to say otherwise. At first I thought he made a mistake thinking it was the lotion, but he did it on the other leg too and it made me feel weird after I pulled my leggings back down. The massage was really painful and he kept aggressively rubbing my shins! Plus when he was trimming my nails, rather than file it, he pulled on the edge of one and basically peeled my toenails down along the side. It hurt instantly and when I jumped and told him that hurts he decided to file it down instead. I can't say I'm convinced they used clean tools. There were 2 boxes on the cart, one labeled CLEAN and the other labeled SOILED. pretty moot though, since he scrubbed my heels using something sitting on the cart, then when he was done he just rinsed it back in the same water my feet were soaking in and put it back on the cart. I never saw him take anything out of either boxes. Everything was already just out. Lastly he didn't help me put on my flip flops and it got ruined. I didn't wanna stay there any longer tho to have him fix it. The polish was nice but my toesies are all unevenly shaped now. I wouldn't recommend this place for a pedi. Maybe a manicure would have gone better. read more

Horrible horrible horrible . I went and got nail dip. They were about a half inch thick. She cut my fingers trying to get them to a half inch because they were so thick. After bleeding and being unhappy I went home to shave them down myself. I went back the next day to ask for a new top coat. They were annoyed they poured alcohol on the open cuts the gave me. They put a gel top coat on. I said that was wrong they waved their hand in my face. It didn't dry (because it was wrong) so once again the poured alcohol on my now red and burning fingers. Then a new top coat ( I also told them that was not the one she uses ether) again ignoring me. They didn't dry. So once again more alcohol on my open cuts. It's been 45 mins now and they can't figure out the top coat they used yesterday (the standard dip top coat) 2 people showed up while this was happening. I asked them just to remove the dip and they told me I'd have to come back in 3 hours because they were there now. Hello my fingers have been getting ripped apart for 45 mins. I flipped out went to nail garden. 5 mins 5 dollars and my nails were fixed and looked perfect. They didn't say sorry. They have no clue. I still have scabs on my fingers. I used to travel 30 minutes to come here but not anymore. Last time I came in for a pedicure and acrylic fill, and neither went well. My fill was started and I was asked if I was in a hurry and said no since I had 2 hours until I had to be somewhere else. I didn't know that meant my feet would be left sitting in room temp water while they gave pedicures to 2 customers that came in after me. I ended up having to cancel my next appointment because I was there so long. During my fill, 2 of my nails were taken off, without asking me first. They weren't even loose. He had to rip them off so hard that one bled and the stinging lasted a few days. He then put the acrylic right on my nail, did not glue back on the fake tips he ripped off. I received a freezing cold pedicure, and overall it was extremely rushed. I was the only person in the salon at the time, so the rush was not logical. The paint job was very hasty and she spent more time cleaning the polish off my skin than she actually spent painting them. Many normal steps of a basic pedicure were either breezes over or skipped totally. I also got a full set of acrylic nails and the acrylic on the underside of my nails is bumpy and not smoothed down. I left with my fingers covered in a thin layer of acrylic that I had to peel off. I also never was told to rinse the acrylic residue/powder off my hands at any point of the process. My skin was very dry at the end and I was offered no lotion to help. They also gave me one drop of cuticle oil and expected it to be enough for all fingers. The polish near my nail beds is very sloppy and not cleaned up either. All the employees were more interested in watching the soccer game on TV than they were working. I also noticed there were no nail tech licenses posted in the facility, which may be an LA thing since I am new here but where I am from everyone must have their current license posted for the public. Definitely will NOT be going back, and immensely regret spending $86 on this place. (Also she charges me more for the tip than I told her to charge, but I didn't notice until I left) read more

I couldn't tell if their tools were santized-they just kept it in a plastic container. So frankly, I felt disgusted because of the unsureness. Be careful with the sanitation.
