He picked the table up and returned it. For those of you who do not know what a drum table is, the center of the table goes around. Mine was badly broken causing the top to be very tilted. I told Mr Burkett, if he could not fix the table to turn and just have the top be connected to the part that turns, I would have him do the job. He came over and looked at it and said he was pretty confident he could fix it. I was in the process of repairing a few things in order to put my condo on the market. The tub had…read morea few chips that needed reglazing. I called the number and my call was answered immediately. I sent photos of the chips and was able to get a quote right away. I also called another company and AK was lower, so I took a chance and went with AK. I also asked them to rechaulk which they did for a very nominal fee. After they were finished, they sent me photos as I don't live in the condo. I thought they did a fine job based on the photos. They accept credit and check. There is a 3% fee for credit which I opted for. I have been screwed by a vendor in the past and it is extremely hard to get your money back if you write a check. But if there's a problem, you can always try to dispute it with your credit card company if there are issues such as work was not performed to standard or not even performed at all.

He has this neat system to block the empty doorway with a wood panel, and he uses no screws on the doorway so it isn't damaged while the door is being refinished. Rick is very nice and easy to work with, and again, he did an amazing job on our front door! I highly recommend him.
