I decided to go with "Cured-In-Place Pipe" because it only requires a single hole approximately 2'x4' instead of a trench through my landscaping that would cut very big tree roots since the trench would have been within five feet of four very large trees. Replacing the pipe would also have left three feet of my old (orangeburg) pipe from curb to the city connection, unless willing to pay an additional thousand dollars for 3 more feet. Ryan and two crew members showed up at the scheduled 7 AM time and did an excellent job. Finishing around 2:30 PM after the city inspector approved the work. Ryan and his crew were professional and careful with all the landscaping. They installed a new ABS cleanout, backfilled and cleaned up the work area beautifully.

The issues came from everything else that was done. They took down the old fence to gain access-not a problem, I gave them the ok because they were going to replace it. But shortly after they finished, we had a moderatly big wind storm that knocked it over. On examination, they dug the posts less than 6 inches deep, and didnt mix the concrete, so it was mostly still powder- im not going to mention the lack of straight it was. Ill give Jake credit for reimbursement when I redid it. The biggest gripe I have is the excess gravel that they had after the wall was done, and what was done with it. When I left for work in the morning, there was a mound of rocks and bare dirt (I wanted bare ground due to landscaping plans that I had). When I came home the WHOLE yard had 2 ft of gravel spread across it. Not dips and mounds of 2 foot patches, 2 FEET across the whole of it. I told him the next morning it needed to be gone. He asked what he should do with it (I didnt order it and I had no plans for 5-8 yards of rock anywhere in the yard), so i suggested putting it behind the wall as its vacant land. He moved a majority of it, probably 85%, but the 15% that remains is still ridiculously in the way. So today as I try to pick up dog poop out of the 15% of rock in my yard that I didnt request, I decided to take a break and write this review. I was going to omit the killing of the tree that I spend a fair chunk of change on, or the hole in the roof, but while im here and reminiscing...Jake was nice enough, but his crew treated me like a schmuck.
