Their online roasted coffee catalog online is truly overwhelming - because you can order any and they will roast it fresh for you, within 1-2 days - but the available beans in the shop are more limited and rotate each day. If you order beans online, you can even specify what roast level/temperature you want! If you stop by in person, the staff is happy to chat and answer any questions you have.
