Moved my hot tub about 100 ft
    Karissa K.

Edward, Jason, and Amador we're great! They moved my 600 lb hot tub from my front yard to the back yard about 100 ft and down 7 steps. Super nice and friendly. Great communication. No complaints. My partner had wanted to rent a crane to move it. So glad we went with Royal Spa Movers instead. Great prices. Under $500

Amador, Carlos and Edward were great! Friendly, communicative, efficient, and clean. They removed a spa from a property I was listing. They drained the spa and did a great job at removing it from a tricky spot. I will definitely be calling them again and referring them to others. Thanks for the great work!

I recently purchased a jacuzzi and needed it moved from a residence to mine. Royalty Spa Movers were by far the most reasonable. They showed up earlier than expected and great equipment for the job. After it was placed they took time to show me things about the jacuzzi that I would not have known. They went above and beyond and were very friendly. Highly recommended and thank you for the great work today.

I ordered a hot tub from Wayfair and had been waiting 3 months to get it delivered. On the day of delivery, Wayfair's freight delivery operator said that they could not deliver the hot tub in the backyard and only provide front door delivery. I was a bit in a bind, and last minute I needed help to move my newly delivered hot tub from the curbside to my back yard, I found Royalty Spa Movers on Yelp and gave them a call. Immediately, Amador picked up and I told him my situation and he immediately scheduled an appointment the same day. Amador and Edward came by as scheduled, actually 1 hour early and after arriving, they assessed the move. There was a problem with my front yard gate concrete barrier as it was shorter than the hot tub's width and all seemed lost to reschedule since they needed more equipment as well as another person to help. However, their quick thinking they devised a plan to build a ramp using the wood pallet to lift the hot tub above the concrete barrier, take off my front gate door and slide the hot tub through the gate and all the way back to the yard. It worked perfectly! I highly recommend Royalty Spa Movers! They are strong and quick thinking movers and know how to setup spas! Thank you again Royalty Spa Movers! You guys rock!

    The awkward staircase

Brad and Raul our dream team that made the impossible possible!!! We had a large refrigerator that we needed to get up an awkward set of stairs. Costco said they couldn't and after calling 6 different moving companies we took a long shot and reached out to Royalty Spa Movers. We figured if a regular mover couldn't do the job maybe someone who specialized in moving heavy objects could. Jason told us it wouldn't be a problem and he even set us for a same day appointment. When the guys got to our place they confirmed that it was going to be a tough move. The size and weight of the fridge coupled with the height of the railing on the stairs was presenting some major barriers but these guys did not pack it up and go home. After some measuring and discussion they came up with an initial game plan. They took apart as much of the fridge as possible, covered railings to prevent damage and plotted the path up the stairs. When the initial plan didn't totally work out they got creative and figured out solutions on the fly to muscle our beast of a fridge up the stairs. They put the fridge back together up stairs and even cleaned up the few scuffs on the wall. Considering the difficult job there was no damage to the floors or railing. We are so thankful to Raul and Brad, they don't quit and are both really cool guys. You can trust these guys to get the job done!!!

Thank you again!! I do not recommend this business! I moved from California to Oregon, so I chose to utilize their full packing service in addition to the 1,000 mile journey to my new home. The team of five arrived promptly and took about six hours to pack everything inside and load it into their truck. My husband thought to put a tracker in one of his items and this is where the confusion and lack of communication began. We never got a straight answer on this given the singular phone call in two weeks, but from what we saw on the tracker our stuff made 5-10 stops across Los Angeles and San Francisco during the week that we had assumed they would be driving. Our best guess is that they were unloading and reloading everything into a bigger truck to accommodate more items (and more $$). They packed us on July 26th and I gave my first available delivery date as August 2nd. After the initial contact on the move out day, I didn't hear a single word from them until August 4th after trying desperately to get ahold of anyone at the company. Does anyone actually work here? I only ever received emails from "Jim," but he would stop responding as soon as I asked for a phone call. I feel you would have happier customers if you OVER communicated, given that you have most of their worldly possessions. On top of the complete lack of customer service, the team packed our household items terribly. Nothing is labeled, items from rooms in a bunch of different boxes, several items broken or lost or wrapped up in a shoddy fashion - which is making unpacking an absolute nightmare. The company also just hires random local people to unpack the truck (two men and one older woman- peculiar choice), so while they were helpful they had no idea what each item was. Since we were all totally clueless, it took double the time to unwrap/unbox every single thing. We were moved in on August 8th; the sixth day. I'm now realizing they do this on purpose with their "7 day guarantee," so take that into account if booking. I would urge you to look elsewhere, as Pure Movers was not worth the enormous $15k price tag for me.

Complete Failure. Paid for experience, received inadequate labor…read more I hired All Service Movers expecting a professional crew capable of handling a move involving stairs. At $210 per hour for a three-person crew, they were the most expensive company I considered. I chose them mainly because I expected the quality to match the price. I got burned on this one. When scheduling the move, I explained it involved one flight of stairs at the pickup location and two flights of stairs at the destination. The heaviest items were standard household furniture including dressers, a sofa bed, tables, and similar items. There were no safes, pianos, appliances, or other unusually heavy items. When discussing how many movers would be needed, I was told two would probably be enough. I chose to pay for a three-person crew mainly because of the stairs, expecting they would handle it better. From the beginning, it was obvious the crew struggled navigating the stairs, repeatedly stopping to reposition furniture and moving at a pace that unnecessarily extended the job. I even found myself carrying heavy boxes over my shoulders up the stairs, and also taking items to the garage myself while paying for a three-person moving crew. I did this not only because I couldn't bear to watch the crew struggle, but also because the clock was ticking and every unnecessary delay was costing me more money. The move lasted 8 3/4 hours, went into overtime, and I was charged for the additional time. Even after that, the move was not completed. Furniture still needed to be placed and assembled. I chose to end the job once I witnessed the dolly scraping on my newly installed flooring. That's when I flipped. Told them it's time to go. It didn't dawn on me that they'd been using an unprotected dolly throughout the move. Once they left, I started unpacking and inspecting my stuff further. I discovered additional damage to my freshly painted walls, new and existing furniture, stair trim, and a scratch on my newly installed sliding door. To put this into perspective, Home Depot later delivered multiple large appliances up the exact same stairs using only two delivery personnel. They handled the stairs confidently without repeated stops or hesitation. I have also used another moving company in the past, and the difference in capability was obvious. The effort the movers put in is not in question. They worked hard. The issue was the lack of experience, strength, proper equipment, and overall capability needed to handle this type of move. In my opinion, All Service Movers failed to assign a crew capable of handling this type of stair move. Their lack of efficiency cost me additional overtime charges, resulted in unnecessary damage to my home and belongings, and left the move unfinished. To make matters worse, after documenting the damage with photographs and submitting a claim, the company offered only $100 toward an estimated $400 in damages. And the $400 estimate was generous. I cannot recommend All Service Movers based on my experience. A professional moving company should assign a crew capable of performing the job they were hired to do without causing unnecessary damage, unnecessary overtime charges, and an incomplete move. Still unpacking. Hope there's no additional damage.
