I called Roza on a Sunday afternoon needing a motorcycle tow with vague directions of where I was located (I did not know the area, at all) and even more vague instructions of where we'll go. He showed up nearly right away, moved the bike for me (it had no power and was too heavy for me in the position it was in). I'd never had to tow a bike before and was a bit nervous. We went five miles away and the price was more than reasonable. As good as it gets. 5 stars. I was stuck in front of my sister's condo. My car wouldn't start. I called Geico and they said they send a guy to jump, he tried to jump it, and it didn't start. I called Geico again and they'd send a tow truck. It was Sunday, no mechanics were open. I was so stressed out trying to find a place to tow it. The clutch went out on my car on a Saturday night I wanted to have it towed back to San Francisco on a Sunday. I called several highly rated places on Google and Yelp to find service and get a quote. Most of them were closed or I couldn't get someone on the line. Then, I got lucky. Phil was the first real person that picked up my call and he gave me the best, most transparent pricing and service quote. I knew that from the first minute of being on the phone with him. Being the fastidious person I am though, I couldn't just go with my first and only quote, so I called around some more and talked to a few more places. I got three more quotes but it turned out that my first instincts were right so I called Phil back and gave him the details on my car and where to meet me. By the time I got there he had it hooked up and ready to go. I hopped in the truck to ride shotgun with him for the ride back to my place. Over the course of an hour Phil and I had a fantastic conversation about mechanics, aviation, hydraulics, history, and politics which was a massive bonus to his prompt and professional assistance. Definitely the guy to call when you're in a jam. Inexpensive, responsive, professional, and helpful. I originally called for a flat tire, and he talked me through what I needed to do to get the lugnuts off, even though that was just helping me for free. Turns out I had two flat tires, so I ended up needing the tow anyway. He met me, rotated the tires so we would be able to tow the car on the two good tires, and towed me all the way out to Costco so I could get a good deal on new tires. He only charged me $70, which is a lot less than any other tow has cost me. He was very friendly and professional. read more
