It is important to me to fully understand any identified issues and to identify key home components (water main shut-offs, sprinkler bypass, etc.), so it was a relief that Sam didn't mind my inquisitiveness and was happy to provide information throughout the inspection. He is clearly very knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection, specifying which issues would require professional attention. The inspection report was completed the same day and was accurate, with an appropriate level of detail and photos.
