Whether you are new in town or visiting a new neighborhood. There are many ways to Meet and Greet the locals. Including the father and son butcher market along the east side of Lake Mead Blvd. Rubio and his son Christian provide high quality meat for more than 30 restaurants throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Even during our present unprecedented times with social distancing and social phobias. Rubio still places high priority on providing customer service with a sincere neighborly welcome. You might say this is one type of Meat and Greet that is more than Meats the eye.

The dining room is well decorated with a classy modern aesthetic mixed with Spanish inspired notes. The menu can be overwhelming if you don't partake in the prix fixe menu but our server Abu was an absolute champ at making recommendations and suggesting pairings. Aside from that our drinks were never empty and we were regularly attended to. There is a lot to enjoy about the menu but I must call out the Jamón Ibérico WITH the pà amb tomàquet. The slices are made table side and are great but the pairing with the pà amb tomàquet cuts some of the inherent saltiness of the meat excellently. And the Piquillo Peppers are amazing! A great recommendation from our server; they are just sweet enough but overly so and pair so well with the main course. The main event of this restaurant is undoubtedly the Washugyu Rib Eye that is aged in-house and slowly cooked over a wood fire visible to the tables. Incredibly flavorful and with great mouth feel this is the reason that you're sitting in this restaurant. Though I warn that it is a big cut of meat and you will need to bring a few guests to share with.

In love with the interior design of this new spot, swag, vibing and full of luxurious energy and exotic brilliance. There are different seatings and environments from dim lighting velvet booths to people watching seatings by the strip and its open kitchen and butchers' station. Here tonight to check the menu and finalize our private dining for 25 ppl here later. Tried our previous favorite items including the foie gras cotton candy, the caviar and fish egg cones, the foie gras cotton candy is slightly bigger and tastes better than before. Also ordered their new items banh mi with pork belly. I never ordered the deserts at the old spot as there's always a plate of tiny assorted desserts served at the end. But we tried three of their most popular desserts tonight, all large portion and enough to share among 2-3 ppl. The citrus shaved ice is pretty with refreshing sourness. Cheesecake is rich with creamy texture. The flan is thicker and condensed than normal ones. Food is still on point, definitely love the new vibes, and they now have wine cellar and two private dining rooms downstairs.

For two people, we started with a caesar salad which was big and enough for 2 people. It was not too heavily seasoned, nice salad. Also got a 12 ounce NY strip with a side of the hot pepper sauce, an 8 ounce filet mignon, with a side of chimichurri sauce, side of risotto and a side of garlic mashed potatoes. Drink wise, got the lions tail and a strawberry lemonade. The steaks were delicious, seasoned well. For the sauces that we added for the steaks, the chimichurri was a bit salty but the hot pepper sauce was nice. The risotto was a mushroom asparagus risotto, for a side the portion was huge. The garlic mashed potatoes were creamy, smooth and garlicky. Very good. The lions tail drink was a little bit bitter/sour but very refreshing. The strawberry lemonade is a typical strawberry lemonade. Overall, everything was delicious, would definitely come back again for the steaks.

They gave us one of the best seats in the corner with a view of the Strip. The atmosphere is modern and stylish, and the service was excellent--everyone was friendly and welcoming. For the price, I think it's a great value compared to buffet options on the Strip. There was a wide selection at the salad bar, and the meats were delicious. Since it was my birthday, they even gave me a complimentary dessert. They recommended me Brazilian Pudim. It's nice but it's too sweet for my sweet tooth, but still very delicious. I had a great experience and really enjoyed the food. I would definitely recommend this place if you love meat ^_*

We were seated right away but was informed as we sat down that there were no more high chairs available. Fortunately, we brought a stroller and was able to use that to hold my toddler as we ate. The salad bar is smaller than other places and was very basic. In the beginning the food was coming out pretty quickly, which if you ever dined with a toddler, is great! Half way through, we asked for the golden steak (as recommended by other yelp users). This is when things went extremely downhill. The food servers stopped coming, the regular server stopped coming, and we waited a little over 30 minutes before seeing the guy with the golden steak cart start walking around...BUT he never came over to us. Eventually he disappeared somewhere (we still haven't seen our server at this point) and after waiting another 15 or so minutes we (especially the toddler) was done waiting. We had to hunt down a server for our bill. The Bill came out to $180+ for 2 adults and a Toddler. Unfortunately we were left extremely disappointed and still a bit hungry. Normally for special occasions like Mother's Day, I'd give extra grace for understaffed/extremely busy places but they had tons of seating available... so something wasn't adding up. Unfortunately i can't recommend and probably won't be back.
