Langostino Lobster Burrito with a side of chips Strawberry Fresca Drink
    Joel S.

You gotta try this limited time menu item! The langostino lobster burrito, sooo good! Comes with a side of chips. You can also get it in a bowl and in a taco as well. Has langostino lobster, citrus rice, black or pinto beans, guacamole, and salsa fresca all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. Really good flavor, not spicy at all. Try before its off the menu, it's only for a limited time! Drink choice, i recommend the Strawberry Hibiscus Agua Fresca. It's not too sweet which i like! Service was great! I was greeted when I walked in and the young cashier helped me with my order. I showed up just before the lunch rush came in.

Great time I took my mom she's 88 years old ,last Friday and there was a live rock band outside. Seating area even had cooling mist which was very nice because it was a hot day. We ordered off of the happy hour menu for drinks and then we ordered the chicken shrimp and steak fajitas. It was a birthday party that was going on while we were there and everyone's having a great time my mom really enjoyed it. I'll be back soon. It's a great way to spend a Friday evening in the spring and summer months of California as for my mom she really had a great time and enjoyed casual conversation with some of the other people outside. The waiters were friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the restaurant and salsa bar were very clean, and my daughter enjoyed her kids meal. The food came out quickly and seems fresh.

    Lobster tacos beans and rice

Its been awhile since I've eaten here, very first experience wasn't good, its been over a decade, so my wife says let's give it a try because there doing fish sandwiches, so here we are, ok the fish sandwich was really good, don't look like the picture but what does, the fish was crunchy and flaky not greasy at all, I got sweetness from the bun and a nice creamy crunch from the red cabbage coleslaw. Avocado tomatillo slaw, the Spanish rice was not hard, the rice was soft and tasted good, the beans seem fresh but a little bit more salt, no big deal I added my own, the lobster tacos where really good, no complaints, my wife had the sweet potato tacos and it was so very hot, she likes spicy but she couldn't finish, tacos where so HOT, overall I would come back and give it a go again, blessings

I've been going to Rubio's for 20+ years as my family used to work for them many years ago, and I have to give a lot of credit to the Asian lady manager (possible owner?) of this location... she is always SO friendly and energetic which is great to see and feel... and to boot, their food comes out amazingly quick and fresh... I literally had fish tacos burn my tongue the last time I was there, it was nuts! The only knock on this place is that it's pretty small , and the parking lot really sucks... but as far as the restaurant, food, and service goes... 10 stars for sure!

Quick and easy. Best to go on a tuesday because they have deals all day. Lunch menu is cheaper too on other days up until 2pm. The food was served pretty quick. Also, they got a salsa bar so that's not too bad. Quick and easy too. Not bad :)

After wanting to try Da Rae K-BBQ & Soon Tofu for a while, we finally stopped by--and I'm glad we…read moredid. The banchan was delicious and had a nice variety, including radish stem kimchi, cucumber kimchi, fish cakes, soybean paste with nuts, fried eggplant, and more. Everything tasted fresh and well made. We started with the fried dumplings, which were crispy on the outside and filled with really tasty filling. The soybean stew was packed with flavor and had potatoes, onions, and zucchini--super comforting. The short ribs were juicy and flavorful, especially with a side of rice. The pork cutlet was perfectly crispy, and the dipping sauce added just the right touch of sweetness. Even the salad was good, with a dressing that wasn't too overpowering. They serve hot barley tea and water, and you can buy canned soft drinks if you want something else. Everything we had was delicious--honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like. Prices were fair, and the customer service was great. Our waitress checked on us several times to make sure we were good and even showed us how to make rice porridge using the hot barley tea and the crispy rice at the bottom of the pot, which ended up being really good too. The inside of the restaurant is very clean, well-lit, and has lots of natural color (tans, brown). It appears to have been recently remodeled. There is plenty of seating and open space. This restaurant is great for groups of all sizes. We'll definitely be back to try more items.

I think this location got bought out or has new management as it is no longer called Da Rae K. No…read morecomplaints on the tofu soup, however the only had one heat "setting", being mild. I am used to soon tofu soup having multiple levels of spiciness. Also no raw egg is offered without the soup, this I also found odd. Also, banchan was very disappointing. This is what makes the meal for me. Kimchi was not fermented enough and was a pale orange color, fishcake was not offered without you asking, there were no cucumbers, scallion pancake, seasoned bean sprouts, potatoes, or noodles. The flounder offered was very tasty but again, offered at the end of the meal when we were wrapping up. I'm used to this being offered at the beginning or during meal. I think I would only go back if they ramped up their banchan but I did ask, and they said they won't really rotate their banchan :( staff was very attentive but the food will make or break it for me. Hoping I can retry in the future once they're more established.
