The eggs were fluffy and perfectly cooked, the spinach was fresh, the mushrooms were sautéed just right, and the Swiss cheese was melted beautifully throughout. Every bite was flavorful, balanced, and comforting. It tasted homemade in the best way -- like elevated diner food done RIGHT. And then... the lemon meringue pie. Y'all. That pie was next level. The lemon filling had the perfect balance of tart and sweet, the meringue was light and beautifully toasted, and the crust was flaky and delicious. It's rare to find a place that nails both breakfast and dessert like that. Now let's talk about Lisa -- because she truly elevated the experience. She was warm, personable, gave thoughtful recommendations, and checked on us multiple times without hovering.
