I would have to say that, imo, when eating at a mall food court, then mall food court rating standards apply. I would not, for instance, compare this spot to a stand alone restaurant outside of the mall, although I would be pleasantly surprised if it were in fact comparable. The food and service here are both perfectly acceptable. A nice thing is the placement of the spot is more open and free of congestion than most of the other options in the food court, and the lines don't tend to be as long (nor the wait). We took advantage of that. I didn't find the fare to be especially "Thai" (except for the Thai tea); however, something rare is that they do have vegetarian offerings, including one with tofu. We had the mango chicken (yum, a nice spin on orange chicken), the beef and broccoli (the broccoli looked good); and the BBQ chicken (had a great sauce, a bit fatty). Overall we had no issues here.

Mango chicken and vegan pad Thai.... Idk why I didn't walk away

This is the most terrible spot. Lunch wasted today. It was mushy with sugar and ketchup. Can't call it Thai food. Weird options. I didn't see any pad see ew, the pad thai wasn't normal (no sprouts, eggs, chicken). They didn't have any thai Curry options. I spent $13 and threw it away. Spend a little more time and care on what you are serving!

DiSGUSTING! I pray to God I don't wake up with food poisoning tomorrow. This place needs a temperature inspection also. There is no flavor, I mean none. This is trash food. The chicken is old. I will not even feed this junk to my dog. Close this place and put up anything but this.

Ambience. B Service. A Food. C (for the pad see eww stirfry) Price. A Found in upper level food court of mall. Friendly and They give samples on various chicken. Stirfry are cooked to order. I ordered a pad see ew. Not the best I've ever had. Just tasted like stir fried soy noodles. $13. Ugh. I should have just had their combo. For $7.99. Stick to the combo that look like they've been turned over more frequently. I had to request extra fish sauce on the side. And even ordering 3 star for spiciness was not enough I wouldn't go back for stirfry...stick to what's on the buffet OR go to somewhere else for your stirfry. Not a fan for the food today. .

Black peppered chicken, beef broccoli, curry noodle

Black pepper chicken is too oily - I felt sick afterwards. I tried hard but could not finish any of the food including the noodles and entrees: black peppered chicken and beef broccoli. Food looked and was cold. Will never return. It's no wonder there is no line to this place. The cashier was nice and upbeat.

    Chicken Pad Thai

I'm not sure why I expected five star cuisine from a mall stand, but, as you can imagine, that's definitely not what I got. I had been craving Chicken Pad Thai for a looong time so I opted for Ruby Thai instead of Chipotle (bad choice). For Chicken Pad Thai and water, I paid over $12. That's definitely pretty pricy, seeing how it's like $9 for the same meal that tastes MUCH BETTER at my regular Thai place. The food itself was not that great. The noodles tasted very plastic-like and the chicken actually tasted like it had been cleaned in some sort of bathroom cleaner prior to it being cooked. The Pad Thai "sauce" or whatever you want to call it was a coral pink color and just tasted off. The only thing that was right about this meal was the spice level. Definitely won't be back again, but I'm glad I tried it for the one time.

Pepper chicken and mango chicken with white rice

I was pretty excited to see this place coming into Southcenter. I used to frequent this establishment when I lived in Maryland, and haven't seen one since. I have never been to an authentic Thai food place, since I'm a pretty finicky eater. So I can't compare this place to any other Thai food place. I really like the food. My go to is the mango chicken (basically a sweet and sour chicken), and this time I was given a sample of the pepper chicken and it was pretty good! I can't comment on any of the other sides, as I always get white rice, which they don't show in the food options, but you can ask for it. The customer service was decent. Everyone was nice and helpful.

I wish there was a place to put a negative stars I can't believe how fucking gross this thing they call pad see you is no flavor taste like chicken stirfry lean cuisine and when you go to a Thai food place and they have no idea what nuac Chumis! fucking run away because this restaurant is a piece of shit I just took one bite and I want to throw this dish right in the guys face $11 down the fucking drain what happened to noodle zone the used to be there before they know how to make a fucking goddamn chicken pad see you!!! I'm fucking hungry!

Pad Thai. Tastes like noodles with ketchup. Worst I've ever had.

Wish I'd looked at the reviews before buying food here. Worst pad Thai ever. Just tastes like noodles with ketchup. No nuts, lime, sprouts, or any of the usual toppings you'd expect. Had to throw it out and buy something else in the food court.

I'm surprised by the bad reviews. On the contrary, my experience wasn't that bad. I had a beef soup and it was ok and the thai tea was actually perfect.. i don't understand some people's expectations from a food court. I mean come on, what do they want? A 3 star michelin restaurant for less than 10$?.

I visited on Valentine's Day, and the vibe was lovely--they had vases with red roses on every table, which was a very sweet touch. Tips for your visit: Parking & Wait Times: The Southcenter area gets very crowded on weekends. I highly recommend coming for an early lunch or dinner. If you arrive before 6:00 PM, you can usually be seated right away without the long wait. Service: The staff is incredibly friendly, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and pleasant. What we ordered: Green Curry (with Tofu): We added a side of rice, and it was perfectly creamy. Special Ba Mee (with Chicken): Great texture and flavor. Phad Kee Mao (with Beef): Savory and satisfying. Spice Level: We chose a 3 out of 5, and it definitely has a nice kick! It's "properly spicy," so be prepared if you aren't a fan of heat. The portions were generous, and the taste was spot on. Highly recommended for anyone in the Tukwila area!

This was during a Saturday evening close to 6pm and I got in to a fine-dining and casual mashup of an interior, where lights hang above the booths. Service here was on point, and food came out within 10 or so minutes of ordering despite the place filling up fast sometime after placing our order. Overall, food quality was just okay. Breaking each one down: - Tom yum: the soup was far more sweet than it was salty or even sour. The balance among all three of these was uneven, and the condiments inside didn't help. - Papaya salad: overall dish didn't taste too fresh and was oddly sour. There wasn't any sort of flavor kick in it and just tasted like regular salad at times. - Thai basil fried rice: the dish oddly didn't come in as hot as the other two. Flavor profile was bland, and rice was dry and a little hard. From previous visits I would recommend their pad see ew, since I don't remember any other dishes I've gotten from here besides that. One of my friends also recommended their duck curry, so I'll give that a try on my next visit here when I can.

It was weaker than Hawkeye running out of arrows. but yeah the service was actually good and the ambaince is great. It looks pretty inside, almost like a mini Asgard dining hall. Note that most American Thai restaurants don't even make a Thai omelette...so enough said. Krungthep Thai omelette is amazing - just enough crab and delightfully puffy and flaky. So amazing! As are all of their other dishes! We've had them all and usually get the crispy garlic chicken (you can add more chicken to the order when ordering), the crab omelet (with more crab, yum!), eggplant sautéed, one of the noodle dishes (they are all great!), one of the veggie dishes (all great!), and sometimes a soup (all super delicious!), curry, or salad. Every dish is excellent, and they make a sufficient variety that it is always interesting! If Pad Thai is your thing, Krunthep makes is very, very well! We don't always get the Pad Thai because the other noodle dishes are exceptional, like the Pad Se Ew, Pad Kee Mao, Pad Woon-sen, and Rad-Nah. If you haven't branched out from the popular Pad Thai, Krungthep is the place to explore. They have their own online ordering https://krungthepthai.com/menu that is super easy, and allows for additions and spice/heat level, as is just calling, and the staff are always super friendly. The Burien location now focuses on takeout (and they are always hopping busy, so you know this community knows they are fabulous ... and with so much turn over you know the food is fresh and amazing!). If you prefer sit-down, Krungthep has a nice dining room by the Normandy Park QFC. Go order now! Enjoy!!!!
