Seattle Tacoma domestic airport has great options for food, the same cannot be said true for the International Airport. Once you cross over to the international gates, the options become lesser, & lesser. I found Kobo to be a decent option try & likes their Thai Sweet Chilli Combo, which comes with Rice, some sweet chilli sauce, veggies, choice of protein & a spring roll. Decent food at a decent price, especially when you have limited options.

    Udon with shrimps

This review is based on the Udon. First I was disappointed that the shrimps are small shrimps. But they do put a lot of them. The noodle itself is not bad. Big portion for 7.50. The broth is pleasant. This dish does its job to fill you up when there's nothing better around.

Airport sushi. There, that just about sums up this entire place in two words, but of course I can't get away with being so terse in a Yelp review. I could add a third word: overpriced. And also kind of not worth it. This restaurant happened to be on my way from the arriving airplane gates to the baggage claim, though. I had to stop to buy some food even though my travel was at the front of my mind at the time. Sorry if that's stating the obvious because pretty much everybody visits airports for reasons other than eating. I have to comment on my experience at this restaurant, though, so here goes. First of all, why is it $6.99 for eight salmon rolls? I can understand if they were served fresh on a plate, but these were prepared well in advance and are sitting in plastic trays. And is that cream cheese with the salmon? Ick. I also got a fruit and cheese pack for $5.25. Grapes, sliced apple, and cubes of cheese plus crackers. That is totally not worth the cost, but I couldn't afford to dawdle at the airport and had to hurry with my purchase. Just get your food from somewhere else if you can.

Chicken and shrimp udon (combo udon)

Review for lunch: - ordered chicken and shrimp udon - as in other reviews, taste was bland. Definitely take the chili flakes to add some flavor! - however, it was a big filling bowl - $7.50 was with it (if you compare it to SFO airport prices) No other food vendor in the Seattle S Gates looked interesting. At least we saved some money by eating here instead of the sit down restaurant. Next time If we're in the S Gate Terminal: Eat at the places at the other terminal gates! Looked like there was more variety out there!

By far the worst Sushi I have ever had. The rolls were nasty and the rice was rubber. They were at least two days old. I'll eat Taco Bell before I go here again.

Since my birthday fell on a Wednesday, we were lucky enough to have Chef Shiro Kashiba himself behind the counter preparing and serving our meal. The entire experience was incredible. The service was organized, attentive, and made the evening feel truly special. Chef Shiro Kashiba is knowledgeable, entertaining, and incredibly passionate about his craft. With every course, from salmon and tuna to white fish, mackerel, shellfish, and eel, he explained how each piece should be eaten, where the fish was sourced, and even shared personal stories from his career. It felt like he was telling a story through every piece of sushi he prepared, making the experience both captivating and unforgettable. Chef Shiro Kashiba is truly inspiring. It was also wonderful to see that everyone seated at our counter had traveled from out of state just to experience his omakase, which speaks volumes about his reputation. This was, without a doubt, the best sushi omakase experience I've ever had. The fish was exceptionally fresh, and every bite was thoughtfully prepared. The flavors were unlike any sushi I've had before and gave me a whole new appreciation for how extraordinary sushi can be when it's crafted by a chef with such deep knowledge and experience. I would absolutely love to come back again. I left feeling completely satisfied and fulfilled, yet hungry for more of this amazing sushi experience. This was our first ever omakase and we were simply blown away. The fish quality was out of this world and I really appreciated the variety throughout the courses. I also didn't realize at time of booking this was a global/fusion experience so this was a very welcome, serendipitous surprise for me and my husband, who love exploring global flavors. There were more traditional bites as well, which I appreciated because while I thought I despised wasabi, turns out I only hate the fake stuff and actually quite enjoy the real thing. The omakase is also offered at a very accessible price point and can't be beat for value. We did opt into the premium add-ons, and while they were fantastic, the regular courses are enough to standalone. We're already planning return visits in our future with family and friends!

I love this concept. I'm not much of a roll person bc it's always pricey and then you have to eat all 6-8 pieces, so this was right up my alley. We loved it so much, we came here 2x when we were in Seattle. And even our first time we had to get seconds. All the sushi from the beginning are rolls, and near the end they are nigiris. So save some space for the good stuff at the end. The first time during lunch hour, they kept restocking the sushi, and they even had bluefin tuna nigiri at the very end! Score!! I'm more of a nigiri person so I got half rolls and half nigiri. Of course this isn't like fancy restaurant sushi, but more of like casual dining sushi and bc there were so many people, it was fresh bc it was a high turnover. Sushi quality was decent. Reminded me of just like an AYCE sushi quality. You won't get sick, but don't expect Jiro Dream of Sushi quality here. lol. The other time we went was during dinner of 1 hour before they close, the selection wasn't as good as they didn't have bluefin tuna nigiri, but still worth it and didn't cost us an arm and leg to get sushi. I hope someone catches this concept in San Diego! It's so clever. Love it and would love to come back again.

The popular sashimi plate had sockeye salmon, scallops, king salmon, yellowtail, snapper, and shima aji. 3-4 slices per fish so total about 20ish pieces for $ 75 dollars. Also included salmon roe. Ask which fish is in the plate since it seems to change. Service was good. They serve distilled water which is appropriate for eating raw dish so you actually taste the fish and not the tap water. The star of the night was the miso black cod. Soft buttery and flavorful. Just enough miso to bring out the sweetness of the fish. Some may find it not flavorful enough. It depends on if you are looking for fish flavor or seasoning flavor in my opinion. The only down side is that it's a fatty cut of fish so by the third piece it can be a bit heavy. Ended up cutting the fat with a bit of lemon toward the end and using the shredded pink diakon.
