Went to Ruby Tuesday for dinner tonight 2/27/21. Had 8 adults, 2 children. We were flat out refused service because they only had 1 bartender and 1 waitress accordingly to the hostess. I asked so your completely refusing to serve us, the hostess said "yep". There was plenty of open tables and groups of people walking in as we were leaving due to the refusal of service. Will not support a business like this and it's not our fault they have poor management and under staffing. read more

We had a large party so I'm sure it was overwhelming but we were all patient and understood our wait may be a little longer. They split our party into three tables which was a little strange but again we were ok with it. The last table to order received their items first but still took close to 45 minutes after ordering. Half of the second tables occupants received their orders about 15 minutes after that. Then the third table was told that their food was given to another table!!!! They just said to forget it. My daughter and I received ours about 15 minutes after that news (we had just assumed our food was given to that other table) not one dime was removed from anyone's tickets. I just thought that was wrong. The manager didn't come and apologize. Just the waitress who was beyond stressed. Horrible service. Horrible experience. Don't bother wasting your time at their Festus location. We went and they had one server for the whole restaurant as well as being the bartender. They had a party of 11 and told us there would be a long wait and told another lady 25 minutes. You could not possibly get waited on in time if you only had a limited lunch break for work. Last time we went all we wanted was the salad bar and they told us it would be a long wait. It's no wonder Ruby Tuesday is closing locations. Terrible customer service. read more

Been to this location several times, and I have never been dissatisfied. The service has always been good with the staff being friendly. Although it is a chain restaurant with a cookie cutter menu, the food here has always been good quality, imaginative and very flavorful. Their salad bar is also very good. The staff were amazing. Salad bar allowed me to get iceberg lettuce without the dark green stuff due to the way it was set up. Loved the salad bar. I ordered an appetizer thinking it was different. They discounted that amount and added desert. Prices are high but the steak and salad bar along with the kind and professional staff make ruby Tuesday worth stop. We wanted something good at 9pm Ina Tuesday night so we thought we would try ruby Tuesday. The greeter was nice, waitress was really good, and place was clean. They have wifi but like most restaurants it's so slow that it's hardly worth using (minus a star for that). Just looking at the menu it is insaaaaanely overpriced. Seriously a lemonade is $3.79!! We arrived at 4:50 and were promptly seated and our order was taken in a timely manner: 2 sliders and a grilled chicken sandwich with baked potato and add on salad bar. At 6:00 PM we still had not received our food and our waitress had totally ignored us the entire time; didn't offer refills on beverages, never cleared dirty plates from salad bar, no communication about our order, just absolutely nothing. I've never been to a Ruby Tuesday's but let's just say I won't ever go again. Our waitress was nice, but she always took forever to come back to us and they weren't busy at all. We were there for an hour and thirty minutes and that's about the time it took for our food to come out and our food was not hot. My moms friend ordered and loaded baked potato and she got a potato with cheese on it and she was mad and we still got charged for it. She also said that she's never had these problems at any other ruby tuesday. I do not recommend coming to eat here I recommend going to applebees they are ten times better. Hadn't visited here in years because of poor service and not the greatest menu selection, in my opinion. But we jumped in and tried it out and were thoroughly impressed. I had steak, cooked medium, with mashed potatoes and a ruby runner (alcoholic beverage). Everything was great. The meal, the service, the cleanliness. I was shocked at how my previous bad impression was wrong. I still am not a huge fan of the menu as it just doesn't have as much variety as I'd like but I'd go back just for the same meal I ate this particular evening several times. read more

This must be a place to go in person because I ordered to go and it was not good!! Shrimp Parmesan pasta was like eating oil and tasteless and a lot smaller portion than you would get in store the amount didn't even cover the to go container bottom and it wasn't a large container. My steak was very over cooked and potato had a weird after taste. For a 100.00 meal it was pretty bad. Not sure how they are still in business closing at 8pm and serving food of this quality. This was a decent Ruby Tuesday location. The food was fresh, as you would expect at a Ruby's. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. I don't go into too much detail with chains unless there is a huge problem or they are somehow exemplary. This was a better than average location I will not hesitate to return to. read more

We have been to this location of Ruby Tuesday on 5 occasions. Each and every time the order was wrong. I know that sounds kind of absurd, but it is the absolute truth. Also, on 3 of the 5 occasions, we requested something on the menu and were told "Sorry, we are out of that." We won't be going back there EVER again. Honestly the worst chain restaurant establishment I've been to. Barely better than a shabby local deal. Service was okay. Chicken sandwich was rubber. Ranch tasted funny, acidic? I am writing this review on behalf of my husband who never complains and always tips very well. Today he and 5 other men (being about 6ft 6in and 280lbs) went into Ruby Tuesday for lunch around 11:30. These men were sat at a booth not a table. IE: they need room hence the commit about size. The server got all orders correct, the kitchen took 20-25 minutes to come out. The server never took away used plats and drink refills were done at the end of the meal. The food mediocre at best. 2 of the 6 bills were incorrect. In his opinion the local automotive dealer was more important than these 6 men. Your welcome Ruby Tuesday for the free hour of security. We stopped in for lunch today and had a really nice time. Our waitress, Ashley, was very sweet and very good at her job! When the food was about to come out, the manager came out to personally tell me that the chicken I had ordered had fallen off the plate and they were making me a new one. She asked if it would be ok to bring out the others' food, and I said sure. She offered to pay for my meal, which I thought was so professional and nice of her to do. At most restaurants you have to ask them to do it. She and Ashley both apologized several times and I could tell they actually cared about customer service. The food was very good and it all worked out just fine. We really appreciated the great service we got there because it is getting to be kind of a rarity! My family and I used to frequent this Ruby Tuesday quite often. However, over the past couple years their prices keep getting higher and higher while their portions get smaller and smaller. Waitress was fantastic. We got ribs, Cajun pasta and Quesadillas and all were very good and served in a timely fashion. The new chairs were so comfortable we didn't want to leave. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the restroom. Stained sinks, they were disgusting. And the floors were so sticky I almost lost my sandals! In their defense, there was a person on the way in with a mop, but the sinks were a buildup of long term greasy soapy dirt .And the doors look kind of grungy I'm going to eat at Ruby's again soon! My husband and I came here for dinner last night. It was about 7:30 pm on a Friday. The restaurant was not very busy. First thing we noticed was how bad the place smelled....like an old musty smell. Our waitress had a "I don't care" attitude. I ordered the Thai poon shrimp and the roasted brussel sprouts. The shrimp was bland and over cooked and the brussel sprouts were hard and overcooked. My husband also got a salad bar and said they were not keeping it stocked and fresh (for example, no croutons) The service was very slow and it took forever to get our drinks refilled and when they brought out the "complimentary" cheddar rolls (which we didn't get until my husband asked for them) we just laughed! There was 2 of them about the size of a half dollar....why bother? Don't bother coming here....the food and service keeping getting worse and looks like no one cleans the place. Last time we were there, I had ants in my salad from salad bar and reported it to manager who barely apologized. Didn't comp my meal, reported it to corporate via online, never heard back. We will not return. I am not one to complain but ants in my food is completely unacceptable. read more

Update!! Down to 3 Stars :/ really would have liked to have given it 2 1/2. Ya know 50/50! The kitchen food is still really good sometimes, I will say that. It is hit or miss though. Service is usually great though. Lol. A couple of the girls in there are very very good servers & should go elsewhere. Honestly. The salad bar used to be award winning at this location, but it's anything but a winner now. I kind of understand buffets (ew) skimping on the cheese & going for that plastic won't even melt in the microwave completely artificial stuff, but not Ruby Tuesday's. They are famous for that salad bar, and aside from that the salad bar by itself isn't cheap. The cheese might be the same at all locations & if so shame on ALL OF YOU! Also, it's funny, the salad bar will have let's say 4 empty containers waiting to be refilled, and you see at least 2 ppl coming & going A LOT from the kitchen with salad bar refills & yet 2 of 4 of those containers never got refilled. How?! It's usually the crackers & other crunchy toppings, but still, why are they staying empty?! It's not a mile long salad bar, how hard is it to give the entire table & look over?! Not just the cold ingredients. I STILL recommend the New Orleans seafood if you like Tilapia. They hit the nail on the head every time on that one. There is still time to save yourselves RUBYS!! Lol! You haven't lost your grip yet! Fix the cheese, maybe have your hostesses retrained. They all have funky attitudes & the seating chart is not as efficient as it could be. Solid choice in town, good happy hour specials and burgers. Usually I get the prime burger which is always good, you can also get them on pretzel buns. This is a convenient location and we like the menu. However, the facilities are dated and sorely in need of an overhaul. We cannot get consistent service, there is constant server turnover, nor is the food quality consistent when we dine here. This is review based on a to-go experience. After checking in to a nearby hotel, I arrived before closing after driving 12 hours. I have gluten free and other restrictions that make it tough for eating while traveling. I ordered at the bar with the friendliest young lady bartender. My receipt said Ana M so hopefully that is her and she gets credit for exceptional service. She was helpful showing me where the salmon items were and made sure everything came out perfect. It was spot on when I devoured it back at my room and even though I had to order my salmon well-done (for dietary restrictions only) it wasn't overcooked/dry. I try not to make a habit of arriving right before close (hence the to-go order) but I was really happy with my experience and it was the only place in the area to get a decent meal vs fast food/glutenous food.
