VERY PLEASED :)) This is an update to a later review that I posted for Ruby Tuesday's salad bar in Winterhaven next door to Legoland... The last time I was here for a late lunch and had the salad bar. It was a huge disappointment. The salad bar items were not at a correct temperature .. nothing worse than warm lettuce on a salad bar, it was overall boring. Today I am pleased to say it was great :)) The lettuce was crisp and cold & looked fresh and appealing. I noticed there was a female manager in the store very nice she actually stopped by my table and asked me if everything was okay. Not many customers only about three customers. May I suggest you could add soup to the salad bar & maybe some garlic bread? This would take your salad bar to the next level & really boost business. read more

This Winter Haven, FL Ruby Tuesday is the worst. On January 10, 2026, we arrived at this Winter Haven, FL Ruby Tuesday at 4:19 PM table 505/1 check number 3810. We were server Matthe S's only table, as he was behind the bar tending to seated customers there, filling orders for servers and answering the phone. He after being seated approximately 10-15 minutes he took our order. We waited for 20 minutes to get our food, which was delivered to our table by the hostess. The fries were cold so I took the plate to a passing server. Got the plate back with hot fries, but was missing 2 catfish fillets from the original order. Matthe S came by once after that to see how we were doing. We had to ask 3 other servers for a to go box and the bill. Finally Matthe came to our table and took the dirty dishes but no bill. We asked who to pay and he stated him. After waiting another 10 minutes, we were going to go up to the bar to pay Matthe while he was behind the bar. Apparently there was some issue with Matthe stating he had to tend bar to one of the servers. Then he appeared aggravated and perturbed as he came from behind the bar to where we were standing with the scanner so we could pay him. He took my friend's credit card and walked away even though he had a scanner in hand. He came back and threw the original receipt on the ledge behind where we were standing. We stated we wanted a receipt and he stated the scanner was out of paper did we still want a receipt. We affirmed yes. His body language was abrupt and disturbing as he got paper for the scanner. As we got the receipt he stated "You did not leave at tip", which we affirmed. We felt he did not attend to our needs and left. He did make another unintelligible remark after that. We finally left at 5:40 PM an hour and a half after our arrival. I wrote a review about this on another site on Sunday 1-11-26. Colby the Winter Haven Ruby Tuesday manager called me Tuesday 1-13-26 stating he wanted to talk further about this and make things right. I called Ruby Tuesday back Wednesday 1-14-26 in the afternoon on hold for 18 minutes and was told Colby would call me back in 10-15 minutes. Never happened. Called Ruby Tuesday Wednesday at 11:15 AM after 17 minutes on hold and was told to call back after 2 PM. I called back at 2:15 PM, was told told Colby would be with me in 10-15 minutes and was placed on hold for over 50 minutes. I hung up. I called back Thursday1-16-26 in the afternoon was abruptly put on hold again for 15 minutes with no one to ever pick up again. I assume/know I will always be put on hold and avoided by this establishment as they know me by my caller ID. Patrons beware of the poor service and conduct. read more

Came to eat here one night while we were staying at the Legoland resort. Food was really good, and the service was very good as well. I would definitely come back next time im in the area. read more

My wife and I went there this past Tuesday for the daily special. Winter Haven was under a boil water advisory, so we got bottled water. To my shock, we were charged $3.69 each for a small bottled water that wasn't even cold. I think this was price gouging taking advantage of the situation. Nowhere in town is a water that expensive. Very disappointed in Management's handling of the situation. read more

Please know that if you download the Ruby Tuesdays app, it will send you notifications that you've received coupons and deals but nowhere in the app can you find them! It seems like once you sign up your promised deals that'll get you in the door but they're not really offered when you get there. read more

Always enjoy our meals and the salad bar. Wait staff is always pleasant and helpful. The only issue I have is the carpet in the seating area. These need to be replaced. The foot traffic stain is beyond the point of cleaning. read more

I was so glad to see a Ruby Tuesdays right in front of Legoland! We no longer have Ruby Tuesdays by our home and really missed a good Salad Bar! We were greeted right as we walked in and this is a larger location so we were seated right away even when the park just closed and lots of people streaming out of the gates. Our waitress Destiny was a charm, she was so polite and helpful, checked on us constantly and helped out with recommendations for the young ones in our party. I also was impressed that the manager (Tonya) was visible and walking around the dining room as well. This seems like a well run location, perhaps older reviews were before she started managing but we thought the place was clean and well run and people enjoyed working there. The star of our meal was of course the Salad Bar! Lots of great choices and everything was full and fresh. I even was able to convince two kids to get salad bar for a few dollars more with their kids meal which was nice so they got some veggies and fruit to pick at after a day of Legoland food. The other food we got was also very good. Overall a great experience. They do have a large full bar if you so desire and it is literally right at the road you enter/exit Legoland so very convienient! If you are leaving Legoland just turn left at the small road just before the traffic light and there is a shortcut into the back of the restaurant. Wish we had one of these in Clearwater area still! But next time we're here we know where to eat! read more

at this location our waiter did his job on writing note on order for my wife, she has gluten and dairy allergies. ordered plain hamburger on a gluten free/ dairy free bun, plain bake potato. order came out on a regular bun my wife cut it in half took a bite and knew the bun was not what she order for her allergies. upon talking with the waiter he sent it back and they fixed it with a gluten free bun but noticed the hamburger patty was the same one on the regular bun. so they cross. contaminated the gluten free bun. the staff needs major improvements on handling people with allergies. should have not charged us for our meals will not visit this location or any Ruby Tuesday anymore........ this restaurant is located on cypress gardens blvd. We go to this location all the time our waiter today was "Colin". He was so nice and his customer service out of 1-10 it was a 20. He made sure we were taken care of. Our food was amazing the salad bar was very clean and fresh. My Asiago chicken was amazing the flavors was everything. If you every go to this restaurant make sure you ask for "Colin" the best waiter ever! Kudos for the amazing dinner and service! Will be back again! read more

food isn't bad, but service is awful. they wouldn't let us stand out of the way to wait 45 minutes and told us to wait in the small entryway (15 people) because it was a fire hazard to wait inside out if the way. when we asked about sitting at an empty table until we could be served, that wasn't allowed due to the "floor coverage". got my order through their "garden bar" name on uber eats, restaurants shouldn't make portions smaller just because people are eating out, especially when they raise prices online the veggies were huge chunks a minimal amount of rice hidden and maybe a 3rd of a chicken breast besides that they charge $12 for a slice of cheesecake that was a little thick but looked like whoever made it shook the container for fun that was for my son read more

Our food was delicious, our server was attentive and caring, and overall was a good experience. I am leaving a 4 star instead of 5 due to the ambiance and lack of traditional menu items. The fresh salad bar is my only experience here. It is tucked next to the LEGOLAND park in surrounded by plenty of other options. The salad bar was very fresh and continuously refilled during our stay. I would consider it again if I craved salad while being in the area. read more

I witnessed an elderly lady pay for a "to-go" salad bar. Her hands shook, she walked with a cane, and each step she took was laborious. She struggled to fix her salad bar container. No one. Not one employee or manager offered to help her. I helped her. Another patron helped her with the door. At this moment I realized this establishment does not need my business. We will not be back. The hickory bourbon salmon with zucchini and rice pilaf is just fabulous! I rarely eat all my food in any restaurant, because I just don't eat a huge meal all at once ...... I ALMOST always clean my plate at Ruby Tuesday. Love the bar tenders - they are attentive and fun! If I can't finish it this is one dish I take home and eat later! My mate likes their burgers and steaks. I don't know anything about red meat. But we definitely go twice a month and it's ALL Good! Good food, good service, good clean restaurant. read more

food has been horrid the last three visits- last night I had a guacamole burger that had burnt pieces of cheese sticking out, no lettuce, pieces of flacI'd jalape chips that looked like soggy potatoe chips and tasted like it had been thrown in the floor and stepped on. For a struggling franchise you would think that the management and service would take reservations for large parties more seriously and professionally. 2 calls to make and confirm reservations to show up and not be able to find the reservation and unwilling to accommodate our needs, let alone be apologetic or empathetic of their mistake. No wonder locations keep closing. Gone are the days of good customer service, what a shame. Another once good choice for a meal blacklisted from our special occasions. read more

Not really sure what is happening, have been going here for many years. Not sure if the server is placing order wrong or chef isn't paying attention. I normally order a cheeseburger or bacon cheeseburger well done with NO lettuce, pickles and onions. It always comes out medium and all the fixings. This has only started in the last 3 or 4 months. Oh where do I begin well first we get seated as the sun is blaring in my face and they have barely any shade to have the sun stop blaring in my face then we moved to another seat as the lady wouldn't even move out of the way to let me sit down so I had to place my order standing up.
