Love this place. Love the people, the products, everything. They have parking and an entrance in back. Tons of food and chews. I buy primal, sometimes Simple Food Project, and Stella and Chewy's all freeze dried, here plus a great selection of Fluff and Tuff toys, the only ones my 2 year Great Dane doesn't destroy. They do frequent buyer, every 13th bag of most food is free depending on manufacturers and type. They also give you $25 for every $250 you spend. It's like 10% off every time which is great, Hank eats $300 a week of food so it comes in handy! Great return policy also on food Incase you have a little princess who likes to be complicated. Highly recommend this place! Hank loves coming here as much as I do, maybe more. He doesn't pay the tab.

Get your butt into this store! Your pups deserve the good stuff! The owner and Ary are worth the visit!

Other than the PBS cartoon Martha Speaks I don't know of any talking dogs so I can't understand why…read moreput me & my dog in a room only to then take my dog in the back away from me to be seen by the doctor where I can't ask questions or provide further details, then I'm at the mercy of a tech to accurately convey the doctors findings, & should I have follow up questions the tech has to run back & get an answer. This is the problem with these types of chain veterinary clinics. You don't develop a relationship with one vet who knows you & your pet, but just random vets who obviously don't have the time to meet with you as they hide behind a closed-off area. The bathroom was filthy early morning, which means it was never cleaned the previous day.

Honestly, I was disappointed at the bare minimum amount of products for cats, especially kittens!…read moreThe entire store seems dedicated to dogs and there's one tiny section way off in the back right, with just a few aisles of cat food, litter, products and almost nothing at all specifically for kittens. Also, most of the canned food is sold individually instead of in variety packs and only limited amounts from select brands. In a pinch, I would go there because it's not far and the only pet store near me, but I'd rather take the drive to the PetSmart in Downers, on 22nd (or Butterfield), because they have a lot more to offer and have several brands specifically offering kitten food, and the canned food, for several brands of kitten food, comes in multi/variety packs. Also, the guy at PetCo who was working that area, not sure if he was a manager, it seemed like it, he was VERY rude! Basically had the attitude of "well, that's all we have, so..." he might as well have told me to go elsewhere, which, as I said, I will. The cashiers at PetCo on the other hand, were very friendly and greeted everyone as they entered, and were friendly to each customer at checkout. As for the manager, he should maybe find a different line of work that doesn't entail answering customers' questions (or dealing with the public at all)
