Love this place. Love the people, the products, everything. They have parking and an entrance in back. Tons of food and chews. I buy primal, sometimes Simple Food Project, and Stella and Chewy's all freeze dried, here plus a great selection of Fluff and Tuff toys, the only ones my 2 year Great Dane doesn't destroy. They do frequent buyer, every 13th bag of most food is free depending on manufacturers and type. They also give you $25 for every $250 you spend. It's like 10% off every time which is great, Hank eats $300 a week of food so it comes in handy! Great return policy also on food Incase you have a little princess who likes to be complicated. Highly recommend this place! Hank loves coming here as much as I do, maybe more. He doesn't pay the tab.

Get your butt into this store! Your pups deserve the good stuff! The owner and Ary are worth the visit!

I've worked at a pet store before, so I know how hectic things can get, especially with grooming. That's exactly why I try to be patient and respectful with employees. When I arrived, the employee at the front desk was occupied with another task, so I waited quietly until she was available. Instead of greeting me or acknowledging my wait, she immediately said, in a flat and irritated tone, "Give me the vaccination/vet information." Dreading a second interaction later, I returned to pick up my puppy and that's wasn't any better. While putting his collar back on, my puppy wouldn't sit still, which is understandable for a young dog. Rather than handling the situation professionally, the employee visibly showed her frustration by exchanging looks with a coworker and gave another dead-eyed glare not at all shy to show me her displeasure. I wasn't given any feedback about how he behaved during his groom, whether everything went well, or if there was anything I should know. My puppy was simply handed back to me, and that was the end of the interaction. I don't expect over-the-top friendliness, but I do expect basic courtesy and professionalism. A simple greeting, clear communication, and a respectful attitude goes a long way. That was nonexistent throughout my visit. There was no greeting, no courtesy, and no attempt to provide even basic customer service. Her tone was curt, her demeanor was openly irritated, and her body language made it obvious she had little interest in treating customers respectfully. Working in a stressful environment doesn't excuse treating people with contempt. She lacked the professionalism and courtesy I'd expect in a customer-facing role. While the grooming itself was fine, the customer service made the experience one I certainly won't be returning for. 0/5 rating.
