I'm always on the look out for new places serving these bowls, especially since Dallas does not have a great variety of these shops. This place is located in the Mockingbird Station. This shop has many locations across the country and we are fortunate to have two in the DFW area! One in Flower Mound and one at this restaurant I live close to. The açai was good and there are so many options for anyone craving any particular fruit or chocolate chips! Don't forget this place also serves smoothies! I ordered the Beach Bowl - which is their best seller - and it was definitely filling and satisfying after a run. While I wish the bowl came with actual fruit pieces and offered more up in toppings, I loved the delicious granola with the hints of honey in every bite! I will be back! Acai bowls are the best! I tried one in Hawaii a few years ago and I'm excited they are becoming more popular. A welcome addition to the neighborhood. Acai bowls are usually served with a lot of toppings so it's a bit of a bummer that they only come with granola and honey with others avail at a charge. I came in from out of town Minnesota. Wanted an açaí smoothie bowl. Located in Mockingbird Station. Their Destination Beach bowl was super yummy. I was afraid their serving bowl size wouldn't be filling since I'm pregnant. But these were very filling. They pack a whole bunch in them. I think the price is reasonable for the quality and serving you get. Their spoons are really fun too!! Paid less than $12 for this. If you want extra toppings like cut up strawberries, bananas or others, it's $1 each. So you spend maybe $15. The girls working there were both so sweet to me. A refresh since I'm new to the area and other areas people weren't as friendly. Like this place. Would go here again! read more

Top five worst experiences in my life re: food pickup. 37 minutes to get a single bowl after ordering ahead. Employee hating her job and 0% engagement. Had no idea how to cut a banana or a strawberry. Really. Didn't put two toppings on the bowls that I paid for and couldn't figure out how to put the lids on the açaí bowl, so it spilled over on the way home, $34, including tip, for an epic failure of two Beach Bowls. Vitality Bowls is only a 1000% better. Unfortunately closed up at 75 & Walnut Hill. Keep looking folks, this is not a replacement. read more

I was disappointed with my visit to Rush Bowls, mostly due to the pricing. One of my favorite parts of smoothie bowls is the fresh fruit on top. At Rush Bowls, the bowls are around $10, but you have to pay extra to add on each type of fruit, in addition to any supplements. My bowl only had granola and honey on top. I thought the granola tasted stale and there was barely any honey on it. Despite that, I thought the actual smoothie part of the bowl was tasty and a good portion size. I don't think I'll return to Rush Bowls for a bowl, but I may consider trying a smoothie next time. read more

I went in this morning to get an açaí bowl (I got the beach bowl). Jessica was very friendly and was happy to answer questions about the menu and help me pick out the beach bowl along with some add-ons. A few minutes later Jessica had my bowl whipped up and it was delicious. It's nice to go in a place where the people who work there are enjoying what they're doing and are fun and friendly! Having frequented Mockingbird Station the past month and a half, at the strong suggestion of a friend, I tried Rush Bowls for the first time. Boy what have I been missing? I've tried other popular options and "healthy" options for smoothie bowls and this place transcended all others. I dove into the Oasis with almond butter-Rain's-Rush associate-and it truly lived up to its name. I will come again. Rain's hospitality/service was impeccable. Attentive to her craft at the same time being attentive and engaged with us as guests. Can't wait to try her suggestion the "Beach" bowl. I'm so glad I listened to my friend and at the same time receiving such impeccable service both of which will keep me coming for more. I have tried many smoothie bowls, but I have to say that this is the best one I've ever had. It was the Apple Cobbler bowl, and it truly tasted like eating apple pie. I've also had several of their other many bowl options, and all were so great! Their bowls tend to be a lighter, fluffier consistency when compared to other places, which I love. They also have nutritional information, and all of their bowls are fairly low calorie. I will definitely be back here! They also have a student discount, which is nice! read more

Honestly, I have only ordered one menu item.  I repeatedly keep ordering the Beach Bowl.  It contains: acai, mango, banana, guava juice.  On top: granola and honey.  I learned that they have gluten free granola and their regular granola is vegan.  To be frank, I love this acai smoothie bowl it's thick, sweet and crunchy.  I savor every single bite.  I frequent Rush Bowl at least once a week.  I feel like I've been there so often the workers are starting to recognize me and I can tell who makes the best smoothie bowl. read more

The store was clean. The ingredients were fresh and my protein smoothie tasted good. My sister got an açaí bowl and said it was fine, as well. Nothing great or special, though! However, the biggest reason for the one star is that it took 45 minutes for my smoothie, and 1 full hour for my sister's açaí bowl. It wasn't overly crowded either. The two workers were unbelievably slow and oblivious to the time that passed by as customers waited. One worker took several "breaks" and went to the back. Several customers asked for their money back. We weren't on a strict timeline, so we waited. But that timeframe is obviously unacceptable for a simple smoothie and açaí bowl. read more

I highly do not recommend this place. We came here today and were really excited about this smoothie place that was very close by to my house. My sister and I ordered the Rush Berry and the Beach bowl. They were not horrible, but the bowls were way too sweet and tasted borderline artificial. I actually threw away my bowl because of how watery and sickeningly sweet it was. If you want a bowl that actually tastes like fruit, go to nektar or some other smoothie place.
