It was worth taking a flight with 2 connections just to be able to eat the fresh healthy food here!! I absolutely love this place it is the best airport food I can even imagine! I ordered the samosas and Greek bowl and they are each hearty and filling. I got them with the cilantro sauce and loved how they even included carrots in the samosas along with potatoes and peas! The vibe of this place is so inviting and vibrant and fresh feeling and the staff are very nice. Highly recommend flying through Albuquerque just to get this amazingly healthy airport food!

Rush of Prana is a perfect spot for grabbing something healthy before a flight. It's past security in the new food court area and has lots of little treats and smoothies. They also have some vegan friendly food like vegan grilled cheese sandwiches and açaí bowls. We come here most trips out of Albuquerque to boost up our immune system a bit.

    great samosas, worst acai bowl

As a frequent flyer in and out of ABQ, I was super excited to see this new food option in the terminal. I ordered the samosas w/ cilantro lime dipping sauce & an acai bowl w/ coconut, acai and granola. First, the good: Samosas were huge and very satisfying. Right amount of heat, and plenty of filling. It came with 2 sauces, had I known, I would've liked to try 2 instead of 1, but the cilantro lime was good. 100% would order these again. Next, the not so good: The acai bowl was not thick at all. It was like a bowl of melted sorbet. It was like trying to eat a smoothie that had been sitting out for 20 minutes with a spoon. The menu says that all acai bowls come with bananas and berries. What it DOESNT say is that those are part of the blend--there are no chunks of banana or berries unless you specifically order and pay extra for them. They were out of granola, and there really wasn't anything of similar consistency to take its place, so I got cacao nibs instead. If you're a fan of fruit soup, then you'll be happy I suppose, but this was NOT a true acai bowl, and for the amount of add-ins they don't include, it was way overpriced. 100% would not order again. This place probably makes a decent smoothie, but skip the acai bowl--it will only leave you wanting. Definitely go for the samosas. ;)

More a warm juice than a smoothie.

My 'smoothie' was barely thicker than juice. It was not even cold. When I mentioned it to the young man working there he curtly asked 'you want me to put ice in it?'. No offer to fix it. I definitely see why the other reviews are bad. Skipping this expensive airport trap next time.

The acai bowl was literally 2 giant globs of straight almond butter scooped from a bucket with ice cream scoops and a giant scoop of straight cocoa powder slapped next to it. Worst and most disappointing acai bowl ive ever had

Annapurna is serving Ayurvedic, plant based cuisine with a beautiful reminder that food can be both indulgent and nourishing. We often forget how powerful food as medicine can be, and this place brings that philosophy to life without sacrificing flavor. The cardamom blueberry pancakes were DELISH and the kitchari was seriously comforting and flavorful. Service was wonderful, the atmosphere felt warm and community driven, and with multiple locations, I'm already planning my next visit. Will absolutely be a customer for life.

We came around 3:30pm so we could catch the masala chai happy hour. I love masala chai and rarely have the chance to get freshly made dairy-free chai. I was disappointed basically from the first moment after walking inside. The server greeted us by announcing, "We are out of vegetables today." I didn't know how this was possible; eventually, she explained that they had run out of the "veggies of the day" that come with certain dishes such as the yogi plate; they were still able to provide vegetables in other dishes like the kitchari. But I was shocked, since I love vegetables, and their veggies of the day are so prominently advertised. I asked if the other location had vegetables available today. The server was unable to tell me. We decided to place our order anyway. I had some questions about the baked goods, since I rarely get the chance to have desserts that are vegan and seed oil-free. I was curious if any of the baked goods was entirely oil-free or at least free of coconut oil. The server seemed very unmotivated to help me figure this out. When I asked about ingredients, she just repeatedly pointed me to the labels on the cookies that denoted the type of sugar each one contained as well as certain allergens, but did not have full ingredient lists. I asked if the chef or manager might be available to clarify certain ingredients, only to be told that "the chef usually only works in the mornings." I was at a loss, and eventually, with some obvious reluctance, the server went into the kitchen to ask one of the cooks about the ingredient lists. The server returned saying "Yes, the majority of the items have coconut oil." Ummmm the majority? Which ones, exactly? At this point, I gave up and just did not order dessert. I tried to order an iced chai which they were out of. I ended up getting a hot chai as well as kitchari and dal. The chai was pretty average. It wasn't particular spicy nor particularly hot. The kitchari and dal were actually incredibly delicious. It's rare to find a restaurant that doesn't use excessive salt; these dishes were perfectly seasoned with warm, nourishing spices and very little (if any?) salt. Even the fact that they were served basically lukewarm didn't detract from how much I enjoyed them. This place seems truly special and I don't know if my experience was an exception. I really wanted to love them, but they made it pretty difficult, despite having great and healthy food.

The blue corn waffle was divine: lightly sweet, deeply satisfying, and somehow managed to keep me full all day without feeling heavy. The food makes you feel good and refresh after eating for sure! I had a Ital NDN taco and a mango marley smoothie. Everything tasted fresh and looked so colorful. The only thing was the food took a little long during rush hour to come out and, depending on what you order, the food can come out on a higher price. But...such is life post-COVID and almost a neverending inflation these days! I can't wait to stop by here again for freshly made food with good ingredients that makes you feel good in and out!
