I'm going to start off by saying this - it's clear that they hire based off of looks. The first time I came here, it was great. Food was really good and reasonably priced. They play great music and the server was attentive and super kind. The last two times that I've been here, the service was mediocre. Today, I felt as though the front receptionist and the server were pushing us out. My partner and I have good conversation and take our time to eat, but an hour and a half at a table seems relatively reasonable to me. We won't be coming back here after they both asked if we were leaving the minute I got up to use the restroom. This used to be a short lived convenience store which cloaed years ago so its renovated almost brand new Went there for St Pattys since they serve corned beef and cabbage. Great place to watch the hockey game! There was a good amount of people here when we arrived a few mins during first period, but we were still able to find a table for 5 since they have a good amount of seating. Other than watching the game, we came here for the $19 steak and lobster special that they have every Wednesday and Saturday. I like how the hockey game was playing on every single screen. We've frequented Rustic House many times and genuinely enjoyed its neighborhood feel, which is why we were excited to spend Super Bowl Sunday there. We paid $400 fully expecting a typical Super Bowl experience -- including the halftime show -- just like any other venue hosting the event. Instead, management made the deliberate choice not to play the halftime show and replaced it with an alternative program. When this decision was made by management (Stephanie), it was clear this was a personal stance rather than a customer-focused one. The alternative content came across as divisive and left a very sour impression on what should have been a fun, communal experience. I was beyond disappointed -- though, honestly, not surprised. The Super Bowl is a shared cultural event, and choosing to override that experience without clearly communicating it ahead of time felt misleading, especially given the cost. Had we known in advance, we would have chosen to spend our money elsewhere. I truly wanted to continue supporting this business because of its welcoming, neighborhood vibe, but this experience changed that completely. Unfortunately, I will not be returning or spending my money at Rustic House again read more

Came for their steak and lobster special and stayed for the sides and mud pie. Service was great and ambience was chill. It wasn't too loud and we ate at the booth so we were able to see the tvs and was able people watch and have a comfortable conversation. Heather made our whole experience!!!! I was iffy about coming here and she was the best server I ever had. So attentive and made great suggestions. The ambience was higher scale not a "bar" atmosphere. On top of that the food was 12/10. There was also a lot of screens to watch sports games and dim lighting. Unfortunately, I really did not enjoy this place. I went here with a large group about a month ago. Service was poor from the beginning. It was challenging to get a drink and the bartender was basically mute. As she took our order she looked at us and just nodded. Now I know this is a gaming bar, I'm not expecting over the top service, but a "welcome in" or even "what can I get you guys?" would have gone a long way. The only thing I really recall the bartender saying was when she wanted to clear part of the bar area we were drinking so her gaming regulars could have their choice of seat. She was not polite about it. My boyfriend and I both ordered simple cocktails. I believe he had a gin and soda and I ordered a Ketel and cranberry. Both drinks came out weak on the first round and I switched to seltzers after to avoid that issue. Food was pretty steap for bar food so I passed, but I know a friend of mine mentioned the macaroni and cheese was fine albeit under salted. Could this place be worse? Sure, the bathrooms were clean, the food was edible, the drinks were cold. But I don't see myself visiting again in the future. read more

Great sports bar with a solid food menu and generous specials. Stopped by the other night (April 2024) to check out the VGK game and grab a few drinks. They have a great happy hour daily from 9pm - 7am and during Golden Knights games. Drinks were half off along with several food specials as well. My dear friend and fellow Yelper Maly ordered the $19 steak and lobster combo which was delicious (remember to eat lobster before steak). I had the nachos which were pretty tasty as well. They do half off all steaks on Sundays and run the $19 steak and lobster deal on Sundays and Wednesday. Service was friendly and our server provided some great recommendations. Food is average bar food. Service is fine. Ambiance is a forced political platform of hate, intolerance and racism. Paid $50 to watch the Superbowl there today and they refused to allow us to hear the halftime show. The TVs were tuned to a political stand and sound turned up to listen to it. We watched the Super Bowl at Rustic Summerlin South. It was a great experience. They have a bunch of large projection TVs and everyone had a great view. The servers, kitchen and bus staffs did a great job keeping everyone in food and drink. And the food is excellent, We started with the spinach artichoke dip which was huge easily good for four people. We also got the Philly fries which were also huge and delicious. Because it was Sunday the steaks were 50% off, wow. I had the ribeye and my buddy had the filet. Our wives both had the twin lobster tails. Our 5 hours watching the game were well fed and very comfortable. Rustic is now on our "must visit" restaurant list when in Vegas. BTW, my wife hit the video poker for $80 before the game. read more

GEEZUS H, could this place not care less about you unless you're ordering booze? I asked for a menu and they just never came back. My buddy ordered the Ohilly Cheese. He said it was mediocre at best. No seasoning. And I get it; most joints want the customer to season their food for them. I ordered a couple of whiskey and cokes. Although they came quickly, of course they tasted (and were) watered- down. That's why I've always been so opposed to these fly-by-nite bars. They rip people off consistently when it comes to watered-down liquor, yet they charge top dollar.. I changed my libation and strictly went to beer, hoping that if I asked for a menu things would change. I got a menu and perused it for 10 min. only for the server never to come back. It wasn't that busy and it was for sure not stressful to forget that I asked for a menu and might wanna order. The servers are friendly, and they are super nice... They just aren't that good at their job. They really need to work on really selling food. They care about THE NEXT customer coming in. They don't give 2 poops about the ones that are already there.
