Unexpectedly great! Good sauce, quality ingredients. Wish there'd be a bit more crunch in the bite; but this is truly excellent pizza. Not to mention the vibe, location and friendly staff. We came for lunch hungry and left satisfied. Nice espresso pour too! Recommend and wil be back!

After doing some walking around we decided to come here for a bite to eat. Drinks stuck with sodas, ginger ale & sprite not bad. On the pizza we had the 12" tray size half Aunt Honey , half Salsicca very nice really liked the thin crust square size very good aunt honey w the soppressa & hot honey & the smoked mozzarella & sausage on the salsiccia was very tasty. Small location, nice & simple decor, service was good. Sometimes u can go wrong w brick oven pizza these guys do get it right.. it was very good we enjoyed our time.

Went back to Seppe for some quick apps and a cocktail. We were seated right away. The menu has definitely changed. They got rid of the deconstructed calzone. They did not have the pasta with saw dust and there was some different pastas and now they offer risotto and there was different appetizers. We had a great time if you're looking for an espresso martini, though they don't have any Baileys so we skipped it

Dinner at Seppe Pizza Bar at Navy Pier in Stapleton. We started with the cacio & pepe cauliflower and spicy vodka chicken rolls, followed by a half mushroom & truffle oil pie and a half regular. Food and service were both very good!

Always one of my favorite spots to visit. Consistently flavorful and great quality. Staff is wonderful too.

Picked up takeout and the order was ready on time and speedy. Love the crust and the fact that there's a square and circle option. Taking a star away because some of the toppings are an extra $5 which feels a bit much for artichokes and some other specialty toppings. Also, got the cheesy garlic bread but it was more garlic than cheese and mostly bread than anything else, which was a bit disappointing. Bright space next to the urby that has outdoor seating (covered) and clean interior.

Stopped in for lunch on Friday and it was not busy at all. Our sever was extremely attentive and very nice. The have a few vegan options and their prices were decent. For a Michelin star restaurant it lives up to the hype as far as flavors and taste goes. Check it out!

Steppe's has been on our list for a year and we live close by. Finally we made it to the restaurant last Sunday. Overall - Great customer service and food. The young guy who served us was great - he asked for allergy and special diet needs and proceeded to make recommendations. My husband ordered a chicken parm (the sauce is on the sweeter side than he likes, other than that, he loved his food). He also ordered an 8" pizza pie which they were nice to let him order half with pepperoni and half with cheese. The meals were nice and the restaurant is quiet throughout when we were there in the afternoon. As expected, only the people who come by seem to be folks who live in Urby. The restaurant is nice and clean. I just can't wait until they fix up the waterfront at Stapleton to attract more people over here.

Great attentive service Appetizers were tasty and hit spot, especially the arancini, but the mini chicken rolls were over cooked Had the Aunt Honey and a square with meatballs. Enjoyed the square more than the spicy.

Yummy, Seppe one of the first restaurants in the Urby (and still going strong), they must be doing something right. I've been here a dozen times, everything I've tried here has been delicious. They have an open kitchen concept and the chef enjoys interacting with the clients, giving a very homey vibe. I usually sit at the bar where the bartenders (most of the time friendly) make great drinks, my favorite tequila martinis but I've heard their old fashions are pretty good. We recently came with a group of four, close to closing and they were still accommodating even when we sent back pasta that wasn't cooked fully. They quickly fixed the issue with a smile and with no hesitation. We had the golden beets salad (a must try) , calamari (nice and big), the shrimp and pasta as well as the wild mushroom pasta, everything had a great taste. Come try their hot honey pizza they've been serving it before the hype and boy is it delicious! See you there.

Amazing restaurant. Got "The Jimmy" pizza which was absolutely delicious. The staff were attentive and welcoming. Affogato was the best I've ever had.

We used to come here often when we lived at Urby. It's been a few years since we've been back-only because we live further away. However, the food is as good as I remember-the pizza especially. Service was great. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Attention to detail helped to make the experience a good one. Only thing I didn't care for were my wings, but that was just my personal preference. If you're ever in the area, would totally recommend Seppe for good food and good service!

This place is a hidden gem! My husband were looking for a new spot to try for date night in the area. Given the fact that there's not a lot of places to eat in this area and we have exhausted a lot of the other options we came here. Parking is a little tuff but there is a parking garage if you can't find street parking. This a small intimate place. Perfect for a date! I love the fact it's a small menu when there's to many options you kind of get overwhelmed on what to order. The server Raphael was very attentive and gave us enough time to order wasn't pushy which I appreciate i hate feeling rushed. I ordered a gin and tonic hands down one of the best I have in a while in this area . My husband had a figura old fashion it was delicious and made to perfection the ice cube has their name on it which was cool! The price of things I found to be just fine it's quality food you get what you pay for honestly. Appetizers: Meatball sliders are 3 mini meatballs with cheese and basil really good . Great flavor and just what you would want to start your meal . Artichoke hearts are fried and come with a dipping sauce that has a kick. Tasted fresh and also very delicious. We decided to get a 12inch tray (tray is square slices) pizza called the Fresca it was sauce ,cheese, arugula with prosciutto in a wood oven!! What I enjoyed about the pizza is that it wasn't very thick how traditional squares are very doughy. It wasn't thin crust but it wasn't very thick just some of the best pizza I have had in a while and in this area. I then had ricotta cheesecake with pistachio crust it wasn't bad just not for my taste of what I'm use to for cheesecake. I was so blown away by the flavor of the food and the service I had to tell Louie ( I believe he's the owner or manager) about the experience. He was also a very nice guy ! This spot is easily going to become our new favorite spot !

I got a Sazerac with cognac, I usually get that but this time they didn't have Pierre Ferran for they only had Ansac. I personally don't care for Ansac so I believe it totally changed the taste of the drink. The bartender could tell. I didn't like it and he asked me about four times " Are you sure I change it? It doesn't matter." I'm like if you're gonna ask me that many times then let's change it. So I got a sidecar and that was fire.

SECOND, the food is just as amazing! I was so happy hahah. It's been a long time since I enjoyed a restaurant for more than just their food. I also say this because when my bf's parents ordered the halibut to split, they had brought out their meal in two individual plates that were beautifully plated, you would think they ordered separately! They also took our group picture! :) We ordered 2 orders of the Basement Snacks: For Two, 2 orders of their raw oysters for appetizers. For my entree I ordered the Shrimp Carbonara Rossa with a side of Asparagus. Everything was so good. Their buffalo wings were perfectly marinated and not too saucy, their ribs were so tender and the meat fell straight off the bone! My carbonara was also delicious. For dessert they even gave an anniversary treat which was so sweet. I ordered a Chocolate Cappuccino which was also great. 11/10! Wonderful and would recommend.

Since we were big fans of those alcohols, we decided to check it out. The walls of the space were covered in colorful murals with Latin American imagery. There were banquettes along either wall with small tables and ottomans scattered in front of them, providing separate, little areas for each group. Large playing cards were fanned across each table with Jack, Queen, King, and Ace cards each having a menu on its backside. There were bar bites, a spirits list, classic cocktails that could be reimaged with your agave spirit of choice (picture a tequila mojito), and even a custom beverages. The creative drinks were not cheap, coming in at around $20 on average, but they certainly were complex! My La Balacara featured Casamigos Mezcal, spiced pear, Luxardo, orange, ginger, chestnut honey, and a chili tincture. I thought the drink sounded outrageous, but, sadly, all I tasted was that honey, the ingredient of which I was least interested. In fact, the smokiness of the mezcal really did not play well with the chestnut honey, leaving it to taste sort of like licorice. I was not a fan. My companion's El Encanto included Casamigos Cristalino, Lillet Blanc, strawberry-lemongrass cordial, guava, and basil, which sounded herbaceous, but really just tasted like a fancy daiquiri. He enjoyed it, but I found it unimpressive. Our drinks were accompanied by a complementary bowl of spiced popcorn, which was delicious. We had come from an earlier dinner, so the snack was as much as I needed. However, the few larger food items that I saw others order all looked great. While I would go back to Perico to try some other items, I felt like I had had better, more affordable cocktails upstairs at Panela.
