We got a veggie omelet with toast and potatoes, and I had a short stack with two eggs with hot sauce and a big cup of black coffee. Delicious! The eggs were perfectly cooked, the veggies were fresh, and the pancakes were fluffy and moist. We left Maria's with full bellies, ready to take on whatever else Atlantic City had to offer.
