They came in to UP and we are happy to say that the quality and taste of their butterfly fried shrimp basket and fried catfish fillet basket were very tasty. They serve the baskets with French fries, hush puppies and their tarter house recipe. The taste of both the fish and shrimp are nice, I didn't even need to use lemon juice. Their batter is quite nice crunch texture and flavor are up to snuff.
