Came here for dinner on a Tuesday night and it had a decent crowd. This place is similar to Houston's which is in the same area. I Had a salad, filet mignon with shrimp and for dessert I had a cheesecake to go. I love how the food came out sizzling on a very hot plate. The food is very good. The waitress we had was very attentive, always checking on us. Even with the parking structure, parking can be a little tough. But they do have Valet. I definitely recommend this place for any occasion.

Mediocre steak. It was my birthday and my family decided to celebrate here since I saw that they had really good reviews. I really dislike how the restaurant is so dimly lit. I think it's just not my type of ambiance, and everyone is talking so it's so loud and dark. The tables are definitely all squished together. First, I asked for truffle crusted and instead got blue cheese. Secondly, we only asked for 2 desserts and received 3 instead because the server said he was going to "do me a favor" and added 3 to our bill. I mean, I said no but I just decided to not make a big fuss since it was my birthday. Would not come back to this location.

Love coming here for happy hour. Our bartender, Rachel, was very nice and friendly. I had the blueberry mojito and it was very refreshing. The seared ahi was so DELICIOUS and the chicken sandwich and fries is big enough to split. Our main meal started with a Caesar salad and I enjoyed the dressing, and it had a nice amount of Parmesan cheese. I had the filet that came out sizzling and cooked perfectly medium rare. The side dishes, of mushroom, mashed potatoes, and broccoli, were yummy and wonderful side dishes. The berries and cream was a perfect ending. I highly recommend this restaurant. The place is clean and the service is always excellent. We will be back.

Delicious 26 oz. Cowboy Ribeye cooked Medium+ to perfection!

I came to celebrate the Woman, Life, Freedom Movement and Free Iran. A big win today for the people living in Iran, liberated from their religious authoritarian cleric. I was seated in Pamela's section who was very hospitable and helped me select a glass of Belle Glos Pinot Noir. We discussed the menu and chose 26 oz. Cowboy Ribeye, Caesar Salad, Lobster Mac n Cheese, and the Chocolate Sin Cake. All were delicious and they neatly packaged the rest to take home. I felt very welcome even dining alone. Very cozy ambiance. Classy but not over-the- top. The steak was prepared as I asked Medium + and it was perfectly and tastefully presented on a very hot plate. The manager came by my table to say hello and make sure everything was to my liking. My celebration was memorable and I look forward for the opportunity to bring my relatives the next time!

Yummy and great service! Everyone was very nice and the steaks were all perfectly cooked which typically does not happen for big parties. Fortunately they were all very tasty!

Continue to love this location as it feels like a mini vacation since I make quite a drive past two other Ruth Chris locations to come here. The ambiance here is very intimate and the Christmas decorations feel so festive this year Service is straight up benchmark breaking from the hosts Cheri and staff, the manager Bill making us feel VIP every time, to Jared which made our entire dinner feel so special. Food - I love the cowboy Ribeye.... It's literally my all time favorite steak across all other steak houses. The marbling is perfect, the seasoning is excellent though a bit on the saltier side I honestly love and the lobster tails (small, jumbo, and the specials) are super fresh, and very meaty. Apple crumb dessert is gone and upgrades cannot be made on the Ruth classic specials which is probably first negatives in my patronage for the last 15 years. Still this doesn't take attention away from this location and will definitely be back again soon.

We celebrated at Ruth's Chris Steak House and honestly... it never disappoints. From the second we walked in, the service was on point. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and quick without ever making us feel rushed. That kind of consistency is exactly why we keep coming back. The tomahawk steak was unreal. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and served sizzling just the way it should be. We had a margarita and a lemon drop martini, and both were made perfectly. Smooth, balanced, and exactly what you want with a great steak. And just when we thought it couldn't get any better, they surprised us with the most amazing complimentary desserts to celebrate. Such a thoughtful touch, and honestly what sets this place apart. It made the night feel even more special and personal. The experience is the same: amazing food, great drinks, thoughtful service, and zero disappointments.

Always great service and quality. The atmosphere is nice, the servers know the menu very well, it's always enjoyable. I recently had the seared scallops. They were cooked just right and the brussels sprouts went well with them. Not pictured was the creme brulee. It was very smooth and delicious!

Thank you Ruth's Chris Steak House for a great birthday dinner experience! This was my first time dining here and I'm really glad we decided to try it. Ambiance: The vibe was perfect for a date night, family gathering, or if you just want to feel a little fancy for the night. The lighting was intimate, classy, and made the whole experience feel special. Definitely a 10/10. Food: The food did not disappoint! I ordered the 6 oz filet mignon with lobster and garlic mashed potatoes, and my husband got the New York steak. Both steaks were juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly--we enjoyed every bite. For appetizers, I had the French onion soup and my husband ordered the BBQ shrimp. Even though I'm usually not a big onion fan, the soup was surprisingly really good. Dessert was the cheesecake plus a complimentary crème brûlée for my birthday, and both were delicious. Not overly sweet--just the perfect amount. Overall, the food was a highlight of the night. Service: This part was a bit mixed. My husband had an 8:30 pm reservation. When we arrived, we were told it would be a few minutes, which was totally fine--but we ended up waiting about 20 minutes and noticed other parties being seated before us, which felt a little odd given our reservation time. When my husband checked in with the hostess Cheri, her response came off a bit rude, saying there was a party ahead of us, which didn't sit right since it was already past our reservation time. That said, Angelo (I believe that was his name) completely turned things around. He seated us, wished me a happy birthday, and made sure we were taken care of--10/10 service from him. Our waiter Ben was also amazing. Even though he was clearly busy, he made sure everything came out correctly and cooked perfectly. Thank you, Ben, for the great service! Overall: Despite the rough start at the host stand, we still had a really great experience. The food, ambiance, and service from Angelo and Ben made up for it. I'll definitely be back soon

Whenever I'm craving steak, I immediately visualize that 500 degree sizzling plate dangerous enough to send me to the ICU with third degree burns. Perhaps it's the allure of the risk, and I have accidentally burned myself many times, but I've concluded the risk is worth the reward in this case. And you might say you have had USDA Prime steak elsewhere, but until you've tried Ruth's Chris, you haven't experienced the potential of a steak that has been cut, prepared and seasoned to perfection by the experts. I can hear my steak approaching the table from down the aisle, that harmonious symphony of crackling butter rivals even the most classic pieces by Tchaikovsky. I don't even think there's any competition, Ruth's Chris has beef down to a science. What stands out at Irvine specifically, above and beyond the food, is without a doubt a culture of retaining quality service staff--which speaks to the way they take care of their employees here. It's not uncommon to encounter a waiter with over 25 years of experience, in my case, Carter is just a stand-out example of how service should be in the food service industry. He can handle multiple tables with grace--his approach is so effortless and during our visits he definitely made our experience fun, lighthearted and delicious. I will be returning, after all, this is really the best steak in town.

We went for Thanksgiving, and everything hit the spot. The turkey was super flavorful, and the steaks were exactly what you expect from Ruth's Chris juicy, tasty, just right. Ashley took great care of us the whole time, really friendly and on top of everything. And a big shout-out to Bill, the manager. We accidentally dropped our credit card, and he called us right away to let us know. We just turned around and went back to pick it up super honest and professional. Great food, great service, and good people. Definitely a place you can trust.

I came here to celebrate a birthday and the day of I got a phone call asking for their name so they can put it on a menu which I thought was a really nice touch - however when I got there they got the spelling wrong which was weird since I spelled it out for Sherry(?) but not a huge deal. We were seated after about 5 minutes of waiting and promptly served water and were handed our menus. We decided to go with the calamari, chopped salad w/ no blue cheese, 16 oz ribeye, and garlic mashed potatoes. Calamari (3/5) - The initial taste was great, crisp and lightly coated in the batter. However after that initial layer of calamari, we saw the rest had been drenched in a Thai chili sauce which made the entire dish soggy and not very appetizing. I wish we would have known the dish was served like this otherwise we would have asked for the sauce to be on the side. Chopped Salad (3.5/5) - The presentation of the salad was interesting and we were expecting it to come in a bowl but I should've checked pictures beforehand. There was pretty much no flavor to this salad. It was creamy but the sauce didn't add anything to this dish. I found myself reaching for the bacon and fried onions to look for any hint of flavor. Also I did ask for no blue cheese but I definitely noticed there was a taste of blue cheese in this dish but by that point we were just hungry and wanted to get our steak. 16 oz Ribeye (4/5) - We shared a ribeye and that was more than enough as we were pretty much full from the salad and calamari. The steak was brought out on a sizzling plate of butter and they also give you individual plates also hot with butter. It was cooked perfectly medium rare but the butter was way too overpowering where I couldn't really enjoy the steak. Next time I would definitely forego the butter plate. Garlic Mashed Potatoes (3.5/5) - This was a huge size and brought out with our steak. The flavor was again lacking and drenched in butter so I had to add my own salt on the side. There was no hint of garlic in this dish as well so that was very disappointing. Overall, this was my first time here and probably my last. Unfortunately most of the food lacked flavor and it seemed like butter was their only seasoning. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice but there was an insect on my table when I got seated so that was a little off putting as well. Our server was nice though, attentive enough and he also brought out a complementary dessert for the birthday.

The 8 oz filet mignon was outstanding (tender, buttery and piping hot). It was complementary with the cream spinach and mash potato. I also enjoyed the dense cheesecake for dessert. The staff were wonderful and attentive. The ambiance is dark, cozy but more of a modern vibe for a steakhouse. Come early as parking can be chaotic in this shopping center. Valet parking is also an option.
