We were too full to eat the 3rd course- Cheesecake
    Ole P.

ATTENTION ALL BALLERS ON A BUDGET! Check out Ruth's Chris for their 3 Course $60 a meal! That is seriously one of the best deals going on right now. For starters you can pick from the following: 1. STEAK HOUSE SALAD 2. CAESAR SALAD 3. FRENCH ONION SOUP For entrees you can choose from: 1. 6 OZ FILET* & SHRIMP 2. SALMON* & SHRIMP 3. STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST The sides they say they are "personal size" but they are still shareable. 1. CREAMED SPINACH 2. GARLIC MASHED POTATOES 3. ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS And for desserts (personal size): 1. CLASSIC CHEESECAKE 2. CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE - Dark Chocolate If you come for the three course meal, just go for the steak and shrimp as your baller on a budget meal. I'm not a steak person so I went for the chicken. You are better off getting something on the regular meal in place of the chicken. It was salty on the outside and when I cut the breast of was stuffed with a cheese that was added flavor to the breast but it was too much seasoning and too much cheese. The steak on the other hand, was cooked perfectly medium rare and the shrimp was a nice compliment to the steak. I paid extra for the asparagus as I always enjoy their asparagus with hollandaise sauce. It's an extra $5 but really enjoyed it as I like asparagus. The Brussel sprouts were really good as they also have bacon/pancetta that add a good flavor to the sprouts. The mashed potatoes were super creamy but next time I would trade for a baked potato and pay the difference. As for the soup, we had the French onion soup and the lobster bisque. You can upgrade your course to other choices for a charge. The lobster bisque actually had the lobster pieces or longastino pieces that were visible in the soup unlike many places were you can't find the meat in the soup. I'm a French Onion soup fan and have to say this was one of my favorite French onion soups that I've tasted. As for the dessert, we were way too stuffed to eat our dessert so we tried one and took the rest to go. It was a cheesecake with berries. A nice ending I the meal and a perfect size for a desert. You can't beat a three course meal at Ruth's Chris's Steak House for $60! The only disappointment was that I ordered white wine. When it was served, there was a black dot inside the glass. As I tried to unstick the black dot thinking it was probably a chipped glass, the black dot unstuck and floated in the wine. As a ex-bartender and server, the bartender should have caught that when they served it. I told the server and he changed it for a new glass but the wine did not come back chilled as it was when it was first served. I can assume the same wine was given back to me without the black dot floating on top of the wine but to give the benefit of the doubt, the server took a while to get it back to me so possibly the wine sat at the bar getting unchilled after some time. The chicken was way too salty. It's called a steak house for a reason. It's a basic rule to not order chicken at a steak house. The mashed potatoes were ok. The service was great! The server, was good, the person refilling water and bread was constantly there without having to ask. I'm still giving it a 4 as I've been here many times and thinking this is a one off on the dirty glass and possible same wine re served into a new glass

Two New York steaks and one salmon

Attended another event. Food was delicious, as usual. Restaurant was very busy for a weeknight. I went with the salmon this time and that was very good. Not dry at all. My sister had the New York steak and she said it was so good. All side dishes were excellent. Mushrooms, mashed potatoes, and broccoli.

I love ordering from Ruth Chris's to go as they are always fast and the food quality is always fresh. However, I just am not a fan of going in to the restaurant. Im not sure if its because they are always busy and used to people coming in and out but the service is never truly enjoyable. The staff that assist in bussing have always been kind and attentive, but the last two servers assisting us could not seem more disinterested in assisting the table. But the service is not ALL that matters so my stars remain because the food is enjoyable. Absolutely love their shrimp cocktail.

Love coming here for happy hour. Our bartender, Rachel, was very nice and friendly. I had the blueberry mojito and it was very refreshing. The seared ahi was so DELICIOUS and the chicken sandwich and fries is big enough to split. Our main meal started with a Caesar salad and I enjoyed the dressing, and it had a nice amount of Parmesan cheese. I had the filet that came out sizzling and cooked perfectly medium rare. The side dishes, of mushroom, mashed potatoes, and broccoli, were yummy and wonderful side dishes. The berries and cream was a perfect ending. I highly recommend this restaurant. The place is clean and the service is always excellent. We will be back.

I have dined at several Ruth's Chris locations over the years, including Cancun, Hawaii, Palm Desert, and Anaheim, so I was excited to return to the Irvine location for a second visit. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. We arrived around 6:30 p.m. and headed to the host stand because we planned to sit at the bar. As soon as we walked in, no one greeted us. Instead, it felt like the hosts looked my boyfriend up and down and then greeted the guests who arrived after us. I can't say for certain why, but it honestly made us feel judged, possibly because my boyfriend was wearing jeans. Once we made our way to the bar, things didn't improve. We sat there for about 10-15 minutes without anyone greeting us, offering water, or taking our drink order. Meanwhile, the bartender continued checking on the gentlemen seated next to us while we were completely overlooked. When we finally ordered, we got a steak sandwich and a burger. It took approximately 30-40 minutes for our food to arrive. During that time, another gentleman came in around 7:15 p.m., was greeted immediately, served wine, and received his steak before we even got our sandwiches even though he arrived well after we did.I do want to recognize Sally, who apologized and genuinely tried to make things right. We appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Overall, we left feeling like we weren't treated the same as other guests because we looked younger and weren't dressed the way the staff expected. Whether that was the intention or not, that's how the experience came across. Ruth's Chris has always been one of my favorite steakhouses, which made this visit especially disappointing. If you're deciding between Orange County locations, I would personally recommend the Anaheim location, where I've consistently had warm, attentive service

Delicious 26 oz. Cowboy Ribeye cooked Medium+ to perfection!

I came to celebrate the Woman, Life, Freedom Movement and Free Iran. A big win today for the people living in Iran, liberated from their religious authoritarian cleric. I was seated in Pamela's section who was very hospitable and helped me select a glass of Belle Glos Pinot Noir. We discussed the menu and chose 26 oz. Cowboy Ribeye, Caesar Salad, Lobster Mac n Cheese, and the Chocolate Sin Cake. All were delicious and they neatly packaged the rest to take home. I felt very welcome even dining alone. Very cozy ambiance. Classy but not over-the- top. The steak was prepared as I asked Medium + and it was perfectly and tastefully presented on a very hot plate. The manager came by my table to say hello and make sure everything was to my liking. My celebration was memorable and I look forward for the opportunity to bring my relatives the next time!

Came here for dinner on a Tuesday night and it had a decent crowd. This place is similar to Houston's which is in the same area. I Had a salad, filet mignon with shrimp and for dessert I had a cheesecake to go. I love how the food came out sizzling on a very hot plate. The food is very good. The waitress we had was very attentive, always checking on us. Even with the parking structure, parking can be a little tough. But they do have Valet. I definitely recommend this place for any occasion.

Continue to love this location as it feels like a mini vacation since I make quite a drive past two other Ruth Chris locations to come here. The ambiance here is very intimate and the Christmas decorations feel so festive this year Service is straight up benchmark breaking from the hosts Cheri and staff, the manager Bill making us feel VIP every time, to Jared which made our entire dinner feel so special. Food - I love the cowboy Ribeye.... It's literally my all time favorite steak across all other steak houses. The marbling is perfect, the seasoning is excellent though a bit on the saltier side I honestly love and the lobster tails (small, jumbo, and the specials) are super fresh, and very meaty. Apple crumb dessert is gone and upgrades cannot be made on the Ruth classic specials which is probably first negatives in my patronage for the last 15 years. Still this doesn't take attention away from this location and will definitely be back again soon.

Manager, Francisco what an excellent manager thank you

Had a wonderful dinner at Ruth Chris!! Francisco and Pamela were fantastic. Food was beyond delicious. Francisco suggested the sweet potato casserole. I'm over the moon about it. The asparagus and tomahawk steak were beyond delicious. Couple that with a martini and some delicious wine. This is the only place I choose to go out to eat for a delicious special meal. Food service beverages are all top-notch. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience once again.

We celebrated at Ruth's Chris Steak House and honestly... it never disappoints. From the second we walked in, the service was on point. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and quick without ever making us feel rushed. That kind of consistency is exactly why we keep coming back. The tomahawk steak was unreal. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and served sizzling just the way it should be. We had a margarita and a lemon drop martini, and both were made perfectly. Smooth, balanced, and exactly what you want with a great steak. And just when we thought it couldn't get any better, they surprised us with the most amazing complimentary desserts to celebrate. Such a thoughtful touch, and honestly what sets this place apart. It made the night feel even more special and personal. The experience is the same: amazing food, great drinks, thoughtful service, and zero disappointments.

Had such an amazing experience at Ruth's Chris! We started off with the crab cakes -- I will say they weren't quite as crispy as they normally are, but still flavorful and definitely not bad at all. We got two of the 3-course meals for $60 and everything was absolutely delicious. The steaks were cooked perfectly, the shrimp were amazing, and the creamed spinach was SO good. The mashed potatoes were incredibly creamy and delicious too -- definitely one of my favorite sides. To top it all off, the desserts were yummy and the perfect ending to the meal. Overall, such a great dining experience with delicious food and we'll definitely be back!

Always great service and quality. The atmosphere is nice, the servers know the menu very well, it's always enjoyable. I recently had the seared scallops. They were cooked just right and the brussels sprouts went well with them. Not pictured was the creme brulee. It was very smooth and delicious!

Thank you Ruth's Chris Steak House for a great birthday dinner experience! This was my first time dining here and I'm really glad we decided to try it. Ambiance: The vibe was perfect for a date night, family gathering, or if you just want to feel a little fancy for the night. The lighting was intimate, classy, and made the whole experience feel special. Definitely a 10/10. Food: The food did not disappoint! I ordered the 6 oz filet mignon with lobster and garlic mashed potatoes, and my husband got the New York steak. Both steaks were juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly--we enjoyed every bite. For appetizers, I had the French onion soup and my husband ordered the BBQ shrimp. Even though I'm usually not a big onion fan, the soup was surprisingly really good. Dessert was the cheesecake plus a complimentary crème brûlée for my birthday, and both were delicious. Not overly sweet--just the perfect amount. Overall, the food was a highlight of the night. Service: This part was a bit mixed. My husband had an 8:30 pm reservation. When we arrived, we were told it would be a few minutes, which was totally fine--but we ended up waiting about 20 minutes and noticed other parties being seated before us, which felt a little odd given our reservation time. When my husband checked in with the hostess Cheri, her response came off a bit rude, saying there was a party ahead of us, which didn't sit right since it was already past our reservation time. That said, Angelo (I believe that was his name) completely turned things around. He seated us, wished me a happy birthday, and made sure we were taken care of--10/10 service from him. Our waiter Ben was also amazing. Even though he was clearly busy, he made sure everything came out correctly and cooked perfectly. Thank you, Ben, for the great service! Overall: Despite the rough start at the host stand, we still had a really great experience. The food, ambiance, and service from Angelo and Ben made up for it. I'll definitely be back soon

They have tons of parking in this shopping center. They share it with TONS of other places. One of my BFFs saw this on an Instagram video and wanted to check it out. *They do take reservations When we came in we checked in with one of the waitresses. She said she would seat us in a minute. To be honest, she did forget about us. A waiter walked up to us and asked us what was going on (we were standing there for around 7 - 10 minutes) and we told him we had a reservation for the speakeasy. He immediately apologized and sat us. This camp themed speakeasy has a couple booths. It's on the smaller sides. Which, speakeasy's are usually small to begin with. I did not get the waitresses name, my friend and I were busy catching up. The waitress was nice, but not attentive. I will say service was a 2/5. However, the actual restaurant, cozy pine is located in, was packed because of the World Cup being on TV. So I definitely was not going to complain The food Our food order did come out extremely FAST. Faster than our drink orders. -the campfire guacamole -BBQ shoestring fries (had bbq seasoning all over them so it tasted like a BBQ potato chip) -Glamping plate (charcuterie board) -steak tacos (one without onion and cilantro -churro affogato Again, the food was VERY fast!! And to be honest it wasn't that bad. I'll say, speakeasy's usually shine in the drink department vs food. Drinks -Lycheed and Loaded Ketel One, lychee liqueur, lemon, elderflower. This was extremely delicious! If you don't like to taste your alcohol? Go with this. It was really refreshing. When I first came in Spring with the amazing, Karen, the menu and everything was great Now, I took my friend who was in town from Nashville and it was a brand new theme. It's the great Gatsby. Even our waitress, Jasmine was dressed for the occasion. I would say this place is known for Absinthe. They have cocktails featuring it or you can get one of the huge apparatus (huge and glowing green) which, if you are into it? I highly recommend. Just one of the huge apparatus makes one regular drink. Or, what Karen and I did, was split it and make it into a shot for the both of us. The waitress comes out and shows you how it works and goes over everything. Karen, who I came with, was a pro and knew her way around it. She showed me the ropes lol. Honestly, if you are here? When in Rome. Go all out and try it, since it's where they shine here. They took off a few menu items and added some themed drinks. ( a couple new champagne themed drinks) They have big entree items but I suggest small bites and sharing and mostly coming for the drinks. There's no bathroom inside, so you do have to leave the bar and go to the closest one (over behind Randy's donuts) and then enter the speakeasy again Both times coming here I've never had an issue. It's a small, packed place. And yet they still have the cocktails flowing and the food coming out in a good time. So the food and drinks are good Atmosphere is lovely. Service is good. Especially for it usually being very busy in here This place is located inside the Anaheim packing district. So I suggest hitting up a couple other spots before or afterwards for some more food or drinks P.S. it is very dark In here. They never cared if we used our light to look at the menu. However, they do not want flash photography They also do not strictly enforce a dress code (my friend from Nashville asked) however, they suggest dressing business casual and not too underdressed

Date night for mom and dad away from the kids type of night. Very mellow and chill. Small but cozy…read more I loved the Gatsby decor. We chose to be seated at the bar. Service was decent. I really liked the clarified strawberry drink, similar to strawberry and cream. I ordered a drink after that unfortunately forgot the name (photo attached with a tall glass) but there was no special cocktail craft taste to it. Just hard liquor taste and undrinkable :( the bartender kindly offered another drink. Unfortunately none of the food was the least bit good. Steak and fries was ordered medium rare and cooked to medium well with what seemed like no seasoning was on there at all. Crab cake was just ok and the slaw beneath it was drenched in a vinaigrette that was just sour and unpleasant. And the Mac and cheese, as we were very hopeful and looking forward to, was probably the blandest Mac and cheese we ever had. We asked the lady bartender for salt and she handed us, no exaggeration (and you guys will probably think I am) a salt shaker with 10 grains of salt in it and said "looks like there's a lil something you could still get out of there" My jaw dropped. But yeah. The shredded meat on top of the Mac and cheese was cooked beyond the point of edible. That one was unfortunately sent back bc we just couldn't eat it. We were bummed over all mostly about the food.
