I brought my trailer in because another servicer made me aware there was a severe problem with the main entry steps. RV ready agreed that the steps were dangerous and needed to order a proper replacement. Lauren the service rep took care of me and was awesome !!! The rear jack on my travel trailer broke. I called Isiah in Parts and he confirmed that the replacement part was on-hand, then scheduled me in the next day. They swapped out the jack and had me back on the road in less than one hour, It was the Friday before Labor Day, so they were very busy but took care of my needs at very short notice. Brought my motorhome in for insurance repair. They had my vehicle for three months and didn't provide a quote in that time. They did however manage to get my catalytic converter stolen during the process. I very much regret bringing my motorhome here. Never again. Because I have ran into a lot of buyer's with nothing but issues Yes issues AT RV READY!!!!!!! I bought a 2022 Palomino Solaire 242RSB September 13th 2022!! Fist that Lady no she was not a lady she was horrible Finance person!! Not even a hello sir Not professional at all!!! She kept trying to sell me a extended warranty for $8k and a detail polished wax for $10k and of course I said NO!!! So then she got mad and she was telling to hurry up and keep signing the contract!! Really I was at that point I should have listened to my gut feeling$!! The African American guy that did the Walk around, kept looking at hi watch!!! So I gave a tip so he can explain everything a bit slower, since I'm new to this RV world!! But it all makes sense now!! So I get to my Resort on my first night the fridge starts making a very loud noise!! Woke me up at 3am!! And the the whole fridge started icing up!! The Hitch wouldn't disengage!! The Person that did the Walk around could have told, like many other RV owners have... Give it time to break in!!!! But once again this people are the worse!!! Then my shoulder started leaking!!Then the it needed sealant all the way around the RV!!! Then my water heater started leaking!!! So I took it in and this is the third time I brought it in,... You would think that they would check for water damage?? But NO again I can relate to all of you that had horrible experience with this store!!! Back to my water heater leak, so they fixed it but they screw one two other things!!! My water heater is now sticking out like half inch!!! And the front window air comes in very cold this winter and I told them and I can't believe what they did... Put clear silicone all over my window and all over my rig, very messey job!! My 10 year old nephew could have done a better job!!! So I find out all this when I got home. I called Jason manager and told him about it and didn't say a thing, that only shows what kind of character his!!! A true Manager would have said... Apologize and would have checked for water damage!! But can you believe what this so called manager told me go to home Depot and buy a moister meter!!! Like I was going to fix this damage floor!!! Then I spoke to the owner and I told him what happened and he was like nothing happened!! I'm 3 hours away one way and this has been my third or fourth time bringing it in. Then the owner tells me that my warranty is voided!!!! What!!!! He tells me it's voided because I'm a full timer because I live in it!!!!! Wow this is only getting worse!!!! They never told me that when they knew im a full timer!!! But I highly recommend NOT to buy from this company at all!!! Plus I over heard Jason and one of the technicians talking garbage about me complaining about how all this things wrong with my RV!! Like High School kids!!! After being rushed into a poor financing deal , then being talked into a warranty that they have found ways to avoid fixes or poorly fix things the side of my viking xl started to bulge out the first time i used the heater. They said the company doesnt make the siding anymore so they cant fix it - i was told with this warranty my trailer would look as it did leaving the show room .... with a uv protectant and all for the amount of warrant wich believe is 10 years .. anyway 2 years owning my traiker the panel is worse, the wallpaper they repaired horribly is all falling off and all the dude getting to sign the release papers wanted to talk about was marijuana . We bought our 2022 Palomino Solaire at RV Ready and it was a great experience from start to finish. Ken our salesperson was willing to answer all questions and take the time to find us what we were looking for. We took it on a 30 day trip in September and put on some 5000 miles and of course when we got home we had a list of things wrong. Working with Lauren in the service department she got all the items fixed and even found a recall on the table which will get fixed next week as they were waiting on parts. SUMMARY: We took our 5th wheel there to fix the generator and not only did they not fix the problem, they crashed another trailer into ours the day we went to pick it up and damaged it. They messed up our vacation in more ways than one. I emailed the owner, Sammy, last week after we picked it up about all of the issues we had and he has yet to respond. I thought I'd give him an opportunity to make it better before leaving a bad public review but here we are.... Longer version: Our toy hauler is less than a year old and we took it into RV Ready because our generator kept shutting off. We had an appointment and they were aware of when we needed it back for our trip to Utah. We were leaving Thursday and my husband went to pick it up Tuesday but upon arrival they notified him their employee was driving the forklift too fast and crashed another trailer Into ours and very noticeable damage was done. We were going to have to return it after our trip to fix that. They were apologetic and kept it another day to install a back up camera and wash the outside. We were appreciative of that and returned the next day to pick it up again, with just about enough time to load everything up for our trip. Crunch time. We picked it up Wednesday and took it home, began running the generator while loading up. The same issue was happening again. The service manager assured us that they ran the generator numerous time over hours to ensure it worked properly but my husband checked the meter and it was ran 45 mins at best so we were LIED to. We called, they told us to bring it right back again so we did. They then tell us we needed new batteries and that's why the gen. Wasn't working! If that was the case, they may have discovered that within the two weeks it was there if they did in fact check it appropriately. We were billed for the batteries and we went home to load up. We left for Utah the next morning. Upon arrival we discovered our generator STILL didn't work so our option was to either go right back home or find the nearest place to buy a generator. We had to spend hundreds on a new generator to be able to enjoy our trip in Utah! I know this is a lengthy review but RV Ready completely screwed us and we already gave them multiple shots to make it right or to communicate how they would make it right. read more

Overall very great service! Let's start with Sales! Not much to say here other then excellent, knowledgeable and not pushy what so ever. Now if you read the reviews you already knew this part was going to be great! The Sale- This is the only part so far that may need some help but I get why it played out this way. Sales guys usually promise a little more then they should and in this case it caused some doubt due to the situation being that another couple wanted to purchase the same unit. Long story short they took the risk of loosing the sale with us putting a small down payment to hold the unit while we made our arrangements. Again this wasn't a big deal but simply leaves room for improvement going forward. I was helped by two people on multiple occasions and I'm sure they were ready to be done with us but they did a great job! Honesty through the entire process my only real concern was during paperwork when there team mate was clearly irritated that I was refusing the service they wanted to sell. I had to on multiple occasions say I'm not interested and was getting upset myself. Service- This part I was extremely concerned with as if you read the reviews well its clear to see they needed changes. So I had a few small issues with my unit and so far they have been completely helpful in getting the issues resolved! WARNING DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR TOW VEHICLE! They do not stand by their work.A bad wireup cost me a transmission and being stuck somewhere I am not supposed to be. They keep telling me its my old truck,big tires and bad existing wiring that caused the transmission problem. Not towing a 4000 pound trailer with its breaks on.Not their fault.The "Owner" paid for half of the transmission! Who pays for half of something they didnt cause??? Telling me when they are proved wrong he will cut me a check but NOPE.They have no integrity. Now everyone at the dealership  was told by "Nick" not to talk to me or return my calls and told to tell me to take it somewhere else!!! So here goes... Initially I gave RV Ready a one star rating from my first experience. Long story short.; After a two month search I was pretty excited when I found my travel trailer at RV Ready. Tracy in sales was such a gentleman and I was looking forward to doing business with him. Until... Another employee got in the way, I'm not mentioning names (Roger) that almost ruined me doing business with them. I've worked in customer service for 22 years and I take pride in building client relationships. I would never treat anyone so disrespectful the way he did. So I decided I did not want to do business with them. A few days later to my surprise Glenn calls me and asks me if I'd give them a second chance. I hear Sammy is the owner to talk to if you're having any issues at all but I've never met him in any of my visits to this lot. Their actual service department is great, but their salesmen have never heard of "service after the sale." Okay. first I am going to say that the "review filter" Yelp has is an absolute joke. If you take the time to enter the code to see the list of very good reviews RV Ready has received, you easily see that those few who posted unfavorable reviews are the type of people who complain about everything. The woman who complained about the paint job bid... Let me start by saying that she wanted the exact same type of paint job RV Ready did for us, (as a matter of fact, Marcus showed her the pictures of our coach as an example of his work), but didn't want to pay the very reasonable price for the quality of work and design capabilities. She basically wanted a custom pain job at an Earl Shieb price. I read her other reviews, and sadly she has nothing really nice to say about anyone, so I guess you should really consider the source before taking anyones reviews for granted. I guess when someone can't get away with ripping off a quality establishment off or get their own way, they find everything and anything bad to say just to feel better about themselves. As a matter of fact, read the reviews in my history, I have not been very kind to many establishments, and I say it how it is. To with Yelp deciding to hide two very good reviews that I have posted for RV Ready, which I think is a load of crap, and a really poor policy. I will follow-up with this and hope that Yelp doesn't decide to "censor" or "hide" this post like they did my originals. We purchased our RV from RV Ready and had an outstanding experience. So good was our experience that when we decided to do a full restoration and remodel of our 1998 Adventurer 37WW, we gave Marcus in the service department a chance to see what he could come up with. We can both say that working with Marcus on the pan design, and the design of the interior remodel was an even better experience than the outstanding experience we had when we first purchased the coach. The work we had done wasn't cheap, and rightly so because you truly do get what you pay for, and we got top-nothc service and spectacular work at a very fair price! TO be honest, I would have been very concerned if they quoted us any less for all the work they actually ended up doing They gutted the entire bedroom to the bare walls, reconfigured it to hold a king bed and reconfigured the cabinet design. They installed a stacking washer and dryer, laid very high quality linoleum and carpet throughout the coach, and did a spectacular full body paint, which Marcus spend 6 very patient months emailing back and forth with design and color concepts before we came to a final decision. They also installed two new flat screen tv's, satellite dish, rewired the coach for our electronics, and cut out a huge section of the driver side outer wall because the fiberglass bubbled. They replaced the de-laminated area so well, you would never be able to tell they did any body work to it at all. The paint job was just perfect in every way. He quality of the cabinetry work was absolutely perfect, and the experience we had with Marcus and his entire service team was 5-star quality. As of today, October 02, 2013 we dropped the coach off at RV for more work that we wanted to have done. Considering we live in Washington, we had many choices of alternative places to have the work done, but with the outstanding service we have received, it is worth every dime in gas to bring our coach back to RV Ready. You can't imagine how good it feels to pull into an RV park with a 1998 Winnebago Adventurer and fit right in with 300k + coaches, and even how much better it feels when the owners of those 300k+ coaches complement us on how beautiful our coach is, both inside and out. Marcus and his team deserve all the credit in the world for producing an absolutely beautiful 1998 coach that can sit proudly next to coaches 10 times the cost. We can;t thank the guys at RV ready enough for the outstanding service, patience, and top quality work. I have restored at least 10 vintage muscle cars that have trophied in shows, so I know quality work when I see it, and I am extremely critical and very hard to please, so this, and my previous reviews stand on their own merits. read more

I bought a trailer from RV Ready in June. I have had some repair needs and received no response when calling or by email. After a couple months of calling and emailing with no contact I called a random number I had received during the purchase and it was a former employee. He actually returned my call and gave me the owners email. I got a quick response from owner and manager and in the middle of emails to schedule and appt to bring the trailer in it's back to crickets. They just stopped responding. Luckily I reached out to the manufacturer directly and they have been very helpful and sent me a replacement part. I recently documented a review on Yelp about this HORRIBLE so called company RV READY. I just picked up my RV which was in the shop for well over 3 months for repair damage and some other minor damages, any RV repair shop than RV READY that had a Motorhome in their shop as long as mine has would have washed the RV off prior to delivering the Motorhome to the customer, not these people, the RV was completely dirty and I requested them to wash the RV prior to me taking delivery of the RV. I requested RV READY to repair my awning LED lights which we're originally Blue when I brought the RV in and when I picked up the RV today the lights where white and this has happened twice. I've been dealing with Jason which works in Service. When I say this department has horrible customer service that's an understatement. I then stated to them my frustration about their service. When I got into the RV to drive off the Engine light came on which has never been a problem prior to taking it into this shop. This company should be embarrassed of themselves and should be ashamed to call themselves a legit business. This company should be investigated on with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) which will probably be my next step. If your reading this review, PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. read more

A service department with great customer service! Earlier this year my wife and I bought our first RV. Since then it has been a learning experience and lots of questions. When we decided we wanted to tow our car behind the RV that brought another big project with more questions. I must have called 10 different RV service centers trying to get basic info such as what the process would entail, what modifications would happen to the car or RV, estimated costs, basic stuff. Most places I talked with made me feel like a bother just for asking questions, or they gave very basic info such as "It'll take 2 days and cost between $3K-$5K." Not much help. But Marcus at RV Ready took the time to explain the process clearly, asking me questions about the car to make sure he gave me correct info. Then he was the only person of all that I called who actually wrote up an estimate for the work and emailed it to me. Of course with the great first impressions I decided to have the work done at RV Ready. On the day of our appointment we were greeted by Diego who was prepared and expecting us. Diego got the info he needed and dropping the car off was smooth. Marcus came up to greet me as well just to ensure I could put a face to who I had spoken with over the phone, which was another example of their good customer service. They promised to have the car ready for pick up the next day. The very next day they called in the morning and asked us to bring the motorhome to pick up the car at 2pm. We did so and at 2pm when we arrived Diego had our car washed and ready to go. Dana was asked to show us the hook up and towing procedures and he could not have been better or more helpful. Dana took his time, walked my wife and I step by step through the setup and ensured we felt confident and comfortable before we left. And one last time before we drove off Marcus checked on us to ensure that we were happy with everything and that all of our questions had been answered. Overall it was a great experience and we'll definitely be using RV Ready in the future for any RV needs. You hear so many horror stories of service departments having an RV for months waiting on parts or just doing shoddy work or whatever, it can be daunting diving into this world. But the three men who helped us at RV Ready, Marcus, Diego and Dana could not have been nicer or more helpful. If I could give this place a zero I would. We worked with sales rep Tommy for a travel trailer. We originally were told one thing and when we got there it was a whole different story. They wanted to give us $2k less than we were told over the phone for our trad-in. And not only that the price of the travel trailer was $5k more even though we got an email that had both the price and model of the trailer on it ( mind you that is the only one they have on the lot with that model number). All Tommy could say is that he messed up when he sent it. What a joke, these guys just try and get you out there and sucker you. The finance guy is no better when he came back with the $2k less price for the trade-in. He said that Tommy wasn't the one who could give us a price "So why in the world would he do that!!?" What a disaster. I would stay clear from them. And if you think maybe we just didn't know the value of our trade-in we actually got a written price from another dealer we were working with for a different model travel trailer for $5k more than RVReady. Not sure why anyone would do business with these guys. Don't get suckered. They don't stand by their word!! read more

I would recommend this place highly. My review is based upon our experience here while trying to find a TT. The sales staff was courteous and well informed. We didn't find a model we liked but was impressed by their prices and staff. We will check back in the future. read more
