If you're looking to buy an RV/trailer this is the place! We are first time buyers and owners of a trailer. That being said we had had a ton of questions. When we initially called we talked to Kelly. She was so sweet and and gave us all the info we needed to come prepared to check out the trailer we had in mind. The entire office was very friendly. They were very honest about what we would need to make our lives easier as first time buyers. But not pushy at all. We did a pre walk through to check out the trailer with the service tech manager I believe named James to make sure we found anything that needed to be fixed come pick up and any upgrades we wanted to add on. He also answered any questions we had about the trailer. When it came down to the purchasing.... easy peazy quick and painless. Had to go over paperwork and warranties and they really made it so easy. Laid it all out for us to see so we knew exactly what was what. The same day (pick up day) after the paper work James gave us an entire walk through of our trailer. Wow!! He was great!!! So informative and took the time to explain everything. We ran into a couple snags hooking up the trailer and he and his team were so accommodating and fixed it in no time. I highly recommend this place!!! Great team. read more

This place is awful, avoid like the plaque! I ordered a brand new 5th Wheel in March 2018, I met with the salesperson, Kelly, very friendly individual, we looked at a few models, the one I liked and chose was the Sandpiper 389RD, unfortunately, the one they had on display was sold. Kelly explained I could leave a $1,000 deposit and when the next 389 RD came in I would have the first right of refusal to purchase it. I thought that was a great offer and said lets do it, she informed me it would arrive either at the end of May or the beginning of June, that worked well for me as I didn't need it right away. May came and went and I didn't hear anything so on June 1st I called RV Ready only to find out that Kelly had quit, so I asked to speak to Karl, another sales rep who I had met back in March, I explained the situation and he remembered me and informed me that the unit I wanted was on their lot ready to be sold to whoever came in. I was quite disappointed with that information but told him I wanted that unit. No problem they wrote up and invoice, I gave them a $2,500 deposit and it was mine. I live out of state so explained the earliest I could get there was June 28th, that was acceptable to them. Friends of mine advised me to have Maxxair Fans installed in the coach to help improve ventilation so between Karl and their service manager, Marcus I agreed to purchase 3 of the top end Maxxair Fans, he quoted me $400/fan and $180 to install, I agreed to this as I wanted it all done before I picked it up. I later found the same fans on Amazon for $253 each but I wanted them done at the dealer for warranty and convenience. On June 2nd they agreed to have the 5th Wheel all ready for me for June 28th and the fans would be installed. On June 23rd I receive a call from Nikki to confirm I was coming in and that I needed a cashiers check etc. I asked her about the fans to ensure they would be installed when I picked up the unit on the 28th. She transferred me to Marcus who didn't appear to have any knowledge of the fans, I then asked to speak to Karl and find out that he too has quit working there. Marcus rummages through his paper work and eventually finds the work order to install the fans and ensures me it will be done when I get there. I also received an email from Roger the sales manager on the 23rd assuring me the fans will be installed. I had booked an appointment for June 28th at 10:00 AM for the walk through of the unit and I had arranged for someone to pick it up later that day. At 8:30 that morning I receive a call from Nikki telling me that the fans never arrived and wouldn't be installed that day. I ordered the fans on June 2nd and they couldn't make the effort to have them in by June 28th? They wanted me to leave it with them a few more days, however as I am from out of state I had made plans to stay in the rig that night and for the next 2 weeks. Then they offered to still sell me the fans at the inflated price and refer me to someone else who would come to the RV Park and install them but it wouldn't be them. I declined that offer as why should I pay the grossly inflated price when I could order them on Amazon and save $150 each. I arrive at RV Ready at 10:00 AM for my appointment for the walk through, they tell me they are just now about to bring it into their showroom, they made us wait till 10:30 for the walk through. James did the walk through with us, he was great. I have no experience with an RV so he explained the hook ups and how everything worked, it was good. He assured me that I would leave with everything I needed for a successful camping experience. RV Ready sells you what they call a "Customer Care Package", I asked what that included, and they said its everything you need to outfit your new rig. I asked James where that was, and he explained it will be in the storage unit of the rig. I eventually got to my campsite and find the Customer Care Package, it is a small box which includes a 25 foot water hose, a 10 foot sewer hose, a couple rolls of RV Toilet paper, a couple black water tank cleaners and a couple other small items, definitely no where near $500 worth of value. At the RV site I go to hook up the water and sewer, my unit is 42 feet, the water connection is at the front of the rig and the hookups at the RV Park are at the back of the site. Naturally a 25 foot hose wasn't going to be long enough, same with a 10 foot sewer hose, really a 10 foot sewer hose for a 42 foot rig? How many sites would that work for? So now I must drive back to RV Ready to pick up additional hoses, another waste of time. I go into the unit and discover that the toilet paper roll hanger was sitting in a drawer instead of being mounted, I flew down there so didn't have any tools to do this myself, didn't expect to need to. The 5th Wheel came with a very nice analog clock which requires a AA battery, of course that wasn't provided, a minor thing but they just don't care. read more

We knew which RV we wanted so we shopped around for the best deal for the specific trailer we wanted. There was never any pressure from the sales folks and were accommodating as we sometimes came to look at the trailer right before they closed. When all shopping was done, RV Ready had the most competitive price, but that's not what sold me the most. The fact that they offer top notch service on future service needs encouraged me to purchase with them. My favorite part of the process was during our walk through orientation. The guys who walked us through covered everything and gave us their cell phone to contact them should we have questions later on. Being that this is our first RV, this made me feel great knowing I could contact them with any questions after we walked off the lot! read more

We purchased our 2018 Forest River R-pod from RV Ready last spring and took it in for warranty work recently. They did the work but when I looked closely at the Repair Order I was deeply insulted by the insertion of "lol" into one of the things I asked them to check. Any business that feels it is appropriate to mock or ridicule a customer and condones any of their employees for doing so is one that I don't feel is worthy of anything but the lowest rating. Here's what I found printed on the order "customer states dinette cusions (sic) dont (sic) fit right lol please advise." As far as I'm concerned, crushing and deforming the cushions to force them into a space that is obviously too small is not an appropriate "fix" for the situation. UPDATE: A short time after I posted this review I received a call from Marcus. He explained that when he read my review he was extremely concerned. He apologized profusely and assured me that he has no idea how it could have been entered. He was very obviously upset and stated several times that he and everyone at RV Ready is committed to treating all customers with respect. I appreciate his concern and accepted his apology. He did not ask me to amend my review but in consideration of his quick response I will take him at his word and have adjusted my review and added this update. read more

I e-mailed this dealership to get a quote on an RV I was looking for. I had found it in a state much further away for a lower price than they had advertised, so I wanted to know if they could come close to matching that price, as it would be much closer for me to pick it up at RV Ready than the other dealership. They were able to come close, but not close enough to make it worth it. It was still cheaper to drive to the further away state, even taking into account hotels, gas, food, etc. However, I am very appreciative of the professional way the salesman dealt with me. He was very patient with me and my many questions. When I decided to wait until spring to buy the RV, he didn't bombard me with spam or phone calls like some other dealerships did. He just accepted my decision and that was that. When spring comes, I will definitely be getting in touch with this dealership again (hopefully the same salesman) to see if they have what I'm looking for at a decent price. read more

This was me and my husbands first camping trailer and we were going back and forth about which one we liked. Ultimately we bought a beautiful trailer from Rrv ready. After spending several weeks looking for a used Class A that would fit our life style (4 kids) and budget, dealing with the usual BS from the other "Major" dealers in Southern California, my wife and I found RV Ready. RV Ready had the exact manufacture and model we've been looking for. The price was SEVERAL THOUSANDS less than what retail blue book was and because we were working with USAA my out of pocket was less than $1,000.00 (yes, that was the down payment). Rather than RV Ready taking a "kick back" from a bank or other finance company, Nick (one of the owners) recommended that we use USAA for the better interest rate and low down payment (we were expecting to put down $10,000). The salesman Marc allowed me to test drive from Temecula to Escondido so my wife could see the coach and sign the paperwork. My test drive lasted 2 hours and I was able to see the coach operate on long freeway rides, up hills, small parking lots and city streets. While we were on the test drive Marc wrote down the little things that needed to be repaired which they agreed to with no hassle. This deal was done in less than a day and without any drama. RV Ready treated me and my wife very well. We met both owners which made the deal even more personable. I would highly recommend RV Ready since the deal was no haggle, no drama and no issues. We sold a used trailer a few weeks back, and we drove out of our way to this dealer due to the lower advertised pricing on the model we wanted(Wolf Pup 16BHS). New trailers are very hard to find these days, and we were lucky to find exactly what we were looking for at this dealer. Ezequiel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He also was never overly pushy through the buying experience. He was also very friendly towards my kids that tend to ask a lot of questions, when most salesman simply try to ignore them when they can. You could tell that he liked his job, and that he is proud to work here. This dealership felt different compared to the other ones we had been to, definitely in a good way. There was a hiccup the day before our pickup date, which pertained to a weight distributing hitch issue. Roger the sales manager assured me over the phone that things would be taken care of by the time we arrived for our appointment. When we arrived, we were greeted by Roger and the amazing service manager Jason. Jason and Roger went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was resolved right away. Jason definitely surprised me with how helpful he was. In today's world, he is possibly the busiest person at this dealership, but he took time away from his workload to help us out and make sure we were happy. We could tell that they genuinely were trying to help us which we really appreciated. We signed our paperwork with Glenn who was also very helpful and thorough, and Nikki in finance also assisted us over the phone prior to our appointment and answered many questions for us also. After we were done signing our paperwork, we met with James in service for our pre-delivery inspection. As if our experience wasn't positive enough, we were blown away by James and his knowledge of the trailer and how thorough he was. It was our first PDI we've ever been involved in, but I can't imagine anyone doing a better job than him. If you ever buy from this dealer and are lucky enough to have James assigned to do your PDI, you will find out exactly what I mean. I was amazed that even though he had probably taught people how to use their RV's a thousand times, he made us feel like it was the first time he was explaining it. He didn't rush us, and he didn't make us feel like we were asking unnecessary questions. He recommended a few upgrades for us to do, but was never pushy about them. It was just his recommendations which we appreciated. The parts manager was very helpful also, and was patient with me when I asked him some prices on a few items we were considering. I don't do many reviews, but I felt compelled to do this one. I also don't recommend many places to people because I don't want to be responsible for a possible negative outcome for someone else. Came to RV Ready to look at a Sandpiper fifth wheel. Made it clear to the salesman (Marc Hall) that we were not looking to buy any time soon, but wanted to explore the idea of long term RVing. He was MORE than helpful in answering our questions and chatting with us for more than an hour. Marc was very accommodating with the fact that we had a moody 2 year old with us at the time of our visit. When visiting the BIG BOX RV lots we definitely felt the sales pressure. Marc by far has been the friendliest sales person we have ever dealt with and strongly recommend asking for him if you want straight talk. I had been looking for a specific trailer for quite some time. RV Ready had the best price anywhere I could find. Went in one afternoon and told the salesperson (Mark Phillips) we weren't ready to buy, just wanted to take a look. He was very polite, showed us around, and was ZERO pressure, a welcome change from most RV dealers who hound you both on the property and after you've left. We left that day without a hassle, again, a big change from most dealers. I then called about a week later and said we could work out a deal at a certain price. Mark called me back within a few minutes and the deal was done. Went in one week later and picked up the trailer. Mark was super helpful the whole time; as first time trailer buyers, I had a lot of questions. If he didn't know the answer right away, he found it and called me back promptly. Great buying experience. My only issue came with setting up our weight distribution hitch. I paid them to do it, but when they did, the trailer was sitting about 3" higher in front than back. Purchased a Forest River Cherokee 294bh from RV Ready. Kelly showed us a variety of different floor plans and options. James gave me a good walk thru on every gadget in the trailer. when it came to taking home the trailer, I had forgot a few parts for my hitch and had the wrong ball size but James had everything I needed for towing. He hooked everything up himself. The only negative thing I have to say about my experience was the paperwork "numbers" part. Initially, my bank had already pre-approved me for 90% financing of the trailers value. When I received the purchase quote from RV Ready to give to my bank, they entered the wrong zip code: "tax amount" after I let them know twice that the zip code was wrong. RV Ready also suggested I put down $500 down right there and then so that they could hold the trailer for me while my bank prepared the funds. RV Ready's price on the trailer was so good that my bank was able to finance 100%. the $500 i put down was included in the quote so i wasn't going to get that back. When I returned to RV Ready to complete the paper and bring home my new trailer, I had to pay $70 out of my pocket because the TAX AMOUNT (ZIP CODE) was incorrect on the initial quote. This could've been included in the financing amount. Overall, everyone at RV Ready are good people. Very friendly. RV Ready's prices are also amazing. I came from Los Angeles all the way to Lake Elsinore for the sweet deal. Oh and I rented an Enterprise truck to haul my trailer, rented it for $134 for 3 days. My husband and I bought a 1999 motorhome from RV Ready about a month ago. I was worried about the age but liked the idea of not having huge payments. Jacques and Kelly each took us out on two test drives explaining and answering all our questions. They assured us everything was in working condition. After we made the decision to purchase it, James from service gave us a thorough walk-thru and a lesson on everything inside and out. Everything worked perfectly. The next week-end we took it out for our first camping trip. We had trouble getting the generator to start. Knowing we bought it "as is" we figured that whatever it was would end up being our responsibility. We drove back to RV Ready on our way home and dropped it off for the service department to look at. They replaced a switch and made whatever adjustments were needed. It runs like a pro. They also patched up a little fiberglass tear we got on our first "back up" experience. He showed us 4 recreational vehicles, taught us the basics, in and outs and how easy it is to drive and let us on our way. Personally, I appreciate that. Do not buy a forest river Cherokee. Let me 1st say I'm sitting in my travel trailer with no heat stove refrigerator's broken and the air conditioning only works in 5 minute intervals. Just got it out of service from the last time the heater did not work.If you decide to still buy one make sure you get the extended warranty good luck. First and Foremost, RV READY is the worst RV repair shop hands down. I delivered my Motorhome to RV READY back on 5/13/22 and they still have my RV as we speak. I brought the RV in for simple repairs for the RV which they claim is completed. This has been the third time since buying the RV from this place that I had to return for service. Seems every time I take this RV for a trip, something else breaks or the same thing goes out. I also requested them to repair some rear end damage that happened to the RV when I rented it out. As of today, they haven't touched the rear end damage, they claim they can't get a paint and body guy to conduct the repairs, the mechanic at the shop made me believe that the repairs will be fixed, but the RV hasn't even been touched. The Service Department requested that I pick up the RV and that they can't complete the repairs. I'm so disgusted with this company, this will be the last time I deal with such a dishonest, untrustworthy company ever again. I'm pleading with everyone that's reading this review, DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE, YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPPOINTED. I am just writing to say how pleased we are after visiting RV Ready in Lake Elsinore. We worked with sales team member Ken. He even answered our call on his day off, dedication. We made an appointment and was shown a couple of units that would fit our needs. Ken was very courteous and allowed us to ask many questions, patience. Even though we did not purchase that day, we appreciate all Ken helped us with, no pressure sales. Ken even called us back to report that another new trailer arrived that we liked. The trailer we had looked at and expressed our desire for had sold. We decided that we could not comfortably purchase a unit at this time. Ken was very understanding. Horrible business! RV ready only cares about the sale after that customer service ends. Do not buy the extended warranty they will not do the work. I brought my RV in after one use two weeks after purchase because the stove cover Blew up on first use -glass everywhere. They kept our trailer for one week, wrote up an invoice saying That they had removed the broken part and cleaned up all the glass, but they never did. I took my complaint all the way up the ladder. First the service department manager made it clear that he was extremely sexist and was only willing to speak to my husband. Second brought it to the sales manager who snapped at us for saying something bad about Marcus. Then spoke to the owner who's only statement was Marcus is a good guy and we've got a great team in our service department and refused to respond to my complaints. It also wasn't until after we purchased did we find out that the wonderful sales rep that helped us actually lied telling us that our Rig had convenience as it did not. And despite us telling them this is our first time and we did not know what we were doing we were told after we had purchased that it was our fault for not doing our own homework. I am absolutely blown away by how wonderful they seem to be before we purchased our rig and the atrocious behavior that they have shown after the fact. I have since found a much more reputable company that has great prices and always does the work quickly, perfectly and without a hassle, that company is called RV supercenter located in Temecula.
