Businesslike delivery. Texted close for delivery within 30 minutes. Received phone call 15 minutes out. Great job delivering mattress. Only item of note is that once item is out for delivery it would be great to actually see how close the truck is to the location via XPO map software. Also, delivery to Grants Pass is not flexible and delivery is only on Wednesday's. read more

The delivery of my new bed and removal of the old was quick. They sent me texts and kept me updated. Everything went really well.

The time it took for us to get the hood we ordered was crazy and the ability for their system to find the hold up was very dysfunctional. Calling wasn't any help either. The guys that delivered it were fine but some of the parts were damaged and had to be replaced. read more

This may be the worst company I have ever worked with in ANY Industry!!! First, they were hired by a furniture company to deliver a sofa to us. The first attempt, the two men they sent us, made a feeble attempt at putting into the elevator. They took a glance at it lifting up the sofa and said, "it won't fit" then they began to take sofa back to truck, my wife gave them a couple of ideas to get it to fit and one of the men said, "We don't move furniture, we only do applications". That was that. So, my wife called the company and the person said, this is a four man job, not a two man job like they sent us. So, they rescheduled a pick up, then we were told someone would call us to let us know what time they would be here, well nobody called. So, my wife called and they said it's in the vehicle. Well my wife k ew in her heart based on their level of competence that the sofa is not in the truck, well sure enough it never got delivered. So, we called the next day and they rescheduled again, and finally there delivery crew showed up, but, this time they had four men. One of the men complained out loud, "this is going to be a pain in the ass", he said, we aren't furniture movers we move appliances. Well these guys also approached the elevator and one man looked back at us and said, "definitely it won't fit"! Then the others tried a different angle and it went in elevator easily! Plus, they had no furniture dolly they had a regular dolly! OMG Then another man says, "This happens all the time", "the company sending the wrong people to the wrong job". It looked like a circus. We got it in our home and they got dirt from there hands all i we our white couch. Took pictures, one man took pictures and we never heard back from companies! We reported them to furniture company. read more

Costco uses XPO for washer and dryer delivery service. Received email with XPO online scheduling. XPO's website cannot find the tracking number with the information provided in their email. I then called the XPO customer service; it was a long wait and chose the automated call back option. The company does not show the calling number so it was silences by iPhone to reduce unwanted robo calls. XPO is closed on weekends. Extremely frustrating delivery scheduling process. It's been one week now and I am still not able to schedule the delivery. read more

The guys were very kind. They called me approximately 10 minutes before they were to arrive. I live in an apartment building, so they had the extra task of getting a very large couch into an elevator. They did everything so quickly and seamlessly. They were very respectful. read more

Thank you for the folks that delivered my order on Christmas Eve at 6:30 PM. I was happy to hear I was the last delivery of the day so they could go back to their families on this day. I took a day off work to have a washer and dryer delivered. They had to reschedule day of due to the truck breaking down. Then on my rescheduled delivery date (a Saturday), their ONLY driver has a family emergency and cannot deliver my items until the following Tuesday or Wednesday! I asked to speak to a manager and they put me on hold and never answered! Terrible service! Terrible company! read more

I have to mention this. While the delivery of the appliance was on schedule, I was greatly disappointed in the precautions taken by the delivery personnel during this time of a pandemic. They did not wear any protective gear - no face coverings, no gloves, no booties on shoes. They just came into my house, started measuring door widths and started moving the appliance into the kitchen. Very unnerving, given the present circumstances. After they left, I had to "air" out the kitchen for an hour - forbid my family from coming into the kitchen for that time and disinfect the outside of the appliance and all of the areas around it. We're also missing some spare parts, which the delivery personnel probably threw away with the packaging! Don't plan to do business with XPO anymore - at least not during this pandemic. Just not worth the risk! read more

Outstanding Service - punctual, polite, extremely careful. They did an amazing job of removing our old refrigerator and installing the new one. They carried each refrigerator instead of rolling them inside and outside our house. And during the disconnecting and connecting of the water line, not a drop of water was spilled. On original delivery day, delivery team called late, said they'd be there in 20 min, and we never heard from them again. We called later to find team had issues but did not inform us. Delivery was then set up 2 days later. That day, we called after late in day and waiting to find the delivery was NOT scheduled, another mis-communciation. Item was finally delivered 3 days later, note: not the next business day. Item was slightly damaged by straps. Hard to recommend this group until they implement some basic customer service practices. If you have a choice, avoid for now based on our experiences. Maybe they had a bad (week)? Good luck. read more

The gentlemen who came were friendly and very efficient. The delivered and installed a Casper adjustable bed and mattress. They asked questions regarding the disposition of the existing bed and mattress, and were so thoughtful to ask if I wanted to vacuum before they installed the new bed. I ordered a Samsung dishwasher from Costco and selected a delivery day but then XPO wasn't able to deliver on that day. I was pushed back one week. And then pushed again one more day. All through email and text communications and automatic updates, never from a phone call. For my actual delivery day, they were supposed to come between 9:30am and 1:30pm but I did not get my "30 minute warning" phone call until about 1:15 so they would have missed that 4 hour window by a little bit. However, I got another phone call just before 2pm from the driver saying they blew a tire and had to wait for Les Schwab to come to the rescue. He was very kind and apologetic and said he would call me with an update later - that he would still try to make the delivery. A couple of hours later, I got a phone call from a lady at XPO and she was the rudest, most inconsiderate, condescending girl I have spoken with in quite some time. She also, did not have all of the information nor did she have correct details regarding the flat tire situation. She told me that she cancelled my delivery and would reschedule me for almost two weeks later. I told her that was unacceptable; that I was sympathetic to the driver, that I understood protocols had to come first, and that a flat tire is extenuating circumstances, but that I should not be pushed that far out for a new delivery date.... and she told me to "stop talking" and put me on hold. She came back said "fine, tomorrow." and hung up on me. THEN she called me back about 20 minutes later, very sheepishly, very contrite, telling me she spoke with the driver and he would be on his way to my house shortly. She is the reason I docked a star. I really considered calling the company and speaking with someone else about her rudeness and her bad attitude. I did not. The delivery guys were amazing!! I wanted to give the driver a hug! He was so down on himself for being late (It was about 4:30pm) and I just tried to reassure him. They were kind and respectful and they were very sweet to my 3 year old son. They took great care of my dishwasher when unpacking it and carrying it in. They were very careful but efficient! They were friendly and personable. These guys were phenomenal! They told me they were going to try to make the rest of their deliveries despite being so late because they didn't want to disappoint anyone. These guys were truly awesome! ***I got a phone call from XPO three days later to confirm I had gotten my dishwasher; I didn't ever sign any paperwork! And I gave kudos to the delivery guys directly to the gal who called (thank heavens it was a different lady). read more
