Great customer service. Always very professional. The only thing is they were supposed to call me when they were 30 minutes away, which would have been great and given me time to put my animals away, make myself presentable etc, but he callled and said he was less then 2 minutes away. It might have been poor cell service going through the 26 so I'm not taking a star off for that. read more

Costco delivery of a washer. ... The delivery itself went awesome, the guys that were sent called about 25 min prior to arrival, they arrived just fine and managed to get their truck up my tedious ( for a large 20ft truck) driveway without damaging it or the truck...(unlike the home depot delivery guys that ruined my driveway then neither party would pay for the damages.) The 2 gentlemen that came for removal and install were above and beyond courteous and respectful of my home and even took their shoes off outside while trying to haul my washers!( totally unnecessary, but so sweet!). The shorter guy...sorry, didnt catch his name, but he was very knowledgeable about the install and things needed for my washer, and between him and Carlos, they even put on some rubber feet I had bought additional for my washer. After reading all the horrible reviews on Costco for delivery of these washers, I was really concerned, but these guys were top notch! The only reason they are not getting 5 stars is because as mentioned by others on here...their relay/ scheduling kind of sucks. They give you a day, or u could pick...in my case I could choose any Tuesday or Friday since those were the 2 days they delivered in my area, but they had no window...basically when scheduling...and I kid you not...they said I had to be available from 730am to 11pm. They would let me know the day before a 4 hour updated time window. I'm lucky I'm not busy, for a normal person who would have had to take off work...this would have been a real,pain. I would prefer they either know a semi idea of window down to 6hrs or so, early morning, afternoon, evening etc, then can shorten the time frame from there. Or have a preferred time pick...ie, morning,afternoon or evening. Anyway, pleasantly surprised by the actual delivery and install, their coordinator stuff has something to be desired. read more

Gave me 30 minutes heads up for delivery of a sectional couch then helped me carry it in the front door. Wearing masks and very polite.

Two delivery drivers showed up with my scheduled delivery from Crate and Barrell. First and foremost, these drivers were EXTREMLEY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. They asked me if I wanted them to bring the items inside and assemble. This is part of the service I paid for. One of the drivers rolled his eyes. They did not have my complete order. My Peyton 3-piece sectional as missing. https://www.crateandbarrel.com/peyton-3-piece-sectional/s374165 When I asked the drivers about this, they told me that it was the warehouse's fault, and they would have to go back and get it. It would be late, and they didn't want to do it. They asked if there was any way they could bring the sofa the next day. I told the driver that if he could guarantee delivery that would be fine. He could not. He was complaining the whole time about the warehouse and how unfair it was that he would have to go back to get the rest of MY PROMISED ORDER and how "stupid" the new manager was. As if that is not bad enough. They proceed to bring in my delivery and DROPPED and FLIPPED the below product which resulted in damage to the drawers and shelf. I witnessed this and I immediately opened the cupboards up to assess the damage. We could not open the drawers. His excuse was that "this is a Crate and Barrell design - I am sure it works somehow." HE DROPPED IT. We had to remove the "soft close" tracks because they had been bent from the impact. They cannot be repaired, and we will have to order a new side board. read more

The delivery guys for my Crate and Barrel sofa were courteous, friendly and expedient.

It took two attempts a week apart to get our new LG washer delivered and installed but everything ended up well. On the day of the first delivery we were scheduled for 2 - 6 pm. We did receive a phone call around 5pm to let us know there would be another phone call (?) soon to let us know they were on their way. Ok, so far so good, but then nothing after that. At 6:30 we figured they were not coming. Then at around 7:30 they pulled up unannounced. We were not able to accommodate them that late so they let us reschedule which we did for a week later (yesterday) and things went MUCH better this time: we did receive a phone call saying they would be here in 30 minutes and they were, they were efficient and polite, they left no trace of being here, and they were gone by 6 pm. They only thing they did not do was check for level. Maybe they are not required to do that (?) and I didn't think to ask them about it until after they had left but our floor is pretty level so just did it myself. All-in-all a very good experience. read more

I would not recommend using them for reliable delivery. We had a sofa scheduled for delivery back in October. The shipment took awhile to get to XPO. We were no longer in Portland, so had our family stay a couple weeks longer on our behalf so that they could be there to accept delivery of the sofa. On the day of delivery, they waited and waited and after the delivery time window passed, we called XPO up to let them know the delivery people did not show up. They looked into our records and apparently the number they had on file started had an area code that started with a "1" - yes...whoever inputted our number in their system inputted a 1 followed by the first two digit of our area code as the area code! Which explained why we never got a call. We asked that they send the delivery person back out, but they said they couldn't reschedule it until they logged the sofa back at their warehouse. Of course by then, they would be closed for the day and definitely would not be able to come back out that same day. So we reschedule it for November 13th at 3PM. We incurred the cost of a plane ticket to fly all the way back to Portland so we can be there to accept the delivery. The tracking on their website showed 3PM up until the evening of the 12th. The night before on the 12th they leave us an automated voicemail saying they moved the delivery window to 10:30AM to 2:30PM! The flight we already booked wouldn't arrive until 1:50 PM. So we called them immediately the morning of the 13th to change the delivery time back to 3PM. And by this time we had quadruple checked that they had the right phone number. We landed and didn't get a voicemail or call. So we assumed they corrected their mistake and were still going to deliver the sofa at 3PM. After we arrived in Portland, we called just in case, and they tell us the delivery person still attempted the 10:30 to 2:30 window. But again, we didn't get a call or voicemail! We requested that they send the delivery person back out but again they were not helpful. They again told us the same story that it needed to be checked back into the warehouse and another reschedule would have to be made. This whole process is has been frustrating and XPO has made one mistake after another without any attempt to rectify it. Who knows if or when we'll ever get our sofa. We'll be reaching out to Living Spaces as well to express our frustration. read more

XPOLogistics is the worst delivery company that I have worked with. I was supposed to get a washer and dryer delivery a week after my current set broke down - so at that point I desperately needed the new set to wash my clothes. After my current set broke down I shopped around for the quickest delivery and best buy offered that and they used XPOLogistics as a third party delivery company. "Great!" I thought, only 1 week without a washer and dryer, I can wait that long, especially when everywhere else could only do 2 weeks minimum. The day of the delivery came around and the truck driver didn't know how to back up the truck up my driveway (we have a slipped driveway that goes about 50 yards from the street to our house and there are trees that are fairly close to the drive way), no biggie they can just wheel up the units or drive head first in and turn around at the top instead (I had some furniture delivered a while ago and that delivery company did this with the same sized truck with no problem). Wrong. Due to company policy they can't hand truck anything more than 50 yards and because my driveway is gravel they can't turn around their truck up by the house because their truck tires might dig it up a little. The 50 yard thing I get, you have to keep your workers safe and without injury, but I did not care about a little bit of damage to my driveway - it's gravel I could take it back to where it was, I just really wanted the units. I asked them if they could just leave the units at the bottom of the driveway and I would bring them up to my house myself and they refused to do that too. They revealed to me that they came by the day before the delivery day and they knew that they needed to bring a smaller truck in order to make it up the drive way, but their dispatch team gave them the larger truck instead. They also told me that they were going to come back the next day with the smaller truck. This was fine, it's only one more day, I can live without a washer and dryer for one more day. It was frustrating that they knew they needed the smaller truck but brought the larger truck anyways, but I am and understanding guy, things happen. Later that afternoon I get an email from Best Buy saying that I need to reschedule my delivery, so I call them up and low and behold the delivery driver lied to me by saying that the delivery would happen the next day when they are not allowed to make such promises. The Best Buy representative told me that the next available deliver date would be another week out and that there was nothing they or myself could do to get the units sooner. Overall my experience with XPOLogistics was awful, they wouldn't work with me on another solution when they attempted to deliver the units and they made false promises to me to make me feel better about the situation. I hope Best Buy and other retailers never use XPOLogistics again as a third party delivery. read more
