Update:: it just gets worse. The resolution number they emailed me goes to a general customer service associate that tries to transfer me to the warehouse that NEVER answers their phones! At least three notes on my account stating attempts and they tell me there is nothing else they can do. It's been bad from the beginning. I've gotten very little help and communication. This was a three attempt delivery and it's still not happened. I've rescheduled work multiple times to receive my order. The latest attempt was half fulfilled and the other half was someone else's order. No call to me was made after the mistake to arrange ANOTHER date of delivery. Where is my bed frame? Rxo informs you of the delivery time down to a 2-hour window and the driver calls 30 minutes before arrival. I am starting a new business and we don't have regular business hours yet. I've had a hard time getting my FedEx deliveries because their delivery window is 12 hours and then there is no guarantee it will actually arrive on the day they say. When I first contacted them for a Costco Delivery I said I was available every day except Sunday. I figured that was fine since most companies don't deliver on Sunday. She then told me that the only day they have available was a Sunday which blew my mind. I verified the day with her to make sure I didn't hear her wrong and even checked their delivery day online. So I had to get my parents to wait for it for me. The day came and went and it was still not shipped! So I then again call their support and between the first time and this time I spent about two to three hours on hold!!! The guy was pleasant enough and informed me that they don't ship on Sundays...... Then informed me that the earliest they can ship it is the 17 which is ten days longer than the original ship date! XPO delivery personnel delivered a heavy Samsung Refrigerator up tricky stairs with a turn. They were equiped with the right gear to do that. They hit the specified day and time window and called as planned. Once to the second (main) floor, they were knowledgable with the advanced install required, and leveled the refrigerator. There was 1 digit off on the address and we contacted to correct and they were very very nasty and rude to us saying they returned the product and it was not their problem Excuse me who does that? Then a phone call to schedule, and I received the unit 5 days earlier than expected. I was told the delivery would occur between 8 and 12 and received a call from the delivery person, Juan, who was here before 8 with his mate to haul away the old washer and hook up the new one. This was the poorest service we have ever had with delivery. DWR should use a better carrier. They refused to deliver at our door with the table bolts provided by the manufacturer. Said would get SS bolts and deliver next day. 2 days later no delivery. After several phone calls they refused manager name, told me RXO was closed at 3pm PDT. I started my calls at three. Upon checking RXO is open until 5pm. now my unboxed table is in delivery purgatory, unboxed in a truck somewhere. No one is able to give us an answer. I could go on but I'm too frustrated and tired of hearing I'm sorry and we will try to get your table to you sometime! Communication was extremely difficult! read more

The installation of my dishwasher went well and the guys were professional and done within about an hour. Couldn't be happier with them. However, this was XPOs 3rd attempt at getting my dishwasher installed. The first two attempts they send out a team who were not able to install a dishwasher and cometely wasted my time twice and took me away from my job twice. It's not difficult. If you are performing a dishwasher installation use someone certified for that job. Telephone follow up was reasonably responsive and corrected the issue each time with a new scheduled install, but to make the same mistake twice was a real inconvenience. Third time lucky read more

We had 3 large items we purchased from Costco delivered by RXO. When I got the call setting up the delivery date, I was not told a signature would be required. I advised it was possible I might not be home when the delivery arrived and was told the driver would call me before delivery and could drop it in front of my garage. On delivery day I was not home and got a robo call advising my delivery was next in line and a signature was required. After going through 2 call takers and one manager, they did end up dropping the shipment off in front of the house as directed, but it was a frustrating experience. In the end, the delivery was fine, it was timely, the order was in good shape and the people I dealt with were polite, helpful and considerate. On the downside, they need to make sure the advise the customer if a signature is going to be required for the delivery. Also, everyone I spoke to, while nice, was very hard to understand due to their accent. read more
