This was the poorest service we have ever had with delivery. DWR should use a better carrier. They refused to deliver at our door with the table bolts provided by the manufacturer. Said would get SS bolts and deliver next day. 2 days later no delivery. After several phone calls they refused manager name, told me RXO was closed at 3pm PDT. I started my calls at three. Upon checking RXO is open until 5pm. now my unboxed table is in delivery purgatory, unboxed in a truck somewhere. No one is able to give us an answer. I could go on but I'm too frustrated and tired of hearing I'm sorry and we will try to get your table to you sometime! Communication was extremely difficult! read more

I was assigned XPO logistics to deliver my Peloton and, I'm sorry to say, it has been a giant mess since the outset. I would give them zero stars if I could. When the order was first placed at the end of December, I started receiving robocalls every day to say my delivery was ready to be scheduled. I also received an email every day asking me to call in. I would call the number, which seems to route to an offshore call center. I would sit on hold and wait for the agent to figure out what was going on, and then be advised that there were no delivery dates available. After about two weeks of this (and some outright begging for it to stop) the robocalls finally mostly ceased, and I was contacted by an agent to set up a delivery date. We took the first available date, which was 1/30. I didn't receive a call, email or text with a time window the day before, but called in myself and learned it was scheduled for 1:30-4:30pm. We came home to wait for the delivery and sat around for three hours with no communication. I called XPO to find out what was going on at approx 4:45. The offshore call center were unable to reach the hub to get an update but advised me that deliveries run up till 11pm PT and I was on the schedule as the 2nd to last delivery. I tried calling back several times to get an update, each time XPO were unable to reach the hub or driver. An agent sent an email to the hub at 8pm and told me that would trigger them to call me immediately. He mentioned that my scheduled delivery time was 1:36pm - which obviously was 6+ hours prior. My husband and I stayed up till 11pm just in case, but were never contacted by anyone at XPO to advise status, arrange delivery or reschedule. I called that morning at 7:45 am for an update, only to be told that the local warehouse is closed until Monday and I should wait for a call next week to reschedule. Obviously, if there were an accident or another practical reason why our delivery couldn't be fulfilled, we would be 100% understanding and empathetic. Unfortunately, with absolutely zero communication and information we are completely in the dark... and therefore wasted half our family's weekend sitting around waiting for a delivery. I spoke with the Resolution team the following business day. The person I spoke with could not fathom how the offshore team thought that I was going to receive my Peloton that day, as it was quite obvious to him the driver had not made it past the first delivery. The driver had been involved in an accident and it was quite clear from anyone reviewing the progress that in several hours they hadn't moved past that first delivery point. My next available delivery date was 2/12. Given that the Hub is in Portland Oregon and they were hit with an ice storm, I was pretty sure that there would be a reschedule. Come the day of my delivery I called XPO In order to check in on the status. I was told that we were still on track for delivery between 11 AM and 2 PM, despite the fact that in the tracking site it showed that the driver had not yet left Portland, which is easily 4 hours away from me. The second time I called, the agent was adamant that she could see there was an update to my delivery window, a small delay but they should be here by 4pm. I asked her specifically "can you see that that the driver has left Portland? And she said yes, it will be there before 4pm. I said - so you actually see that the driver has left Portland? Because the tracking site shows the bike still sitting in Portland." She said "yes, it has left Portland, I'm sorry it isn't showing up for you that way. If it's not there by 4pm give us a call back". I'm guessing her shift ended at 4pm. The third time, 2 hours later, I called and I asked how many stops away the driver was. They advised me that they could see that my delivery had neither driver or truck assigned to my delivery, therefore it will need to be rescheduled again. I immediately asked to speak to the Resolution team. The agent attempted to say that the agent who lied to me was perhaps just not looking at it closely enough. I asked him "so when she told me that she was sure the bike had left Portland, was that a lie?" No answer Once again, they have wasted a day of my time waiting for them when they clearly knew I would not be receiving my Peloton today. It's just the worst, laziest and most deceptive, accountability-dodging customer service EVER. They have never once called me, not ONCE to explain a delay or a reschedule, despite agents assuring me that they emailed the hub and I should expect a status call. I have always had to reach out to them and get nothing but outright lies and misinformation. Update: The "Last mile team" contacted me this morning to say that the Hub manager would be in touch personally today to reschedule. Needless to say I have not heard from them yet. I am on the phone with XPO for the 10th time today on our MYX stationary bike. The worst! They were supposed to deliver between 10-2. Stayed here all day only to find out the are headed back to their hub without letting us know why. I signed up for text messages but was not texted. So frustrating and now will have to schedule again and hope they show up. read more

The delivery price from Portland warehouse where retailer sent furniture order to Eugene OR was very expensive. My home fell a few miles outside of their more reasonable "100 mile" price range, so charged me the expensive delivery rate. read more

I had a washer dryer delivered last week with RXO which I bought through LG. Upon removal of my old washer dryer, they saw that my dryer vent was broken and said they would leave the product but were unable to install it until this was repaired. I repaired the vent immediately and have been calling their service phone number, doing live chat, and emailing RXO multiple times over the last week trying to schedule service for completion of installation and am unable to get it scheduled or even hear a response from RXO. Every time I am told an "urgent" email will be sent and never hear back. I am unable to schedule the installation and have a new washer dryer sitting in my hallway. They tell me they cannot provide me with a phone number to call directly for scheduling and they can't do anything more for me. I don't know how to move forward aside from returning the entire order and starting from scratch with a different company that can follow through with the job. Very disappointed in the quality of service from RXO. I don't know why a good company like LG contracts with such an unreliable company like RXO. read more

The delivery team was outstanding; polite, professional. Scheduling the delivery was a nightmare. They called and left me a message to call and schedule my delivery. I called and they said I had nothing to schedule. They could not find me even though they had called me first. A couple days later they called to tell me my refrigerator was scheduled for delivery in late August. I bought it in early June. I said that is unacceptable, to which the reply was, "I will email my manager and someone will get back to you." Several days later someone called to schedule my delivery for the following Tuesday... Back in December I bought a dishwasher and when it was delivered on time, before Christmas, the delivery person wasn't smart enough to flip the breaker all the way to the off position and insisted I needed an electrician. He refused to install the dishwasher even though I successfully flipped the breaker to off myself. He still insisted I needed an electrician. I ended up hand washing all of my Christmas dinner dishes. I was not happy. After Christmas they sent a different person out who was able to install the dishwasher without an electrician. XPO Logistics has been a nightmare to work with. read more

scheduling is difficult, they only come to this area every few weeks, you must be there on their terms and in a 3 to 4 hr window that they only tell you about the day before, this is unacceptable. the day of delivery they called only about 15 minutes before arrival. convenient if all you have to do that day is to wait for these guys. on the other hand the product was intact and undamaged, the people were polite. the prior item that I ordered from Costco couldn't be delivered for 3 months due to snafus with their user interface. XPO Logistics arrived during the four hour delivery window, quickly and professionally installing our new Samsung washer and dryer purchased from Costco. When we made the appointment the day before, we were told that we would receive a call that night, informing us of the four-hour delivery window for the next day, but the call never came. I called first thing the morning to see what was going on, but was told that we were an "add-on" and, therefore, they were unable to provide a window for us. When I told them that was unacceptable, that it was not our fault that our delivery was an add-on, I was met with resistance. Finally, after asking to talk to a supervisor, the representative had the problem solved within 10-15 minutes and we had our four-hour window ... HOOAH! Other than that SNAFU, the delivery and free, included "white glove" installation went off without a hitch, installing the new washer and dryer complete with hook-ups in about 30 minutes and hauling off all the packing material along with our 17-year old washer and dryer when they left. While I couldn't pick the time of delivery, I could pick from a calendar of available dates. That was excellent! I had a problem when we couldn't have the couch delivered to a person at the time they specified. I asked them to leave the couch at the front door.
