Only to pay a few hundred dollars for a technician to come over and undo his work... All they did was to turn a valve and hit a button. The original worker said he was untrained and they will not send him for training. Horrible, and never got back to me after that situation. Responding to the message, you said that i do not agree with the decision - which is true I do not believe I should have paid for the first technicians' incompetence, there was no reason to turn off the valve. Then when you go to the second technician who came in, all he did was to turn the valve and restart the machine. Logically speaking - if the water heater worked - then we ran out of oil - then the first tech came after filling up the oil - how would the valve have been turned? Because I know i did not touch it and that's exactly why i paid extra for that service. And I have seen with my very own two eyes the first tech turns the valve. Those are undeniable the true and accurate facts of this scenario.

Yikes! The plumber was impatient with us for buying the wrong garbage disposal, and said he couldn't do anything and wouldn't be able to come back for days. I walked out of the room and my fiancé stayed with him asking what we should do - we just need to get a new garbage disposal that doesn't have a cord. So we call the office when the plumber leaves to see when we can get another appointment and the woman says tomorrow. Great. Then we get a call back and the woman says the plumber won't be returning to our home because we did not take his advice and he's an expert of 25 years and she hung up on us. They called an hvac company out of the phone book who didn't send a technician, but a slick salesman instead. This guy convinced them to sign a contract for a $17,000.00 new AC system. After they signed the contract he told them they'd have to wait three days for the system to arrive and be installed. They called me very upset and concerned. I cancelled the contract with the phone book guys and called Mike from Qualitech.
