Chuck and the Craftsmen at S&D did a superb job at repairing the damage to my 2007 Camry. Even the person who backed into my driver's door could not tell where the damage was. Chuck was the one we dealt with and he was pleasant, answered questions about how the insurance worked, made the whole process go smoothly. Let me begin by saying it has taken me over 2 years to give this review because my experience with this body shop was nothing but a NIGHTMARE! I was hit by a drunk driver and I was referred to S&D by Allstate (another nightmare). It took S&D 2 months to fix my car... within 1 month of having my car back I began to have problems with my door locks. I took it to Honda to check the door locks... when they removed the door panels they said there was so much overspray they would not touch my car. After four months of going back-and-forth with the body shop they finally fixed the door locks. 6 months later my trunk began leaking due to rain. I then informed Allstate I would not return my car to S&D and I wanted another evaluation from a different body shop. Two different body shops would not touch my car because of all the work that S&D had done and it didn't look good. Finally Allstate found a body shop that was going to take apart my whole car and have to fix it. When S&D found out that Allstate was going to bill them they immediately offered to buy my car from me. With the advice of my attorney I agreed. Come to find out my car was fixed crooked and the topper was the paint didn't even match!! Please think twice before you have this place work on your car!! I had no choice but to give them 1 star since I wouldn't be able to leave them a review if I didn't. I have pictures if you don't believe me. I don't mind sharing them!!! read more

Recently came here to repair our car because we were appointed here by our car insurance company. Repair center in located in a cul da sac. Kind of hard to find because it's all the way at the end. Dropping off the car was a smooth process. They were able to take our car in right before Thanksgiving which was nice. Repairing took about 10 days? Of course during the repair we got absolutely ZERO calls updating us for the repair. Unlike, Seidners Collision center who calls you literally everyday to update you. Anyways, I decided to call S&D because I felt like it was way too long, the receptionist said the car was finished. Good thing I called. He expected me to pick up the car same day when he called me at 1pm. I mean we don't sit around doing nothing waiting for our car to be ready. Didn't pick up till next morning. Work was decent. The car door they replaced looked good except for all the finger prints on the window. Fast forward 1 week, my car no longer starts. The battery somehow is dead. My car is 2015. The battery should not be worn out. I call and he immediately says they have nothing to do with it. EVEN THOUGH HE SHOULD HAVE SAID, OH WE FORGOT TO UNPLUG THE BATTERY WHILE WE WORKED ON YOUR CAR AND LEAVING THE DOOR OPENED FOR (X) AMOUNT OF DAYS COULD HAVE DRAINED IT. They could have been more helpful. AND HE HAD THE GUTS TO SAY, oh we have been charging it a couple times. So he had the knowledge knowing the situation with the battery. He totally could have told me that when I picked up the vehicle. What if I was stranded somewhere?!?! Horrible. I now have to go to the dealership and wait 1000000 hours for the battery to be replaced because of their mistake. Please be more professional. read more
