This is my 3rd time visiting and Sabor Inka has never failed to deliver excellent food. We've been in Atlanta for over 13 years and ever since they closed Machu Pichu in Atlanta, this is the best Peruvian restaurant in Georgia. My husband suggested this place and I was a little unsure but this place is delicious, a hidden gem!

I've been coming to this restaurant for years and service was poor! I was there for 15 minutes and the servers were near the bar laughing. I had to wave down a male server to take my order. I ordered 2 drinks which the server didn't understand what I was ordering. The server told me he would be right back to get a translator. Minutes later the server didn't come back to my table; instead he served plates to other customers. Server walked back to the bar and continued to partake in conversation with servers! This is pure sadness considering I come here often! Poor service and needs new employees! read more

My dad and I eat here every other weekend. The tallarin saltado from the menu is delicious. The only thing that I don't like is the long wait when you arrive to the restaurant. Once I was waiting almost 10 minutes just to pick up my to go order. Some waiters are nice, others are just oblivious but over the place is good. read more

Ordered my food online for take out and watched my food at the bar sit there for 15 mins before someone asked to help me. During this time the servers were sweeping the floor and bussing tables. Love coming to this place but the service has not been good. Oh and I usually get bread and hot sauce with my order. Now they charge you for it because it's a take out order. Crazy. read more

The food is good but yesterday I call for a pick up order and the guy who take my order was telling me that they can't start making my order until I pay ( with is weird cause in other restaurants they just ask for your number and name) the guy told me that I can pay over the phone giving him my card or they will wait until I get there and pay to start making it, so I tell the guy my card information even know it was weird. Their signature ceviche was amazing, I had their Mar y Tierra (surf n turf) the steak was cooked medium rare and the chimichurri sauce was really good. The shrimp was flavorful. This restaurant is honestly so homey. The atmosphere is comfortable and a great place to eat yummy food with good people. The food here is incredible and you can tell that the quality for the price can't be beat. I've had there tallarines verdes with chicken and it was so delicious. Chicken was cooked perfectly and all the ingredients are on point. This chicken is not like the rubbery chicken they have at olive garden or any other restaurant. Well had a bad time here yesterday. They were very busy and obviously understaffed. Two ouf of three of our entrees came about 45 minutes after ordering, the third over an hour and fifteen minutes!! The rice was undercooked, and just a dismal preperation overall. When asked for a comp for this dish we were told no, and we then asked to speak to the manager. The waitress came back and told us we would not have to pay for that meal. Not sure if I will return to this place. read more

If you're coming with a large party I would recommend calling before to check for the wait time or try to beat the rush hour. The environment was very enjoyable, there was music and several TVs playing different channels which is always a great thing! The customer service was great! From the hostess to servers, everybody I saw was walking around smiling. Once we were seated they brought out buttered bread - AMAZING. The sauce given is slightly spicy so be careful! For my entree I selected the Mar y Tierra which was grilled shrimp, steak with chimichurri sauce, white rice, white beans and plantains. The shrimp didn't seem to have much flavor to them so I pretty much left those behind, but the steak and beans were great. Not pictured is the calamari w/yuca which I definitely recommend!! Definitely one of my top favorites. For drinks I chose The Sangria which was a great choice! Very fruity and flavorful. My boyfriend ordered a mojito but it must have got lost somehow and he didn't get it but overall it was a great experience. Will most definitely try other dishes next time. read more

Very nice dining experience. The service was attentive and the food was good. Love the courtesy bread and the dipping sauce that comes with it. I ordered the grilled chicken, the chicken was a little tough rather than tender and juicy but was decent it came with a generous portion of salad and a side of rice and maduros which I enjoyed very much. Get the house dressing for the salad if you like mayo ... it was great! My husband ordered the lomo saltado and added an egg. The steak in the lomo was what stood out to us, it was tasty and thick and did not taste like cheap steak like other local places we've visited in the past. We got a glass of free chicha (not refillable) with a promo on yelp and then my husband ordered another. I had water. THE BILL WAS $32!! Yes! Our large party ate here for a quick lunch. They have quite the variety of dishes. While the chicha morada was a bit sweet for me, our respective dishes ( pollo saltado, lomo saltado, ceviche vegetariano) were quite delicious! They even have vegan and kids options. The waiters were extremely attentive and accommodated our large party on short notice. We would definitely be back again if we're ever in the area again!!! We're here to rave about the food. Much like other reviewers have said, the drinks are merely okay. Satisfactory, but not exceptional. With that being said, let's rave about the food and also the service. It was exceptional. We ordered far too much for us to eat. Totally worth it. Tried the chicha, the mixed Seviche and the stuffed potato - a papa rellena. For dessert we had the flood extremely firm but not cracked, which makes it perfect in my opinion. I come here whenever I have friends from Peru come to Atlanta. Not the best place, but definitely not the worse. I had the ceviche mariscos, spicy mariscos and my friend had planche el pollo. You always get free butter and garlic bread, which is bomb with the green sauce. Shrimp in the ceviche tasted like it been frozen but it was not bad.
