It was pristine. All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The jewelry is titanium grade so I don't have to take any of my new piercings out for my upcoming MRI. Special shout out to Brian Loring for a fantastic job on my piercings. He was fast, efficient and there was just the hint of a sting. First came here in mid-November 2024 in search of replacing my helix jewelry that fell out from me putting on my mask during a concert the night prior. Autumn assisted me with choosing jewelry and even installed the jewelry for me. I've then gotten a couple of cartilage piercings (flat and tragus) in mid December 2024 from Hallie who's been great at helping me choose the jewelry as well. I came back about 6 weeks later to downsize. Hallie provided me with great aftercare tips and made me feel as comfortable as possible. This place is APP certified, so it is guaranteed that you are getting pierced safely here. Scheduled a piercing appointment the day of. Sacred Siren is clean and everyone is really professional. Autumn was patient with me as I made decisions on jewelry and piercing placement (I didn't think either through before going ). I had no concerns about unsafe practices. Autumn walked me through the process and made it piercing as uncomfortable as having a needle in your ear can be. I really appreciate they set up a follow up appointment right away. My daughter and I both got helix ear piercings. Amazing end-to-end experience. Customer service 5 - we'd scheduled once and canceled when covid numbers got high. They were so accommodating. Reschedule months later and they remembered us and got us on the schedule again w Hannah. Got text reminders ahead of time with all the information we needed for our appointment. Arrived at their new location and it was really nice. Check-in was easy. Picking out our earrings was fun. They had nice selections. The icing on the cake was our piercer - Hannah. Hannah was kind, caring, informative, knowledgeable, safe, sanitary and professional. We had lots of questions and she answered all of them with patience and grace. You could tell that she loved her job and took it very seriously. She showed us how she sanitize earrings and dispose of old needles. She also scheduled us in for a follow up appointment so she can check on the health of our cartilage and piercing. Exudes girl power from their female co-owners to their staff. Really made me feel very comfortable bringing my daughter in for a piercing. They were also very respectful of different cultures and really understood the value and ceremonies associated w piercings in different cultures. Could not have asked for anything more. Other than merch that matches their stickers. I totally would have purchased a hoodie with that artwork on the front. :) also recommend they sell donut pillows, probably would have picked one up as well. Their new place is spacious. Each artist has privacy to focus on their clients. It's clean, beautifully decorated, family friendly and bright and cheery. I'm from Hawaii came to Minnesota for a Nobel Peace Prize Forum at a nearby college. I wanted to commemorate the trip because I'm a peace scholar with a tattoo. I found sacred siren tattoo & art parlor on instagram @sacredsirenparlor. I really wanted to go to this establishment because they're all women tattoos artists! (with an acception of one guy) All of them are really talented given the work on their instagram so I had no problem either doing a walk-in or trying to set up an appointment. I knew it was going to be tough setting up an appointment because all of them are so talented so normally trying to schedule a last minute appointment like mines (within a week/week and a half) was going to be a push. I initially DM'd the business and then emailed them. They were very prompt with emailing back not so much on direct message on instagram, but they did message me back on that platform and apologized. Its understandable there's just way too many places to communicate on these days. lol I was emailing back and forth with them showed them the placement I wanted and a picture of the sunflower that I wanted to get. It was short notice because I had DM'd them about a week before my trip, and then decided to email just in case. Because of this I didn't mind doing a walk-in, but they told me that they had an opening with one of the artists named Melanie. It's nice that accept walk-ins though! It was easy to get to with google maps. The shop is super cute with awards all around. I was greeted by the receptionist where I was told to do the routine filling out of forms. There's a bathroom inside. Air Conditioning. They accept cash and card (which is rare). Street parking Melanie was super professional. She showed me the sunflower that she drew up. Made the stencil. She already had her station prepped and ready to go. It was a super relaxed environment. The tattoo was perfectly priced. I was in and out within about an hour and a half! I'm glad I decided to chose this establishment. Would recommend to anyone in the area, visiting, etc! read more

Kelly was incredible, and totally talked me through and made me even more excited about my choice to get my nipples and VCH piercings. Because I was from out of town, I wanted to get them done in one fell swoop and she was very encouraging when I started doubting myself (it's all fun and games till the needles come out). When one of my piercings was acting wonky weeks later, I really appreciated that she stayed in contact and even sent me new jewelry that was slightly longer to accompany the swelling, talked me through the jewelry change and even got on FaceTime, encouraging me to keep in touch and let her know how it was progressing. I felt very taken care of and understand my piercings more (especially the need to not only clean my piercings but making sure they were completely dry- which was where I was messing up). Loved my experience here! Starting from scheduling my appointment via Yelp. Mike responded to my inquiries quick and had my appointment confirmed within the hour. When getting there, street parking took a bit of time but the parlor was easy to get to and locate. The staff and Hanna made all the difference when I arrived - they were super friendly and helpful! It was my first time at a professional piercing/tattoo parlor so, yes, I was a little nervous with procedures. The parlor was clean and they offered masks and sanitizer, which is very great especially with Covid19 around. Hanna did a great job with my piercings, she really knew what she was doing and offered her input on the earrings and the placement (I already had 2 existing piercings on my ear, so Hanna worked around them). Edit: Visit on 2/22/2020 My partner and I went here to get some piercings. We had a consultation with Hannah prior since I wanted to talk to her about getting my nippy pierced. ( I have been wanting this since I was 20, but I have put it off for a long time.) Hanna had asked why I was putting it off for so long, and I told her my reasons. 1. Heal time. 2. Fear of piercing rejection. 3. Loss of sensitivity. Hanna reassured me on all fronts, and I know that heal time will take a long time regardless. (I have been on my fair share of reddit forms, asking people whom already have their nipples pierced, etc.) Piercing rejection is a real thing, and something I do fear about but Hanna did reassure me on that front as well. As for loss of sensitivity, this varies from person to person of course. So we planned to get our piercings done on the 22nd together. He was getting his tongue pierced and myself, me nippy nips. Get to the day, I forget my mouth guard since I have a habit of clenching my teeth when I deal with pain. And my love lets me bite his hand. I was scheduled for a tandem piercing session but Kelly had went home sick. So instead I went through it all one by one. Hanna was purely amazing through the whole process, and I cannot have more respect for her. She was awesome to work with and made the whole process feel guilt free with all the f bombs I was throwing. She was able to give us 15% off the service charge since we did have to wait a bit and we had an appointment. Bottom line: f-bomb YES! Go here, they are literally amazing and are just such an incredible staff. They made the whole process just lovely, and they truly do care about your experience but also you as a customer. read more

As an adult with needle anxiety and JUST getting my own ears pierced for the first time a year ago I highly recommend Sophia Marcinko at Sacred Siren Tattoo & Art Parlor. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed through the process, I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. First of all - I was so glad to find Out I was supporting an all female parlor. So dope. I just did some yelping and came across this shop, I'm glad I did. My two kids wanted their ears pierced and instead of going the Claire's or mall route (which I had made the horrid mistake of doing before) we decided to do things the smarter way by going to a professional. Kelly was so awesome. She made sure everything was clean and steril and most importantly made sure my kids were comfortable. She wanted to make sure it was a pleasurable experience instead of traumatizing. I love this place!! I initially first stopped in after scheduling-and then canceling and walking out of an appointment down the road at a different shop because their attitude and energy was so intensely negative. Walking into Sacred Siren was like heaven compared to the other place!! It's gorgeous cute atmosphere is only the half of it- the receptionist alone was absolutely sweet, welcoming and a thousand times more professional than the other shop! While I've stopped in multiple times to see if they had any walk-in visits, this I'm second time actually being here for a tattoo...this time it's for my daughter though (she turned 18 today- she's been waiting for this tattoo for 2 years). Two days ago, I messaged thru Yelp to see if they possible had an opening for today. Man they were super awesome with their response time!! We messaged back and forth a few times and voila- here we are!! Everything about this place is just so dang pleasing to me! They are all sweet and professional from what I've experienced so far. ORIGINALLY POSTED 04/03/2019: I called ahead to ask about getting my ears pierced with my younger (22 year old) sister. Kelly was friendly and advised me of base prices, what to expect, and what to bring. When she pierced me she was very patient and discussed things like metal allergies, lifestyle, and how scars or other physical features could affect a piercing. She was gentle and explained to us what she was doing and why the entire time. She let me take my time, a lot of it, deciding back and forth about jewelry as I do not wear anything other than my wedding ring so I wanted to make sure the earrings were not going to bother me. Kelly was polite and funny. I am actually very scared of needles so she talked me through it and it was not that bad! We wound up with 3mm gem flat back labret style jewelry. you can go with the cheapest, most basic jewelry, but I recommend upgrading to something you will want to keep. I highly recommend Kelly! PS. I will edit this if my opinion changes after healing, but as of now its 5 stars! (on a side note, The shop was super clean) 05/23/2020 UPDATE: I originally went to Kelly (who was wonderful) because my favorite piercer had moved. Her name is Hanna. THE FATES SMILED ON ME because Hanna came back and started working AT SACRED SIREN. I laughed for the last 5 minutes once I realized this. I've been going to sacred siren to work with Mel since late 2019. We've completed two small colored swallows (birds) and a chest piece with three colorful landscapes. We're just finishing a sleeve based on my favorite manga/anime jojo's bizarre adventure. One of the two birds was a cover up, but both birds were original drawings she created based on my request. I was so pleased with her work I went back for my chest piece. I explained the 3 geographic locations I wanted depicted and the meaning behind it... from there I let her design the entire piece. I asked for a minor change the day of the tattoo and she took care of it right there, reassuring me I wasn't a complete jerk for asking for the adjustment. I was so happy with the outcome I was basically in tears. I thought I couldn't be happier... until we began work on my jojo sleeve. Omg am I excited about this sleeve! I chose the characters I wanted and lent her my collectible jojo art books. She took great care of my priceless collectibles and returned them afterwards. I also sent her a bunch of ideas I had between appointments, not expecting a response because I know DMs can be overwhelming. Even with her incredibly busy schedule, she managed to capture my ideas and add them into the sleeve along with things she found in the original art. She remembered details and added things I totally forgot about. I didn't have the artistic mind to imagine what the final piece would look like as a whole so I put my trust in Mel to choose most of the colors and some filler. She went above and beyond here, exceeding my expectations in every way! I can't express in words how grateful I am to Melanie for the beautiful art she's given me. I had such a great experience with this place for my first, and currently only, tattoo. I found it online and loved the color work done by Casey Rox Sox. I met with her for a consult and felt like the process was well explained to me. I sent in a supremely shitty drawing, and she understood it perfectly and sent back a great visual. She was very open to minute changes I wanted, and was timely with her responses. She said i would know how the coloring would look after about 6 months, and it still looks perfect! I love it. Came in to get my nipples pierced in September. One of them is pierced incorrectly completely and is too low on my nipple. It is flush against the flat areola area rather then the actual nipple. This has caused the ball to slide into the hole and I constantly have to make sure it isn't going in. Once it began closing over the ball and I had to shove it back through. I had two piercers do them at the same time and the one I made the appointment with was the one who pierced it incorrectly. It was also a 12g at 9/16th which I now know is considered large for a nipple piercing. I also never was given the cleaning solution I paid for. I thought that maybe it would get better as they healed but they didn't. Overall just disappointed and sad that it isn't correct. It also has caused the healing process to go badly as my other piercing is just fine. read more
