Great music and a chill atmosphere

I visited here for the first time on a Saturday night not knowing to expect based on the less than stellar Yelp reviews. Once you're past the pat down in the security line, there's a $10 cover which isn't terrible for a Black centric nightclub in my experience. The bartenders were all attentive and had great turnaround time. The DJ was on fire and they say that's typical. The crowd is a 25+ Baltimore folks and everyone was just out having a good time. People were even on the dance floor which you sonbrba The food is the usual bar fare: chicken fingers and wings etc. The prices are reasonable for six fingers and eight wings. I was pleasantly surprised and would certainly come back.

Whether sitting at the bar or at their super comfy couches, it's very inviting to stay awhile. Drinks - Old Line specializes in two spirits: rum and whiskey. Don't be fooled; they have varieties of those two options in terms of aging and blending process for a grand total of five products. When I went, $15 got us a flight of every spirit they produce - and they don't skimp! I thought it would be a little 1/2 oz tasting, but this was just shy of a full shot each, so I ended up sharing with my companions. Speaking of flights, they also offer flights by style. For example, if you are more of a rum person, they have a flight of their rums as well as some from other local distilleries. Ditto for the whiskeys. A nice touch promoting competitors in the spirit of... well, spirits! The cocktails were great. I got a daiquiri - a proper daiquiri with lime and rum. Not to hate on a spiked strawberry smoothie, but this is the OG daiquiri (and the better one, IMHO). I also split the Liberty Risk, made with their Navy Strength cask rum, with my companions. They limit you to one because it is STRONG. Suffice it to say I ended up staying a little longer than originally planned. Overall, they have six regular cocktails and one or two specials. They also offer a couple of local beers on tap, but we came for the spirits. If you enjoyed the cocktails, they sell the Old Line spirits as well as some bar tools so you can try your hand at home. The prices aren't too bad for what it is and service is fast and friendly. I look forward to coming back!

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my experience at the hotel cocktail bar…read more My friends and I visited the bar with the understanding that it was busy, and we were more than willing to be patient while the staff caught up with service. However, the bartender, Vicki, refused to accommodate us at all, despite our willingness to wait our turn. Rather than acknowledging us or offering an estimated wait time, we were simply turned away. What made the experience particularly disappointing was not the wait itself, but the lack of professionalism and hospitality. We were treated as though our business was not welcome, which is not the level of customer service I would expect from a hotel of this standard. As paying guests, we expected to be treated with courtesy and respect. If the bar was temporarily unable to serve additional customers, a polite explanation or request to wait would have been completely understandable. Instead, the bartender's, Vicki, refusal to accommodate us left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. While I thoroughly enjoyed my hotel stay, this definitely put an off putting taste in my mouth toward customer service standards. I hope this matter will be reviewed so that future guests receive a more professional and courteous experience. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback.

There is a huge bar with maybe 12-15 seats and a few 4 top tables. After about 7pm it got packed and was mostly standing room. The cocktail menu was a good size with lots of fun and experimental flavor combos. I appreciate the creativity! We each got 2 cocktails. One of mine had an edible flower in it and it was delish. My fiancé got the espresso martini as did just about every other customer! One suggestion for the team is to put photos of the drink menu pinned on Instagram! Keep in mind these are all custom made by your bartender for each drink so please be patient, it is worth the wait. The food menu is small but everything we had was tasty and filling. All the food is like snacky Indian food - with lots of masala spices. We got the sampler and a chicken tikka pizza. I'd recommend both! The wings were the best part for us. That menu is on their insta. It's definitely not a full fancy meal but with the cocktails, for me it was plenty. They had a few TVs and played some music, it wasn't too loud and they had some cute string lights. Both bartenders were friendly and attentive. I hope they keep making new drinks and perhaps rotate the menu occasionally! This is a great addition to Locust Point, definitely a killer date spot, come support a great local spot!!

Smooth, rich, perfectly balanced... this is the kind of drink that reminds me why I started my little espresso martini passport in the first place. It was giving luxury, it was giving intention, it was giving I need another one immediately. For food, I started with the crudo, which was super fresh and beautifully done -- light, bright, and the perfect way to kick off the meal. Then I had the scallops, and this is where they really won me over. Perfectly cooked, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth... just one of those dishes you don't want to end. The whole experience felt elevated without being stuffy -- gorgeous waterfront vibes, amazing service, and food and drinks that actually deliver. Definitely one of my favorite spots so far in Baltimore, and 100% somewhere I'll be bringing people when I want to impress.

The whiskey selection is impressive--this was actually my first time trying Pappy Van Winkle 15 Year, and it was incredibly smooth. I highly recommend the burger, and the crab cake is made with real lump meat--not imitation!!! The bartender was very knowledgeable and offered great recommendations throughout the night. Weekends can get pretty busy, but it's still a great spot for drinks and small bites.
