My experience, bitter sweet ended in true appreciation and respect for Safe Auto Glass, Mario and Arbi. I had a cracked windshield replaced a couple months ago, I paid out of pocket to replace the windshield with an OEM factory one which cost more than double an after market part. This resulted in some freak occurrence where the new windshield split in half with two parallel defined cracks a couple months later - without any impact at all. It turns out Mercedes rejected the request for the part to be considered defective, which it surely was. Arbi the owner reassured me that no matter what, he will have my windshield replaced. I was very surprised that Mercedes did not cover the part. Safe Auto Glass paid out of pocket to replace my OEM windshield, they are very honorable. Do yourself a favor and give your business to them because they care and it's not always that you are dealing with people who are kind and a pleasure especially in annoying circumstances where you are dealing with repairing your vehicle. Well, the reviews are all true, this place really can't be beat. I had a broken passenger window that needed replacing, and of course was upset, not sure where to go/what to do. Found this place online, and sent in a message after they had already closed on Thursday, saying I hoped to get in the next morning. Somebody wrote me back immediately and told me I could come in the next day at noon. Went in and in an hour and a half had a new window and was all ready to go, for a reasonable price (I mean it's not FUN to have to pay out $$$ because of vandalism, but was well worth it, for getting it all taken care of so quickly and easily). The one thing I look for when considering the services of any given vendor, and often have difficulty finding is integrety. I contacted Safe Auto Glass for a quote to replace the rear hatch window of my Prius Prime after it got broken into. They were very responsive, fast and clear in giving me an estimate, but I thought he must have made a mistake because what they quoted me was significantly less the what I was quoted from the dealer. They were great about explaining the reasons for the price variance and why they were so much less expwnsive. When the replacement glass arrived, they noticed a slight imperfection in the glass and gave me the choice of installing it or sending it back. That kind of integrity is more the exception than the rule I'm afraid, but apparently not with this vendor. All of the service staff were very courteous and professional. Called Arbi and made an appointment. Had a nick in the black dots portion of my Lexus from driving on the 210 freeway behind trucks. Damage was almost the size of a dime. The owner Arbi, told me that he does the best job. Waited for five hours in the shop, and I was promised to get the job complete in four hours.. At night time when I drove my car, I noticed the green light in my Lexus is not working under the mirror for the windshield . I even texted him a video of the mirror and he told me he ordered it and he will install it in my house he will send someone out. Now he's asking me to bring it to the shop or get the car towed. There are better people to work with out there. This company is the worst. About a month ago, I called many places to get my friends Glass fixed but no one was able to accommodate us with the weekend around the corner. But Arbi and Mario went out of their way to order the part immediately.
