I've never hired movers before, and having only heard mostly negative things about the experience, I was very pleasantly surprised to find out how easy it was to work with Safe N Fast! I hired them on very short notice, communication was prompt, rates were reasonable, they showed up exactly on time, and packed all furniture meticulously. Amazing! Guys came over and got my giant sofa hoisted up to the third floor though my balcony so quick! And they were very nice too.

Oscar & his faithful crew of experts Sam, Mike and others moved a heavy solid wood one piece 10 foot table and 12 chairs plus China hutch. The table had to be hoisted down a from a 6th story condo to the slanted pavement of the entrance of the parking garage below. Not a scratch on it! Absolutely unbelievable to watch! It was like watching a fine Joffrey ballet! Then they moved everything an hour and a half a way and set it all up for us with pleasantries and smiles all around even though I'm sure they must have been exhausted and hungry, not one complaint from any of them was heard only smiles were seen. I requested multiple quotes through Yelp and Artem was super quick to respond with not only the initial response but all the follow up questions I had to set up the appointment. Safe and Fast Movers were worth every penny spent! They came in handle my furniture with care wrapping up items to ensure no damage, and they put the furniture back together. They paid attention to detail placing boxes in designated spots even on the THIRD FLOOR. These guys moved dressers, bedroom sets and boxes up two flights of stairs in 100 degree weather!!! Incredible service! Have you ever had to sell and vacate a home? Your life is in shambles and everything must happen RIGHT NOW! You're not sure if escrow will close, so you cannot commit to anything. Then you get word, and it's "green flag all go now!" OK, it sucks. When I called Andrey we had to be out of the house in about 10 days. I was just a bit past panic. We needed to have the house cleared out the following week, with deliveries to two different locations. And we needed a little drag time in the middle to allow everybody to get back home for delivery. Andrey made it all happen. Pick up on Tuesday in Mission Viejo. First delivery in Concord, CA on Thursday, followed by delivery in So Lake Tahoe on Friday. It was flawless. Pick up at 8:00 Tuesday. Delivery at 8:00 in Concord. Second delivery at 8:00 in So. Lake Tahoe. It was quick and efficient at every step. Mike and Vladimir were amazing! They came in for the pick-up and assessed everything. They segregated the Concord items from the SLT items. They were WIZARDS with packing. All the hard furniture was shrink wrapped, with layer, twist, layer, twist, ad nauseum, until all the corners were protected. The mattresses were totally wrapped. The floor lamps were draped in blankets then wrapped in plastic. The leather sofa was also wrapped in blankets then wrapped in plastic. They had boxes for the table lamps and protected the lamps and the shades. The original art was blanketed and wrapped. I was not in Concord, but delivery in SLT was a joy. First, they moved the bed and dresser existing in the guest room out to the garage without complaint. Then everything came in wherever we wanted it, bedrooms, living room, garage. NOT A SCRATCH! This was a dedicated-truck deal. The "big-boys" want to load your stuff on a huge truck and ship it when it is full. Screw that. Hire these guys. They will simplify your life. What a mistake I made using these guys! 2 words best describes them: Unethical & Unprofessional. Short Version: 1. Left a water leak that damaged behind our fridge, and didn't notify us, and now the owner claims denial of the issue and is unresponsive ignoring emails and calls. 2. They are not COVID friendly had no masks, and they left half of our furniture with black hand marks on white furniture, and 2 other pieces they lost parts to to that can't be replaced, and lost one of our boxes. Consider paying a company that has ethics and professionalism and customer service before trying to help out these movers. They are a poorly run business and I definitely would advice avoiding them. Longer Version: ----- Saw the great reviews and decided to try a smaller moving company, however, let me explain what we got instead: 1. Movers were not wearing masks for COVID-19 2. They moved our fridge in and when removing the old fridge, they left the water on with a slow leak and didn't tell us about it, and instead they took some paper towels and shoved them into the area. This is one of the images I am attaching, which has caused significant water damage to the wall. 3. They were not safe or fast. They took multiple breaks, and when working spent a lot of time talking to each other when were were not around supervising, which we know because every time we came around we found them sitting down or standing around. 4. They didn't plan or prepare ahead of time, they misjudged the size of our house 3bd/3bth and once coming they couldn't pack everything into one load, so they had to do 2 trips, which ended up costing us $300 more. 5. As for packing, my wife and I packed all the boxes ourselves to save them time, and all they had to do was pack and load furniture, they failed here again. We had white chairs and they didn't wrap them when moving, and about half of our furniture was left with black hand marks on them, some of which we still can't get out. 6. As for ethics, I contacted the company post move to tell them about these issues. The owner offered me $50, which I asked for $150 to cover the parts for the plumbing repair and I would pay to have a plumber fix the water damage these movers caused. I sent the owner day of move time stamped photos and he responded with his movers said they were not aware of the leak, then why did they jam paper towels into the water outlet? Then proceeded to say that his guys are movers and not responsible for any plumbing issues they cause. My response was that at least notify me so I can solve it then, don't use paper towels, put the fridge in to cover up the issue and then leave and collect payment. read more

Movers were slow, and sometimes careless. Throwing pillows over the loft to the floor below. Several items got left behind, even after numerous reminders. There was a Last minute up charge of $75 for bringing a washer and dryer up the stairs--after they were already in place--because they were "over 200lbs", a stipulation which I do not find on their web site. Finally, once they arrived at the 2nd location, they said our piano may be damaged because they used a bad strap that broke during transport. When they unwrapped the piano, there was a large gouge on the lid, and the lid was shifted out of place and broken. The damage is not repairable, and highly visible (see photos). The movers were indifferent and unapologetic, saying we had to talk to the office. When we called to report the damage, they said they payback $0.60 per lb of the item, which in this case is a little over a hundred dollars to compensate for irreparable damage. That's not even 10% of the current value! It's insulting that they've done this to my beloved piano by knowingly using a bad strap and are not even offering adequate compensation!! Not sure what my next steps will be from here. I just want others to be aware of our experience. read more

Needed a moving company for a one-way move from Mission Viejo, CA to Henderson, NV. They were quick to reply and were able to schedule me within the timeframe I needed. The quote I received after they did a walk-through estimate was over half less than the other companies, which worried me a little that they could do it for so much less. After reading the reviews on Yelp, I decided to go ahead and hire them. Communication was great throughout the process. On moving day, they arrived early, were super friendly and efficient. They were careful to wrap each piece of furniture and any loose items. Delivery was the following morning with the same crew. Again, they arrived early and were very organized with unloading. They put everything exactly where we needed it. Most of the big furniture went upstairs. They gladly brought everything up and were very careful to not make as much as a scratch on the walls. Unloading, including putting the furniture back together that needed to be broken down, was very fast. They even stopped to move their truck to accommodate the garbage truck that was picking up. After inspecting everything when they were done, none of our furniture or any of the boxes they handled were damaged. I had researched many moving companies and received very high quotes. Dear Fast and Safe movers, Thank you so much for transporting/moving the grand fathers clock. However, I am a little disappointed on how they handle the project. I also spoke to you Andrey, Sunday. I was very specific about moving only a grandfathers clock. You know virus (covid 19)still around. There's two things I have to say... First, they have no mask. Second, They are not careful of removing the pendulum. Unfortunately there's piece of metal fell off when taking the pendulum off because he was not very careful. When they are putting back the pendulum didn't put it properly so the clock did not work the way it should work. Please going forward put special attention if customer only asking to move a grandfathers clock obviously has sentimental value hoping to put extra care.
