I have been using Safe Pro Pest Control for about 5 years now at my restaurant and my house. First my restaurant. I owned a fast casual restaurant in the Plano are. The area went through a time that had a large rodent issue in the neighboring buildings. I could see activity around my building but nothing inside. After following up with the pest control company that was servicing my restaurant I found they had been taking my money but not servicing the building. This is when I called Safe Pro. They came out the next day. We talked over the over all plan of attach on the rodents. "You have to think like them..." is one of the many great lines I got out of the conversation. The results were immediate. All appointments are scheduled by the office and they would call the day before making sure nothing special is needed. The same technician came out every month. This helped because he new what we wanted and we new them. The staff is always in uniform, clean cut and polite. If I have a concern they address it with in a day or so. Because they were so good at the restaurant I called them when me and my wife bought a house. My house is a new build in the country. The bugs and animals in the "country" are different but the same as well developed areas. This was new to my wife. We had Safe Pro come out the week we closed and the "No BUG" requirement my wife demined was meet. Lets just say me explaining spiders eat the bugs so we don't want to kill all of the spiders did not go well. So, Safe Pro in a way saved me from THAT LOOK I kept getting. We have been in the house for over 2 years now and no bugs and no rodents. To sum it all up. I would trust and have trusted Safe pro with buy bug needs at my business, my home, and I would trust them talking to my grandmother with out me around. If I could give Safe Pro Pest 10 stars, I would! I've dealt with a lot of companies/contractors with home repairs, and not one of them can compare to the 5 Star service I got from Safe Pro Pest. From my first phone call to set up an inspection, Christine was very polite and friendly, put me at ease about everything, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Phillip, who actually did the inspection, was also very polite and friendly, professionally dressed, and called 30 minutes before arriving like Christine said he would. He was extremely thorough, very informative in explaining what he was looking for, and covered his shoes every time he came inside. Keith and Tyler, who did the actual termite treatment, were also very polite and friendly, and just fun to be around, which took the pain out of having to have my house worked on. I could tell they were pros and I trusted them immediately. They too called 30 minutes before arriving like Christine said they would, were also professionally dressed, and they too covered their shoes when they came inside. Wow! This is the first word that comes to mind when I think about Safe Pro and their service they provide. I had an issue with a squirrel in my attic so I gave them a call. I spoke with a nice guy named Alex I think. He was very helpful and walked me through a few steps I could try on my own to correct the issue. After speaking with him I decided I would like to leave it to the professionals and asked if he would just handle it. He quoted me more than a fair price and let me know that they would be there in the next week, which I was happy with. The very next day I came home and noticed they had already been there & had a very clever trap setup for the squirrel. I was happy to see that trap would not injure the squirrel in anyway! There was a note waiting on my door letting me know they would be back in a week to remove the trap and seal up the hole. The tech that came out was well dressed in a work uniform and was driving a clean well marked work truck. Not only did Safe Pro complete the work earlier than expected at the estimated price but they went above & beyond to make sure I didn't have any concerns with how they treated the animals. I was referred to Safe Pro Pest over a year ago, I have been using their services ever since, I've been referring them to my friends as well. My initial experience with them was very positive, the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and took pride in his work. I wondered if I was getting a one time "new customer" treatment, but they've maintained their level of service throughout every visit. The other staff is courteous and helpful, I appreciate the treatment reminders, I feel like a valuable customer instead of a number on a call list. I'm very satisfied with Brandon, the technician who has done all of our treatments, he takes care of my house as if it's his own, he remembers our conversations from visit to visit, and he's very aware of the dog in the house, meeting me at the garage so I don't need to open the front door, and always securing and locking the gates before he leaves. I have noticed a decrease in pests, I believe this is not only from the service provided during the visit, but their ability to offer recommendations on how to avoid future issues. We recently had our home treated for fleas by Safe Pro. They are without a doubt the most knowledgeable, personable, and honest pest control company on the market. They took the time to ensure all our questions and concerns were meticulously answered, and in an extremely timely fashion (it seemed like we had received an e-mail response even before I had hit 'send'). Our technician, Keith, was nothing short of incredible. His knowledge of his trade was unparalleled, he was prompt and courteous, and was by far the most patient professional I ever have dealt with. Furthermore, he was extremely thorough in the treatment, and took the time to answer all my questions. This is our first home and the first time we have ever dealt with a flea problem (even though we've had dogs for years), so we were naturally concerned. I had great service at every level. I had 4 companies give me quotes for squirrel and rat exclusion and I'm so happy I chose safe pro pest. Rick the first person I met was so informative, transparent, and wasn't trying to charge me for stuff I didn't need. Their pricing for closing up gaps the animals can squeeze through is very reasonable and they use only metal materials so the animals can't chew through them. I'm very satisfied with how nice, quick, polite, informative every one was. The transparent and itemized pricing made it nice because I could ask the other companies to break everything down but all were twice as expensive as Safe Pro Pest. I will have 2 check ups included and camera monitoring for 2 weeks after the original exclusion work. Their pricing for the continued quarterly rat trap checks are super reasonable. Overall I'm satisfied. I will try their eco friendly fire ant service in the future. read more

In today's society, you usually get crappy service or crappier service! I am pleased to inform you that for the first time in a long time I received exemplary service. I made an appointment with Safe Pro Pest control, and they were able to accommodate an appointment for me in the same week. The scheduler was courteous, and they gave me a window between 11 am and 1 pm; that usually means 1:15 pm. Not so with Safe Pro, Kyle the technician phoned me around 10:30 am to say he would be arriving in about 30 minutes- that would be 11:00 am! He arrived promptly and was friendly and professional. He explained everything he would be doing step by step. I appreciate the fact that he was not only professional but a genuinely nice person. Our Technician Kenneth was Awesome! He was prompt, professional, friendly, courteous, and patiently explained every action he would be taking before hand. He answered all our questions, and was very knowledgeable. I waited a few weeks before writing this review, and now I can truly say I am very pleased with the results. Kenneth took his time and was very through. He took care of our wasp problem in addition to our fire ant, earwig, and wolf spider problem all in one visit! They were able to work out an acceptable price for the service and were quick to set up the soonest possible appointment (for the very next day). Andrew from Safe Pro was prompt about setting up initial service. He initiated a phone call, inquired regarding my availability and was willing to work around it. He was punctual and arrived at the specified time, and completed all required services. He was also kind enough to call me back as soon as he was done since I wasn't present at home. He was diligent about explaining everything that he did and let me know what to expect, and mentioned that he would give me a call back in a week's time. It is a pleasure to use my back yard now that I've had a Safe Pro misting system installed. Previously, I had to put on mosquito repellant every time I went into my yard. My dogs were always scratching, too. I just couldn't get rid of the mosquitos even with regular professional spraying and my son regularly fogging. Safe Pro installed my misting system quickly and efficiently, and left my property looking clean. The misters are hardly visible and the timing of the mist is at night when neither dogs nor humans are present. Alex and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They monitored the system to make sure it was working properly and made adjustments promptly to insure a mosquito-free yard. I am so happy with the service at Safe Pro and the misting system. I originally called SafePro because I could hear rats in my attic. They came out for the initial inspection and during that, we also discovered that I had termites. Over the past month, they have sealed up my house to keep the critters out, treated the termites and come back to inspect the traps for any rats. I've worked with Rick, Omar, Brandon, and Ryan at my house and Ashley in their office and they have been wonderful. Their flexibility and communication with me as a customer has been better than anything I've experienced in years and very refreshing. Everyone I've dealt with is extremely nice and made me feel appreciated and well cared for as a client. Having recently moved to TX from NC and having a newly built home, I needed a lot of questions answered. Jonathan, my Safe Pro technician, was very professional, knowledgeable and patient! He addressed each concern, made recommendations and provided an excellent first pest control service. We have been using Safe Pro Pest Control for about two years now. They are definitely a cut above the rest as far as other pest control companies we have used in the past. They do what they say and they charge fairly for the services they provide. I have been very happy with the mosquito control in our back yard. We back up to several acres of woods with a creek running through as well. With Safe Pro controlling the mosquitos with their monthly treatment in the summer months, I can enjoy sitting around the pool in my backyard without getting bit up. I have tried many pest control companies in the past thus i was a bit skeptical when this company was recommended to me. To my surpirse so far i am very pleased. The salesperson that performed the assessment was very personable, professional, and thorough as was the team that arrived to perform the service all at an affordable price. Although it has only been a week since they performed the service so far we have not experienced the usual traffic we typically have in our home this time of year. Safe Pro Pest Control has helped with the rodent exclusion service and general pest control. They have been professional starting from day one. Very good on price point as compared to others. Currently I have quarterly maintenance scheduled with them and have seen Damian couple times here at my property. Damian has always been courteous and always answered all the questions. Called Safe Pro out for a 1 time visit. Ive had other companies in the past only put in half effort for a single site visit, definitely not the case here. Ron, the technician, did a great job. Showed up on time, gave plenty of notice before his arrival. He was very thorough in explaining the work that he did, walked me around and showed what he applied and where. Additionally they were extremely responsive via the Yelp Quotes messaging, sometimes responding in less than 5 minutes. They didnt try and push any extra services, or pressure us into recurring services. Very satisfied with the service from them. I'm updating my review to 5 stars. After a year of using their service, it's become clear that they are outstanding at what they do. The ant problem that I first posted about was eventually solved, and we had no major issues after that. Whenever we had any little concerns, Omar or Brandon quickly came out to our house to address the issue and thoroughly take care of it. When we moved in the summer, we continued to use them for our new house and have not been disappointed. We are still in the process of trying to get all of the pests in our new home under control, but I know that I can depend on Justin and the rest of the company to help us whenever we need it. read more
