The customer service is lousy. They rarely go inside the home. They'll show up randomly, giving you 24 hours or less, hit the yard and bolt. They'll get the backyard IF you don't have the gate locked. Cars in the driveway, and they won't bother to ring the doorbell to see if you need anything particular done...in the house-garage-attic. It's hit the yard, leave a bill and run. When they tell you they're coming out, you can request they hit the garage and in the house, but they won't. When you call them out on it, they'll make the extra trip, but the guys will tell you it was unnecessary and act like you're putting them out. Meanwhile, you've got Texas tarantulas and baby snakes living on the sticky traps. And those are just the ones you know about. Management will tell you they'll do anything they can to make things right... basically it's anything except deliver on their promises or deliver better customer service. So, don't. read more

I was thoroughly impressed with my technician Brandon's ability to explain how the wasps and mud daubers got into the house and their behavior patterns. He did a thorough inspection of the home from the attic to every window and door inside the home. And he treated the outside and got rid of all the wasp and mud dauber nests. First, the not good: Despite the fact I explained very clearly the problem when I made the appointment (yellow jackets) and again when the gentleman called to say he was on his way, they were not able to help me. The man told me he did not know what the insects were (he could see them) and that he could not kill them because they were protected. And then he gave me a lecture on how bees are beneficial to the environment. Well that's fine except these were yellow jackets. I would expect a professional exterminator to know that. (Google is your friend.) And if he didn't want to treat them he should have told me that up front. No hard feelings. I had already been stung by these things and I needed them gone. And now, the good: They were nice people, they didn't charge me for coming out and they referred me to someone who could help, Bee Safe. I'm sure if you just need your house sprayed for spiders and roaches they'd do a fine job. But I'm giving them a low rating for lack of knowledge on a commonly found pest and for not telling me up front they couldn't/wouldn't address the problem. Update: I received a nice call from Brandon, the service manager, following my review. We had a good conversation, I believe he was sincere in trying to rectify the problem. I would definitely give them an opportunity if I have another pest problem in the future. read more

We contacted Safe Pro Pest Control to take care of some recurring creepy crawlies we had around the house. Usually we treated ourselves but I honestly was over it. I just couldn't get rid of the problems. Always wasps, ants and spiders. I requested a call from Safe Pro and they called immediately, and weren't high pressure salesmen they answered my questions and didn't push any services I didn't need. Apparently my information was sent to a couple other companies too, and one was very persistent and called twice and emailed me 4x back to back. Eek! Safe Pro got us scheduled that same day for service! Woo hoo! The technician gave me a call that he was on his way right on time with the appointment time the office had gave us. When our tech arrived he made sure to check in with us first to go over any questions we may have had and to explain to us what he would be doing. He even made friends with our Sparky dog and let us know that the products won't harm him once they are dry. The value that i received from the lady in the office to the technician that came out and the price we paid was phenomenal. Ok so I'm new to the hood here and I'm used to Generic Las Vegas bug treatments where I could just get it done and it was quite benal. Well, then I arrived in Dallas! (Thank goodness!) We had an emergency rodent issue in our attic and called several companies for quotes. They were immediately available and after meeting with them for a quote we quickest decided this was the provider for us. It's not the cheapest peat control out there but they are on par with other companies. We were so impressed with how thorough they were with checking and covering possible entry ways for rodents. We started using Safe Pro quarterly plan + mosquito plan a few months ago at the recommendation of a friend. We had looked at a couple other recommended places, but Safe Pro had the best price for what we needed. I've been really happy with their service. They are super responsive even via text which makes life easier. The mosquito treatments definitely help a ton - my husband and my parents haven't seen any mosquitos at all since spraying, and the kids and I are seeing way fewer despite being mosquito magnets. They've been great about coming between treatments if there is a heavy rain that brings out the ants/mosquitos. And all of the guys who have come to spray have been really friendly and informative. Safe Pro would show up exactly as scheduled, meticulously do the entire house and then leave. They always impressed me as very professional. Recently I had Safe Pro come to my house and do a special inside treatment. I was completely blown away. Kenneth, the Safe Pro Pest service specialist who visited my house to treat it was amazing. Not only did he arrive at the house precisely when he was scheduled, he was incredibly professional. He arrived in an official Safe Pro truck and was pristinely attired in a uniform. Kenneth was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He was also unobtrusive and went about treating the entire house (inside and out) with barely a hint of being present. I was impressed that Kenneth, wore protective booties on his feet the entire time he was in the house and carefully explained to me exactly what he found to be an issue. It was spiders (yuck - right?). He graciously answered all the questions I had about other types of bugs I had spotted and where they might be getting into the house. Kenneth told me if I had questions he couldn't answer, (he answered all) Safe Pro Pests works with expert entomologists, who can get answers to any bug questions. I was so incredibly impressed.
