This employee is incredibly rude everytime i come here. according to her tag she goes by LaShonda. She has poor hygenine and is always desheveled and possibly on something frequently. When she ids she makes very innapropriate comments on customers age and apperance. Including telling you she doesnt think you are young its state law completely unprompted, everyone knows this is a law. This woman will also say we are the same age- im 25, the id shes looking at clearly says my age and shes pretty clearly late 60s. she has some serious issues with her self esteem but should not be making comments to customers like that.

Deli sandwich is the size of this can of soda. When did they get like this?? Used to be DOUBLE the size! Talk about lack of value now

This review is purely just about the DELI. I honestly have been avoiding the deli for the last year because every single time I get a sandwich or chicken or one the the side dishes there is an issue. So frustrating! This is the 3rd time in a row it's happened now with their sandwiches, wayyy too small! Literally the size of a soda can. Then for the most part it's just the quality of service you get from the employees behind the counter, I ask politely and usually get an attitude back. Doesn't matter the employee which maybe they all just don't like being behind the counter? Lastly is how just about every single person is trained to make a sandwich there. It's almost like they have never made one for themselves before. How messy the sandwich is, lack of this or lack of that. Today is also not the first time it's happened when they toast the sandwich they're wax paper always sticks to the sandwich or burrito (SEE PHOTO). I would honestly give this deli 1 star but the rest of the store and employees don't deserve that.

I guess WC is full of small Safeways? I like this location. A bit on the small side but it had everything I was looking for. They had some really good deals. When I went in I noticed they only had the express line open and it was filling up. They opened lines as needed so I the checkout was fast. Great parking. The meat selection could be better, but it is small store and the selection covered all the bases, but I could use a bit better selection. Overall a good store!

The cherries are horrible. Have zero taste. Don't waste your money. They were on sale but they needed to go into the trash can.

The amount of water you inject into the chicken breasts you sell makes them impossible to brown. Grocery Outlet has better chicken.

It's a standard Safeway! I've never had a problem here with the staff or other customers. Parking is easy and they maintain everything.

The store itself is great--the deli workers all have poor attitudes. Not worth even dealing with. RUDE!!!!?!

I was out taking care of Business!!…read more I got a Junk Food Craving!!! So I rolled to this Walgreens!!! I rolled in and found this place has a Huge Candy Section!!! I stocked up and grabbed a few bottles of Coke also!!! They only had one Cashier and she seemed stressed out!! This is a Baller On A Budget Approved Establishment!!! I keep my Pimp Hand strong!!! Number 34 of the top 50 most Prolific Yelp Elites of 2025!!!

After getting disconnected multiple times, I called back and asked to speak with the Pharmacy…read moreManager. I was told the Pharmacy Manager wasn't available, so I asked to speak with any manager. The manager told me he thinks the Pharmacy Manager's name was "Lau" (he spelled it) and that the pharmacist answering the phones might be "Shemma." I told him that I had already been disconnected multiple times and was just trying to get my prescription. The manager wasn't rude, but it didn't really feel like I was talking to someone who was concerned about fixing the issue. I expected a little more urgency since why are the pharmacy staff acting like they answering calls and disconnecting them on "accident". Instead, the only solution offered was to transfer me back to the pharmacy and let them know I was waiting on the phone. When someone answered, I asked if her name was Shemma. She immediately responded, "Nope," and transferred me. I was connected to Shemma. I realized she wasn't the same person that had disconnected my earlier calls because her voice sounded different from the employee who had answered before. Since Shemma stayed on the line, I decided to ask about my medication and a possible prescription transfer between Walgreens locations. I explained that my regular Walgreens told me that if this location had the medication in stock, they could request the prescription transfer. Shemma told me, "No, I can't do that. Call that Walgreens to transfer it." This completely conflicted with what I had already been told, and I felt like I was being talked over. My biggest concern is still the employee who initially answered the phone. After one of the disconnections, I called back and asked for her name first because I wanted to know who was disconnecting the calls. I figured if the call got disconnected again, at least I would know who I had spoken with. When I asked for her name, she responded, "Sure," and the call was disconnected. This is another reason I strongly recommend asking for the employee's name at the beginning of the call. I feel like people are less tough when they know you know who they are. If you need to follow up, file a complaint, or reference a specific interaction, having the employee's name can make that process a lot easier. With that being said, I don't need my prescription to be filled here anymore. Goodluck to ya if you have to call this pharmacy.

On a constant basis the cashier Alecia has been very helpful and very nice everytime I shop there…read more The service is excellent and I find myself going there every time I need groceries instead of the store down the street. Prices are great and you can always get great deals

Since our local grocery outlet has had new owners, I'm consistently finding items that are not…read morepriced, and more often than not they're. things that I might have been interested in buying had they just had a simple price on them. Today I was there for literally five minutes and I found eight items that were not priced (a few are pictured). They had some citrus fruit salad in the refrigerator section that was on price so I asked a young man working near me if he had a scanner. He didn't so he had to take it up to the front and he came back saying they were $1.99. Great price so I went to the check in with three of them only to find out that they were not $1.99, they were $4.99. I asked the cashier why they have so much trouble keeping things accurately marked, and she launched into some of what were essentially excuses about how the inventory moves around too quickly, blah blah blah. The previous owners were able to do it, the Concord store is able to do it, the Dublin store is able to do it, so what the heck is wrong with the Pleasant Hill store? If you're planning on shopping here, bring your patience because you're going to have to ask over and over how much things are, unless you're independently wealthy and then I guess you really won't have to care. Lucky you.
