This comes with Blue Cheese Crumbles, which I omitted, Spinach, Roasted Garlic Aioli & Caramelized Onion. I've had this dish before & it's always been grest, however tonight there were several areas on the filet pieces that were raw. (I just ate the cooked steak.) Typically I would have requested new sliders but I was in a hurry. I also had a side of their regular house cut fries which were delicious...nice & crispy. It was a huge portion. Counter service wasn't up to par either, not particularly friendly. I'm hoping this was just a one-off. I hate that all restaurants, because of patrons and their salt-conditioned palates, serve the most sodium-laden monstrosities possible. I didn't feel good eating it, I didn't want to eat more than a few bites, and I left the restaurant full of regret for the bites I did take. On the plus side, the beer is exceptionally tasty, and my kids both enjoyed their meals. We are leaving tomorrow and so we won't be back, but I wouldn't be back otherwise as well.

This sandwich is truly epic. The wheat bread is from a local bakery. Instead of it being toasted in a perfunctory, afterthought manner, it is thoroughly toasted right at the point of the wheat kernels cracking, engendering the goodness only wheat can provide. The bacon is properly cooked, with no hint of undercooked slime present. The green chili tastes as though it was brought here this morning from Hatch, with the whole of the ingredients being uniquely fresh. Finally, the sriracha mayo sauce provides just the right presence of spice, uniquely accenting the green chili. Turkey itself is great, but I confess, is so overshadowed by the excellence present throughout the sandwich, that it hardly occupies the center stage. On another note, a definite problem here is that the water glass conveying a distinct taste of soap residue. It's bad. This happened the last time that I was here, as well.
