It has been days and still think of this place. My sister and I ventured into this spot after seeing TikToks of this hidden gem. I'm not going to lie, I didn't have much expectation but came with an open mind. We came before the dinner menu so we weren't able to try some of the other interesting stuff. Price was really reasonable, service was outstanding and the ambiance was superb. It reminded me of Vietnam, with this sense of feeling "home-y." The Bun Bo Hue was so good, the best the I have ever had! The broth was bursting with flavors, the scent of lemongrass that didn't overpower the soup. It was perfect, like heaven in a bowl. There was so much meat, the beef fall off the bone with the right amount of noodles. My Bo Ne was good too. Their bread was so crispy and soft. The sauce that they poured over the beef. Perfection. Definitely my favorite Vietnamese place to go to and mainly because it's down the street from my house. I've tried almost everything from here and nothing disappointed. I always get usually always get Pho or Bun Bo Hue here. I like their Pho because it's full of flavor and not and like some other places. The Blossom salad is also a really unique dish I don't see anywhere and I would highly suggest. The environment is really cool as they have a bunch of wooden structures and Vietnamese street signs that give it a nice feel. The service is great as they usually have a bunch of workers going around and is also pretty fast. Never really had to wait for anything crazy. I highly recommend this place. read more

The food is great, but so are many other places. What matters is service too! Some of the staff, they are great! But some staff, not so great. We wanted to order the garlic noodles with wagyu beef, but they ran out of garlic noodles. Our waitress said we couldn't order it, didn't offer a substitute like rice or vermicelli, and she wasn't helpful with suggesting other dishes. So staff is very hit and miss. Providing great service and recommendations can make or break a visit...luckily we've had great service here before, but this time we had a different server. read more

Easily one of, if not, THE BEST Vietnamese street food in Vegas! My family and I had the chance to try multiple of their Ốc/Seafood dishes. Each and every single one of them had their own unique taste that just simply lights up our palate. Wow!! I just found my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Las Vegas! The Pho here is amazing and so flavorful! I stopped by Saigon Corner Restaurant on a Monday evening around 5:30 P.M. There weren't too many customers inside the restaurant. We ended up in a booth towards the back of the restaurant. It's an open kitchen, though! You can see all of the chefs cooking inside the restaurant. One of the features Saigon Corner is known for is the sizzling hot stone Vietnamese Wagyu Pho! You can cook your own meat and put in the Pho broth! If you're looking for Saigon Corner Restaurant, it's off of the 215/Russel exit. It's in a new plaza with a spacious amount of parking spots available! Ordered the following off of Saigon Corner's menu: Plain Pho (Beef broth and rice noodle) - $11.00 Hot Stone Pho: Prime Angus Rib Slices (4.5 oz) on a sizzling hot lava stone. ($24.95) For an appetizer, we ordered the Spring Rolls with Shrimp. Service was super fast! We had the Pho and Hot Stone Pho to our table within minutes! It was so much fun cooking the angus rib slices. There were sauces provided for dipping the meat into if you didn't want to add it to the Pho! The angus rib slices were so flavorful and scrumptious! The Pho broth was amazing!! It's one of the best that I've had in Las Vegas! It really had a lot of flavoring in it! There was also plenty of rice noodle in my pho too! The food is great here! When you walk in, it's reminiscent of those Viet corner stands that sell food in Vietnam. You can go for the whole experience and sit on the stools or enjoy your standard booth. Fun decor with Vietnamese street signs. The food was probably the best Vietnamese shellfish recipes outside of OC. Go for any of the shellfish; I don't think you can go wrong. If you're daring enough, try the raw shrimp with Thai sauce... it may be a seasonal special.. that was total chef's kiss for me. We also went for bo nghung giam (beef cooked in vinegar broth) with mam nem (you can do nuoc Cham if you like that instead). It was soo tasty. Service was awesome. I'm very impressed by this business for the quality of their food and service! I came in on a Sunday after the lunch rush and was greeted pleasantly by staff. We were seated immediately. For an appetizer, we ordered the pork patty spring rolls. These were huge and larger than other places I've been to! All of the greens inside tasted refreshing, the crunchy roll on the inside was crisp (not as if it was sitting out), and the nem nướng was tasty and slightly warm. It was served with a peanut sauce, which I didn't mind, though I've had nem nướng cuốn served with an orange pork and crab dipping sauce and prefer that sauce (if you've been to Orange County or LA spots with this roll, you know what I'm talking about). We ordered the garlic noodles with shrimp and it was delicious. The garlic noodles were savory, very slightly sweet, and very slightly creamy from just a little bit of cheese. While I think they could have amped up the garlic flavor, the noodles still tasted delicious. The shrimp were lightly marinated in a lemongrass marinade and slightly charred on the grill. I was quite happy with my order! We also ordered a short rib pho and it tasted excellent. The broth was hearty, yet clean and not overbearing. The quality of the short rib was superb! The accoutrements were fragrant and also of high quality - no wilted Thai basil or bean sprouts here. We loved it. We also got an egg coffee. Just the sheer fact that they casually sell egg coffee was a plus for us. It tasted great - creamy and with a robust dark roast coffee - though it would have been nice if the egg foam wasn't already mixed into the coffee. Service was lowkey but excellent. They were attentive, checked in with us throughout our meal, yet weren't pushy nor bothersome. I would definitely come back! This place would be great for a casual date or to bring family. Don't expect attentive service. This was my 4th or 5th time dining in, and each visit has progressively fallen short of expectations. Coming from a long background in hospitality and restaurant operations, this was honestly one of my worst service experiences (yet I still left a 15% tip, usually 20-25 percent range). I arrived about an hour before closing, joined the waitlist, since I saw there was one party ahead of us. Several tables (4-5) cleared during that time. There was no greeting or welcome, and I had to take the initiative to ask how long the wait would be when two tables were idle for 5 minutes or more. After questioning the estimated time, both myself and the party in front were then seated right away. Three staff members came across the front host area and no one acknowledged customers. From the moment I walked in until i finished my meal, my table was acknowledged only once, and even then it felt with lack of care. Customer service should be consistent regardless of time, and being close to closing should never justify a decline in hospitality. Unfortunately, experiences like this contribute to the unfair expectation that Asian restaurants provide lower standards of service, which is disappointing and avoidable with proper training and leadership. Saigon Corner has the BEST shaken fries and their cast iron steak & eggs is so good. It's definitely big, so share it with a friend! I literally come here just for those two dishes and I'm happy every time. When my bf and I come, we usually get the aforementioned and one of their phos or try something new. I prefer the pho at some other spots, but Saigon Corner's is still pretty solid. I'm personally not the biggest fan of their snails, they lean on the chewy side, but I just don't get them (the sauces are very good though!) I went to get my nails done at a place on Rainbow in the middle of the day. I had never been there before or in the area. Having had a busy day and not having eaten anything at all, I was desperate for food. There was a Pho place in the same complex so I told my nail tech that I was going over there when she was done. She made a funny face and told me to come to Saigon Corner instead. I had another tech tell me the same thing. So, I took a little more time and drove over to Saigon Cornet. I had the Bun Bo Hue which was advertised as a spicy pho. It had several meats inside such as tendons, something with a bone, some sliced pieces of beef, and something that looked almost like a loaf of meat that was chopped into sort of a cube shape. I loved the broth though I didn't find it to be very spicy. My nose was running even so. I guess it would be comfortably spicy for people that are used to very spicy foods. I added the jalapeños and Sciracha to it as well. Nonetheless, it was tasty. Some of the meats just aren't something I'm familiar with so I didn't eat it all. The tendon was basically cartilage. I did eat one and it was tender and flavorful. There were at least another one in the bowl that I left behind. The loaf of meat pieces are wasted in me too. I was adventurous enough to eat one but as I grew fuller I just carried on with things that I fully enjoyed. On that note, the bowl of soup was pretty large and for me not having anything in my stomach since the night before I was quite full and found it hard to shove down all my noodles and toppings. I'm greedy, my stomach isn't small. There is plenty of food for a normal person to get full of to even share in my opinion. To wash it all down I had the green milk tea which was made with half and half. I asked my server is it was sweet and he said no. I beg to differ. It was sweet for sure. If you like Thai tea then it wasn't that sweet. I added boba and there were a lot in the glass. I'd definitely go back when I'm in the area. We ordered the escargot in a chili garlic butter sauce w/ corn kernels (canned from what we notices), some sliced onions, sweet baby peppers & served with some rau ram (Vietnamese coriander). Second item we ordered were the grilled scallops w/ scallion oil, peanuts & really tiny dried shrimp. Unfortunately the dried shrimp overpowered the scallops. The scallops itself was way overcooked, chewy & tough. I'm starting to see the pattern here. The last item was the OC buou (apple snails) w/green peppercorns. The snails were cooked perfectly it was nice & tender. The green peppercorns were way too perfumey. Left a really bad flowery aftertaste. The ginger nuoc Cham was too sweet as well. Cute little place, reminds you of the tight alleyways of Saigon. So many different items to choose from. Snails, fun street foods, hotpots, etc. Scallops were good but needs a dipping sauce. Went here for a family dinner and the service was amazing as well as the food! Authentic Vietnamese flavors along with nostalgic decoration. We got their signature hot stone pho and the diy beef grilling was fun but I recommend cooking all the beef at once as the stone cools down quickly. We also got their vinegar beef hot pot and the presentation was so colorful. The beef was soft and vegetable wraps were so fresh! We even got to try different flavored snails and my favorite was definitely the butter garlic and corn, the texture was chewy plump. Highly recommend the snails! read more
